Beste plek net buiten het drukke toeristische oude stadscentrum. Rustig, geweldig en leuk restaurantje om de hoek voor ontbijt/lunch/diner. Alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig kan hebben in appartement. Prachtig oud pand met hoge plafonds. Gratis parkeren op prive-terrein.

The place is well located in a quite zone, also Krzysztof was really nice, gave us a good service from the beginning :)

Everything was perfect!

It's one of those instances where the room is actually better than in the pictures. Everything was great - clean, newly renovated, good bedding and toiletries, excellent location, private parking and friendly host.

It was raining a lot, however most likely not the owner's fault :)

החדר יש בו כל מה שצריך ,דאגה לכל הפרטים בנדיבות ,כולל מים מינרלים ,מיץ טבעי במקרר ,מכונת קפה . המיקום מעולה במרחק הליכה מהכל . החדר נוח מאוד ,בחרנו חדר עם מרפסת עם נוף לחצר פנימית .נקי מאוד .

למרות שלנו לא הפריע אבל חשוב להדגיש שהדירה /חדר נמצאת בקומה שלישית ואין מעלית . המארחים עזרו לנו להעלות ולהוריד את המזוודות והיו מאוד נעימים

Great location just outside the old town, very convenient for exploring the city. Free parking is included which is super handy. Host is very friendly and informative. Place itself is big and clean, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and big bath! Even has free netflix!! Host also provides free drinks juices and snacks which was not expected but super nice. Communication is quick and sufficient. Very satisfied with our stay and will recommend to everyone who comes to visit Krakow.

The host was on top of everything. Place is well located with walking distance to everything you need. The apartment was clean, well kept & super equipped. We enjoyed morning delicious coffees

Super Lage, direkt an der Altstadt. Restaurants und Kneipen gleich um die Ecke. Ausstattung ebenfalls klasse, Kaffee Wasser, Tee for free, komplette Küchenzeile. Bett, Bad, ausreichend Platz, große Fenster, rundum sehr schön, stilvoll, zum Wohlfühlen Ach ja, Parkplatz im Hof war auch noch dabei, einfach alles, was der Reisende so braucht.

? Da gibt es nichts. Hier könnte man auch locker 1 Woche bleiben.

The whole experience was A+. I felt like I was at home sitting in my apartment. Beds so comfy. Air con perfect. We can’t express how welcoming the whole experience was. Owners real made us feel so welcome.

A tiny thing. And don’t take the wrong way as it was best place I’ve stayed in a long time. But extra pillows be a nice addition for my preference

Great location, walking distance to major sites and good tram links. Such helpful staff answered all our questions. Rooms stylish, clean with high ceilings.

Bathroom not well ventilated, gets really warm after one shower

Świetnie miejscówka zarówno na krótki wypad jak i dłuższe zwiedzanie Krakowa, praktycznie w centrum Starego Miasta. Wysoki standard lokalu, przemyślany każdy element dla wygody klienta. Dla turystów zmotoryzowanych bezpłatny parking w podwórku kamienicy.

Niestety gospodarze nie mają wpływu na pogodę 😁.

Spacious, very clean.Ideal for exploring city and close to public transport. Our host Krzysztof was great.We had everything we needed and he was always available when contacted.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage mit Privatparkplatz. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und auch sonst gab es viele nette Annehmlichkeiten (z.B. Wasser)

El personal en recepción muy amable. La cama y las sábanas comodísimas. El espacio amplio y limpio. Tenían una cafetera en la recepción para bajar por la mañana a por un café.

Los estores no eran suficientemente opacos y me despertó la claridad muy pronto. No había cafetera dentro del apartamento.

Great location and hospitality

Apartament jest wybitnie luksusowy, dosłownie krok od Rynku. Dodatkowo posiada parking, co jest rzadkością w centrum Krakowa. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Gorąco polecam. W skali od 1-10 daję 12 punktów.

Lovely high ceilings and a spacious feel to the room. Very big shower room and all the appliances you need in the kitchen area. A contemporary decor but in a beautiful traditional apartment building. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of little extra touches like milk and juice in the fridge. The location was just 5 minutes walk from the main square. I couldn't recommend this apartment more.

The only thing is it is up steps and stairs and I saw no lift, so it's not for anyone with mobility issues. Also there was no light in the hallway and stairs area when we returned at night.

We loved the apartment! We parked the car in their own yard which was amazing, after check out we still had 3 hours left before leaving krakow so we kindly asked and they allowed us to leave our car in the yard. Its very well located. Everything is clean and so cozy. We also loved the coffee machine with various capsules, tea, water, juice.. so many little things that makes everyone happy, thank you we will come back :)

Location was perfect. Host was welcoming, waiting for us on arrival and even guided us where to visit using a provided map.

I booked Bentis Apartments at the very last minute due to my travel plans. They were very quick in responding and even though I checked in near midnight, everything went smoothly due to the detailed self check in instructions that were provided. I feel lucky to have found this gem in Krakow. The location, room, cleanliness, comfort, everything was perfect! Thank you for hosting me!

We were met by a very helpful and friendly chap and he gave us a map and explained about places to go. We were kindly allowed a late check out and they booked us a taxi back to the airport which made the last day very relaxed. Thank you!

Beautifully developed apartment but be aware the description said city views while the apartments are on the ground floor looking into street level. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work despite switching on so we had to open windows and it’s right by a pub and near a tramway, so overall was a bit noisy in the night. It’s a party town though so we got used to it and I’m sure most places get street noise into the early hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
