It was nice two bedroom setting
While trying to sleep comfortably, I was biten throughout the night all over my body. I think my room 310 maybe had bugs in the bed or on the sheets. I also don't like the fact that I wasn't refunded from this experience.

The location was very good for breakfast lunch or dinner but did not offer much beyond that. The mall was substandard.

Denny's & Waffle House was in the area. So that was great for us. I really enjoyed my stay but the next time i want 4th floor. A lot of traffic on that third. Heard it half of the night on that second floor.

I was under the impression their would be a small living area with loveseat and a chair, as depicted in the photos. There was only one chair, which was my only disappointment.

There was only luke warm water at the hotel and the staff was aware when we checked in.
No hot water and the facility was kinda dark inside. The elevator was slow and we encountered dogs at the hotel. Nothing against dogs but rather stay in a room where they are not allowed.

several things. first no hot water??? after driving 8 hours in heavy traffic would have loved a hot shower!!!
when we got the and went to the bathroom in our room it didn’t flush well. thought will give it another time by that time it was night and went to bed. in the morning it was no better. went to the bathroom near front enterance and toilet worked but it was dirty. will not recommend this hotel.

The room was beautifully maintained & the staff was great! Location was perfect for a stay over on our trip to Florida. It would also be great for an extended stay. We would highly recommend this hotel!!
They only downside is the convenience of at least offering a continental breakfast. We did know this ahead of time and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
