Only plus is block from water. The floor clearly was not properly cleaned on our arrival...gritty and dirty. We knew no air but didn't know no screens. The second nite we were there the fan broke in our bedroom...they came...couldn't fix..said back next day to fix. Came back next day with floor fan plugged in in our doorway .50% of all the doors and windows cannot be closed(warped). We had a large infestation of bugs day and nite. When we left to go somewhere we couldn't shut all those doors/windows. We were bitten several times by infestation of bugs from outside and maybe bugs in our beds. I have at least 15 bug bites(whichI would be happy to show a dr of your choice. My wife and other members of my family have similar bites. I am not sure how far to carry this complaint,but clearly you do not inspect your properties because if you did you would see this door/window problem. Whenever I hear the word VRBO ,I will give you a scathing report. If any of these bites get seriously infected, you will hear more from me...William Turri(5857661515)

Where to start? First of all the house is perfect for families. The house was ultra clean, the owner of the house greeted us with a spotless clean house, cold soft drinks, fresh pizza, coffee when we arrived. The big garden with large table, outdoor pizza oven, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, outdoor showers was perfect to use. So we ended up making food every night outside and relaxing all day long. (They have fantastic products in the supermarket close to the house.) Quiet nights so the baby could sleep through all the night. 30 meters to the wonderful beach, supermarket in walking distance. We had not one single problem, everything was perfect! We only have to thank you for one of our best holidays ever, and we can warmly recommend the house to everyone. It is worth every penny to stay here. The owners are fantastic, and when we were looking for recommendations for nice restaurants, activities they helped us a lot. Always kind and helpful. If we come back to Terracina, we will stay no other place then Villa Lina. Fantastico, thank you so much!

The home is very well-appointed with indoor and outdoor kitchens, one bedroom and bathroom on the main and the rest upstairs, and outdoor showers for coming back from the beach. We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 11 to 83 and there was something for everyone, whether it was the short walk to one of the prettiest beaches in Italy, or the patio and lovely garden. Washing machine & dishwasher were appreciated, as were the many kitchen staples already there when we arrived. We were happily surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was in the evenings. The hosts were gracious and responsive.

We enjoyed the large Villa Lina during daytime, when the heat is on, moving around the house, using all the different outdoor spaces, to stay cool in the shadow. We started the morning at the beach with the smallest kids, just a minute or two around the corner, Then back to the house using the two outdoor showers, and waking the youngsters for a common breakfast on the large patio. Some days we started heating up the pizza oven just after breakfast, and then went bicycling along the canal by Via Mortacino. The beach was tempting again in the afternoon, and with dedicated heating during the day, the oven around 300 degrees and ready for pizza baking:)

We stayed three generations;1) three grandparents/parents, 2)four parents, one single child and 3) four grandchildren; age 14 years old, 2 nad 1,5 years and 2 months old. It worked out perfect for all of us. The outdoor shower and the pizza oven was excellent. The shadows, the Football VM (TV) and Internet worked out well. Trips to Rome for a few and local travelling was good. Eilen and Tom
