Notre maison de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains est dans un endroit idéal sur un beau développement fermé, récemment achevé, à proximité du quartier recherché de Champions Gate. C'est une magnifique maison moderne de 2681 pieds carrés (y compris le théâtre / salle de jeux bonus) qui convient idéalement aux couples et aux familles qui recherchent une pause détente mais veulent également être proches de toutes les principales attractions. La maison est finie à un niveau de luxe, avec des télévisions à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, 2 Master Suites chacune avec des lits king-size, une salle de bains avec douche et baignoire sur le jardin, vue sur la piscine. réveils avec i-pod / station d'accueil pour téléphone, 1 chambre queen avec salle de bains et 2 chambres doubles, un espace piscine / spa étendu avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée filtrée par des bois, (clôture de sécurité et alarmes de porte aux sorties de piscine) et salle de jeux / théâtre bien équipée avec TV 51 pouces, lecteur DVD, machine à pop-corn, table de jeux 10 en 1 avec billard et basket-ball, table de hockey sur air. Community was very quiet and clean. Home was very well set up for a large family. Clean and comfortable! Beds were very comfortable! Pool and deck area was nice, clean and quiet. Overall stay was wonderful! Would highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful and well kept home. The check in/out process was a breeze. Any and everything you needed was there. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. The grandkids loved the pool. I've rented several villas over the years but this one is most definitely my favorite. Thanks Len!

Terrific venue for family/friends to relax and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer. Minutes from major interstate and state roadways. Many amenities close-by - groceries, eateries, golf, and Disney 20 minutes. Villa spacious, clean and well-equipped. Pool area & lanai more than adequate. Community peaceful and safe and management crew very polite and attentive. Owner prompt and easy to deal with. Recommendation 10/10!

The property was great--exactly as advertised. A half-hour drive from Disney, wonderful pool. Special thanks to the owner for his responsiveness to our requests. The house was loaded with kid friendly games and activities. If it had rained (which it didn't), we would have had plenty of fun things to do.

Good size property. We were 6 adults and 4 children with enough room for all.
Property was OK
I quest given that this property is under continously use, it is expected to be a bit weary.
Carpets, bedding, etc were well used.
Don't expect to do any type of cooking out side of basic warm up a meal or make a wrap.
However if your looking for a home base for your Orlando adventures, this will do the job and is a nice sized property not to far from the Orlando resorts.

Great Month Long Stay
Spent a month here and the house was great. Lots of space in the house. Owner was supper communicative when needed and had no major issues.
Getting to the parks can by tough due to traffic but anywhere around I4 is like that.

Wonderful retreat
Better than a hotel. Our own private pool and hot tub. Enough bathrooms for 9 people. Comfortable beds, kitchen, grill and room for us to relax. Property owner was so great and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Decent stay
Property looks like the pictures but is a bit rough and dirty. Carpets look like they are from a frat house. Managers are very receptive and helpful. Location of the property is in a gated community and somewhat close to amenities. TVs in every room but only cable on the living room tv. Overall we had a decent stay.

Thank you for letting us rent your property for the week. It is a gorgeous house with plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. It was easy access to all the theme parks. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Safe and secure neighborhood in a gated community. Had everything we needed. Close to stores and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to Disney parks. House was spacious with plenty of room. Nice relaxing pool area. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great vacation house but not perfect
We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The pool was very nice especially in July (there was no grab bar so be aware if you need one), how ever the pool is a good size for a rental and the kids enjoyed it. The rooms were nice ans big with large walk in closets, however the king beds were hard as a rock, I ended up sleeping on the couch most nights. The kitchen was about the size of an apartment kitchen however the ice maker did not work neither did the water (which was not a huge deal we just bought a bag of ice and some water.). The pool table was in rough shape but we didnt play it because the pool was so much nicer. were tons of towels available which was awesome because sometimes rentals don't offer towels. The area was nice and quiet.. over all we enjoyed our stay. Thank for letting us use your rental

Perfect location
I had an amazing experience with this property. I usually travel to other areas of Florida, but this location was a great choice. We had everything that we needed and the house had numerous bedrooms making our stay more comfortable. The pool was really good and also the location of the property. It was located in a really quiet and gated neighborhood close to the amusement parks. The host answered all my questions im a timely matter. Only complaint is that the house was a little warm to our comfort upon arrival other than that it was perfect.

Nice place
Had an easy check in. Communication with owner was great. No real problems at all. Lots of space and well kept. Only thing I wish would have been different was the size of TVs. The bedrooms have tiny TVs compared to the rest of the area. If that’s the only complaint I have then obviously everything else was great. Thanks Len!

The house is nice, but a little tired
The house is spacious and comfortable; we had plenty of room and places to hang out. The pool is fantastic. But the house needs a deep clean and a pressure wash outside, two of the bathroom sinks don’t work at all, the pool bath has dry rot around the door, new linens would be nice, new carpet is badly needed, the WiFi was not adequate when my husband and I were working and my 8th grader was in online school, all of the pots and pans have peeling and scratched nonstick coating, and the thermostat was programmed by someone who thinks 79 is an appropriate temp for indoors. (We do not and we fought with it daily to cool the house to 74. Sometimes we succeeded. The sign over the thermostat saying that it was pre-set for our comfort felt spiteful while I struggled and sweated). The location is great, communication was great, the price was reasonable, and a lot of people could stay here comfortably, but it is overdue for some basic maintenance and a refresh. If the issues I mentioned were addressed, it would easily be a 5 star property and I would love to stay here again.

