Beautiful space with stunning views, very quiet, staff really friendly, excellent rooms, short taxi ride into Toledo old town, and staff really helpful with tips, restaurant bookings, etc. Pool great for chilling in the heat of the day. Recommended!

Everything. staff, ambience etc. no fault.
while we were informed by email in advance of arrival that the dinning room was not open on the evening we were staying it was to late at that stage to make an alternative hotel booking and indeed most likely would have incurred a full cancellation charge had we done so.

Breakfast and dinner was very good.
bed, shower room and bedroom were comfortable.
Balcony on room was good.
Garden landscaping was excellent.
Room service was very good.
Parking was convenient.
They were a bit difficult about our dogs, and very restrictive, in leaving them in our room while at dinner and breakfast, as opposed to the other 5* hotels we stayed in over the past year who had no difficulty with them remaining in the room.
Initially at checkin they implied we had not told them about the two small dogs, which was untrue. We always make sure the hotel know about our two small dogs.

The location itself is really pretty. My room (which was a regular room) was beautiful, luminous and very comfortable with a great view and balcony. Also they allowed me to check out about an hour later than announced, as I had a meeting to attend all morning.
The level of service was below my expectations compared to the nightly price of almost 200 EUR. Upon arrival I had not been given a tour around the property with proper explanations. The welcome drink that they advertise on their website also was nonexistent. Besides, the staff toured so rarely around the pool that once I had to go all the way back to my room to call the room service to order something, for which I also had to pay an additional 5 EUR for an order to the pool.
The biggest disappointment however was the restaurant, by far. First night I was there they told me restaurant was closed because that was the rest day of the kitchen staff (but I think the truth was that they were all busy preparing the food for the wedding that took place there that night) which I realized was actually a blessing because I had to go to one of the restaurants outside. Next evening was the moment I had the worst food experience of my 4 day long Toledo trip, being the least tasty by far and also the most expensive (+50 EUR per person). I had higher hopes for sure, given how proud they seem to be of their cuisine. Also, I will share a photo of the "tapa" they brought upon my request to accompany my first drink during the dinner, which is customary in Spain. It was dried fruits of the lowest possible quality, that felt like it had waited outside for a veeery long time. Why?! 😭
I think this place could be lovely if you are having your wedding there, because you get all the effort and attention, but otherwise, meh.

The setting of the hotel is stunning, and the grounds are lovely. The hotel room was excellent: sufficiently spacious and luxurious. The pool area was very nice, pool temperature was perfect during 40 degree days. Staff, when we saw them, were helpful and accommodating.
It appears that the main focus of the business is weddings and large events. As regular non-wedding hotel guests, we felt like an afterthought. The checkin process, although very polite and helpful, was a little clumsy and seemed unpracticed, although the willingness to help us was good. The hotel seemed very empty of both guests and staff, only 4 cars in the carpark overnight while we were there (is August 'low season' due to the extreme heat in Toledo? I don't know but could well believe it.). During breakfast, we didn't see a single staff member on the first day, even though we were there well within the allocated breakfast hours, so were unable to order anything from the 'hot breakfast' menu. At the pool, there were no staff visible, which was mostly fine, as a phone number was available to order drinks and snacks, but on the second day, there were no towels. All solved with goodwill by the hotel after a quick phonecall. We enjoyed our stay, and loved Toledo, but service was not at all attentive, especially not for a 4* hotel. This hotel has bags of potential and we wanted to love it. but it felt like a ghost hotel. Despite the comfortable lodging and lovely grounds, we wouldn't hurry back.

Everything. Amazing place for a relaxing treat. Garden view rooms are top, just in front of the pool. Staff was very attentive and they made are stayed great. Hotel is placed into a massive property with gardens, different terraces to have a drink and see the sunset, it makes you feel like you are in La Toscana, in Italy. Top

breakfast was very pleasant, the food was fresh and served with a smile.
We had planned to eat in the hotel that night but the food choice was limited to 2 items.Pork cheek or cod. We don't eat pork so we decided to eat in Toledo. The hotel gave us 4 good restaurants and we managed to book intoLa Orza which turned out to be excellent

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the management were extremely gracious as they extended our stay an additional night due to a lost booked night because of a plane delay.
The bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, glamorous and well appointed. Lovely bed and bedding. Nice patio. #10
The grounds were impeccable
Very good and varied breakfast
5 mins drive to the nearest entry point into he old town of Toledo
Overall- charming, with character, well appointed and attractive
The property is an events venue and i would assume that the rooms support the events.
There are huge well appointed gardens and spaces but they are mainly given over to event set up-
Several events took place whilst we were there and they did not bother us one bit, no noise, no crowds. Very well compartmentalized
The hotel Does not have a bar, Nor a restaurant. Just the ( very nice and airy ) breakfast room
The staff kindly organized an impromptu ( and delicious) lunch, but it was an exception
The appeal of being outside the city was to come back and relax in a garden with a drink and snack …. We would have spent more time( and money) at the hotel
If it had offered these options as its quite lovely
TV - Spanish stations only( that i could find anyway)

the location is absolutely stunning. Wonderful views over Toledo (but it's too far for a walk into town). the property itself has also plenty to offer, with scenic restaurant, large gardens, etc.
The food in the scenic restaurant was terrible. Shame, still recommend going for a drink or so. and they are building a large extension, not sure it will keep its charme thereafter. Pretty busy at night with many locals coming for dinner.
