Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Hanglage, dadurch leider schwer zu bewältigen wenn man etwas gehbehindert ist

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, der Blick auf den Gardasee ist genial! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, der Preis ist für das Objekt, die Lage und die Ausstattung absolut angemessen. Viele Grüße von den Urlaubern aus Ulm, Tübingen und Hannover

Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage oberhalb von Gardone/Fasano...Ruhig und sehr schöner Blick auf den See. Der Pool ist klasse und das Haus gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber erfüllt ihren Zweck. Warnen Sie ihre Teenager… das WLAN ist furchtbar😂... Gerade deshalb so gut. Dann wurden halt endlich mal wieder die legendären Reiterkämpfe im Pool veranstaltet. Alles im allem… Jederzeit wieder. Samanta ist eine tolle Hausverwalterin.... Behilflich, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Boendet motsvarade våra förväntningar och höll mycket hög klass. Pool området var mycket bra. Vi var 8 vuxna och 2 barn och boendet kändes aldrig för litet. Altanen där vi intog alla våra måltider hade en fantastisk utsikt och vi fick alla god plats. Vi ger Villa Loredana våra bästa rekommendationer.

Fantastic Villa , absolutely stunning views and gorgeous pool. We had a wonderfully relaxing week. Plenty of room for two families. You definitely need a car.

Die Luxuriöse Villa entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Individuell und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wunderschön gelegen oberhalb des Gardasee's mit toller Aussicht. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt und sehr nett & unkompliziert. Diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir hatten mit der 10-köpfigen Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub! We were 6 people staying here. Great villa; very peaceful but easy to get to other places around Lake Garda by car. We loved the views and the pool. We had chefs come come to the villa one night to cook us dinner - it was fabulous food. We had a few issues with the electricity cutting out on the first day, but Samanta and her husband sorted it out straight away. Samanta was great at helping out throughout our stay (booking reataurants etc) Overall we had a very restful stay there!

I stayed here with my family of 6 - including our 4 children aged 17 to 22. We had a wonderful 2 week holiday and really want to go back - in fact we didn't want to leave! The house was very spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could want (dishwasher, washing machine, very effective air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room). The views were spectacular especially from the balconies, as well as the pool side. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was large with lots of seating around it and a great setting for our many barbeques. There is also plenty of room to park a car. It is really well situated, with many restaurants nearby and about a 7 minute walk to the lake edge, down the hill, and about 20 minutes on foot into Toscolano Maderno where there are lots of cafes etc. On arrival Samanta met us without a problem (despite the late arrival of our plane) and was absolutely charming and unfailingly helpful and even arranged for two fantastic chefs to come and cook us an amazing meal at the villa one evening. We are so grateful to her for helping us enjoy such a great holiday and really hope to return next year.

La villa pulitissima, gli interni pienamente corrispondenti alla descrizione. Gli spazi esterni curati, ampi e gradevoli, una distesa di ulivi e vegetazione che dalle fotografie non si percepisce. Si è immersi in una zona di ville e giardini, bellissima e molto tranquilla, anche con la presenza di animali. La veduta del lago è spettacolare. La bella piscina è in ordine ed è controllata discretamente anche durante il soggiorno. Per qualsiasi necessità i sigg. Samanta e Giuseppe sono a disposizione, professionali, ma squisitamente gentili nell’accoglienza e nel servizio agli ospiti. È stato un soggiorno al di sopra delle aspettative. Giuseppe P.

The villa was very good for a family with kids.