Very spacious home with all of the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation. Home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is gated. Close to major attactions and shopping, though far enough away if you happen to need an excuse to just hang by the pool and relax :-)

Wonderful home in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The gated community was quiet and beautiful. We loved that the pool in the back of the house looked out over a wooded area. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. The kids really loved the air hockey table and the pool table. Len was quick to respond to all of our questions and resolved any issues without delay. We would most certainly rent this property again in the future.

Spacious villa close to Attractions
This was our first time staying in this villa but we visit Florida twice a year and know what we like and expect from a villa. This one didn’t disappoint, the villa was well laid out with plenty of room for 5 of us. The recliner sofa and chair was great after a day shopping or at the parks. The 2 master suites were a real bonus too. It was also clean and well maintained. As with all villas you need a hire car to get around but the location of the villa meant it was close to attractions such as Disney and the outlet malls. We paid for pool heating due to the time of year and can honestly say it was the best pool heating we have had! It was lovely and warm so we spent most days out by the pool and in the jacuzzi. Prior to our visit and during our visit the owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to emails. Absolutely 5 stars we will definitely be recommending to our friends and will book again in future.

Superb Stay .. Again
Property is brilliant. Well placed to reach a lot of Orlando's features within 1/2 hour and all types of shops within 10 mins drive. . Distanced enough to not be affected by any real noise from mentioned attractions though. Gated community so feels secure. The villa itself is very spacious and can easily house up to 11 people (we had 3 parties as one group - 2 of them families). The pool is large enough to enjoy properly and has a spa. Full cooking (fullsized kitchen) and cleaning facilities (washer, dryer) are there. and entertainment is provided all over the villa from large lcd TV's to pool table to boardgames.
All rooms have built in wardrobes and if not an en-suite bathroom then a bathroom right next to the room.
The owner has provided instructions and FAQs on just about everything you could ask and is easily contactable if they haven't answered a specific question.
This villa helped make our holiday and we would happily stay as many times as we could afford.

This is the 2nd time we've been to this villa & it won't be our last stay. It's amazing only 10minutes from Disney & minutes away from the Supermarkets & restaurant ideal location. Perfect in every way,exceeded all our expectations
This villa was perfect in every way. It was so clean, beautifully and thoroughly furnished. We had every possible thing we could have needed on holiday, including lots of additional extras such as a games room, pool table, tvs, en suites, fluffy towels and hair driers. Having the use of the washing machine and tumble drier enabled us to come home with no dirty washing!
The pool was so spacious and had lots of room to swim and for our son to play. The jacuzzi was particularly relaxing. There is a lovely dining area outside which is covered so we enjoyed many meals out here, even if it was raining. The location of the villa made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. The natural surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. It was so close to all the Disney theme parks, shops and plenty of lovely places to eat.
We were provided with very clear instructions of how to find the villa and enter when we arrived. This helped make our holiday relaxing and hassle free.
We cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

Very clean and roomy
My family stayed here for the week, there were 9 of us. It is a very nice house, there's a separate area upstairs for the kids to hangout which has a smart TV with Netflix on it and they also loved the garage with the pool table. The pool was a good size and the back of the house faces the woods so there's not any neighbors behind you. It's about 30 min from the theme parks but there's a grocery store right down the road, along with some places to eat. Overall our stay here was great, I would definitely recommend staying here. Also, the owner was very quick to respond to questions I had!

Huge pool, perfect location for disney, safe area.
Wow... What a lovely property. We have been to Florida several times and this home was by far the best all round place we have been to. We were visiting as a family of 3 with our 3 year old son and this house felt completely safe, and family friendly for all ages. It has plenty of space and we said that we would definitely return with a larger party. 15 minutes from disney and a HUGE pool and great sun spot with the hot tub! Lots of places to eat within 5 minutes drive. Publix supermarket is 2 minute drive. Great location. 5 stars is not enough!!

Very Nice
Our stay was very nice. Home was as described, and the owner was great to work with! Clean, spacious and well appointed. Couple of notes though. No cell service reception at the house for the multiple carriers our group had, although once we figured out password, we were able to log into the wifi and get service. Also, the spa tub attached to the pool was actually not a "Hot tub". We made the assumption that when paying the additional fees to heat the spa/pool that the tub would be hot, but not the case.

FANTASTIC HOME IN A GREAT LOCATION!
We stayed here for 8 days over spring break. 6 adults and 3 kids. There is plenty of room in this house and at no point did we ever feel crowded. The kids loved the pool and hot tub , the pool table and xbox / home theater room upstairs. I could not fault the cleanliness of the house whatsoever. Inside the home and pool area were spotless. Everything you could need was provided, plates, cups, pots, glasses and even a large tub of swimming pool toys and beach chairs are there for you ( we left some pool toys behind too for the next people ) Plenty of towels and bedding too.
The house is located just 15 / 20 mins from all the Disney / Universal Parks close to the shops and bars of the Champions Gate area. Only 5 mins from a huge grocery store / CVS (chemist ) and gas / petrol stations. Plenty of restaurants and pubs only 5 mins away too
Len, the owner, answered all my questions and emails promptly and his communication throughout was flawless.
Highly recommend this home and I will happily come back and stay here again. You wont be disappointed!
