It was convenient location
The beds were as hard as rocks, resulting is sore back and neck

Location is excellent, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, Baglor Road, restaurants and cafes.
Staff are very helpful.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable bed.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, it had hair from a previous guest in the drain and on the soap shelf. Rooms were not cleaned for the 4 days we were there.

Good value hotel, in a good location and huge bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was cleaned daily with clean towels and bedding and fresh bottles of water. Didn’t use the pool or bar upstairs but we did look and it looked good.
The AC wasn’t fantastic and the shower temperature was always boiling hot and could not be altered.

The pool on the rooftop is really nice, you should go during sunset time. The room was nice,clean and big. Staff very kind. good location

Staff was friendly and great location
Everything was perfect, I’d advise to not use Apple Maps as it will take you behind the hotel in a private neighborhood . Recommend using Google Maps

rooftop pool area
unclean towels and bedsheets. rooftop pool was closed night time! no breakfast, breakfast was promised to me at booking. fresh markt have waste dump next to hotel so the smell was very unpleasant in room balcony. jacuzzi in room didint wokr.

good hotel for the price , don’t believe the bad reviews , I’ve stayed in worse places for twice the price , I had 2 days /nights in the room with a stomach bug , the tv is good , the noise level outside is ok , I was on the 8 th floor , 5 mins walk down a street to Bangla , nice quiet street with bars and food places , I even got an expensive haircut ! will stay here again when in patong

1. Noise from the stadium
2. Jacuzzi bath didn’t even work when we paid the extra money for a room with it
3. Pressure of the water coming from the shower was pathetic
4. Colour of the water coming from the bath was dirty
5. Staff where so rude when we tried to tell them the issues
6. Hotel refused to refund us for the remaining 6 nights even after all of these issues.
This hotel was that bad that we just cut our loses and booked another hotel for our remaining time at Patong.