We, 8 people in the family, stayed a week, in the middle of June, in this wonderful villa. Situated on the hill above Gardone Riviera. Restaurants and a small local minimarket within walking distance. Stunning view of lake Garda from the terraces. Very well equipped house, comfortable beds, three floors, several areas in the house and garden made it easy to find a a quiet and secluded spot, should anyone would like. Well kept garden with a really nice pool area with sunbeds and other furnitures, shower and rest room. Thanks to Samanta and husband. Very friendly and also fast with answers when contacted. Kurz und knapp: Alles war rundum super!!gebucht hatten wir aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen und unser Resümee am Ende: Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Gardasee in einer traumhaft schön Villa in der es an nichts fehlt! . Samanta war mit ihrer unkomplizierten Art eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Für 8 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern gab mehr als ausreichend Platz!sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Eine Villa mit allem erdenklichen Komfort, ein Pool, zwei Terrassen mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das lag besonders daran, dass wir mit Samanta und ihrem Mann eine sehr gute Betreuung hatten. Kurz und Gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa

Es fing mit der freundlichen Begrüßung von Samata an. Charmant und unaufdringlich. Das Haus und die Anlage sind gepflegt wenn auch ein wenig in die Zeit gekommen. Der Standort mit der herrlichen Aussicht ist traumhaft. Ausflüge sind von hier aus für den westlichen Gardasee sind sehr gut und es gibt viel zu sehen. Lokale in allen Kategorien sind reichlich vorhanden. Idela ist das Grunstück für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für Aufenthalte mit Freunden. Durch die Hanglage hat man von jeder Ebene (Haus, Pool, Grillplatz) einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Für ältere Menschen aber auch beschwerlich. Wir bedanken uns bei Samanta für die nette Betreuung.

Es war wunderschön und wir können das Haus mit dem großem Pool gern weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes und großzügiges mediteranes Haus am Hang, mit umwerfenden Blick auf den See und abseits der Touristenströme. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber!

We were very happy with our stay at Villa Loredana. The view over the lake (especially from the master bedroom) was the best we have ever had. The villa is huge and has everything you need. Pool area and pool was also great, but in October the water was a bit too cool. We had a swim in the lake though, that was a lot warmer.

Diese Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Super Lage, perfekt gepflegt und sauber. Hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort (Samanta e Giovanni: grazie!!!). Der Ausblick noch besser als erhofft, die Betten sehr bequem und sogar deutsche Fernsehprogramme! Wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen!

We had a superb stay at Villa Loredana. An excellent property : the photos on the website do not fully do justice to how big the property is. Spread over 3 floors. And of excellent quality. All clean on arrival. Although there were only 4 of us, there is plenty of room for 8. The kids spent the first day or two getting lost. The pool is excellent, being approx 12 metres in length, with diving board, although max depth is approx 150cm , so no neat diving (and take care anyway!)! It is almost completely private, being just about visible from the road if anyone is nosy enough to peer through the netting. Google earth street views will give you a reasonable idea of this (explore Via Resola). The views are really good , again, the photos on the website do not fully do this justice. Certainly, whilst sat in the veranda in the evening, or on the master bedroom veranda, you begin to appreciate how big Garda is. It's located in Fasano (right next to Gardone Riviera). Gated drive adds to privacy and security. Approx 1.25 miles from Maderno shingle beach and ferry. There's a car park approx 1 mile away for parking up for the beach or ferry (7 euros for the day at present). We originally booked Garda thinking shingle beaches would not be ideal - how wrong we were : ideal for nipping to for an hour or three, with no need to dust sand off. There is a pay beach area with some sand also at Maderno. Cafe's in Maderno also sold take-out pastries (this was our morning jog....) and supermarket there also. Gardone is well located for days out : Parco Avventura Rimbalzello (near Gardone for rope course for the kids), ferry to Torri (nice beach on north side of town plus castle), 2 theme parks near Lasize (Movieland and Gardaland - both very good, the latter being slightly more professional - about 60-90 mins in the car, but leave reasonably early otherwise queues off the autostrada to the toll booth make for long delays) , water park at Canevaworld(also Lasize), Venice (via train at Desanzano, free and available parking when we arrived outside the station at 710am), Parco Grotta Cascata Varone at Riva (then beach at Torbole), Lake Idro for kayaking at Vantone (located on the campsite, (it's somewhat gentler water than Garda, although if you go, make sure you take the tunnel roads, rather than following our satnav over the mountain pass(hair raising!)), and also Il Vittoriale (in Gardone, with it's warship in the grounds of the garden - bonkers!).
