Unique Lakefront Villa On Lake Como! Ideal for a family or a group of friends
Villa exceptionnelle au bord de l'eau récemment entièrement rénovée. Unique et inoubliable, elle se trouve juste au bord du lac ! 1 magnifique jardin garantissant l'intimité des clients entoure la propriété. Vous pourrez admirer un grand panorama avec de magnifiques vues sur le lac et les montagnes depuis l'ensemble de la villa, les terrasses, le balcon et le jardin. La maison est très paisible et le lac dégage 1 sérénité totale. Cependant, il est possible de trouver plus d'animation en marchant simplement vers la plage principale du village où résidents, touristes et véliplanchistes se rencontrent. Cremia et le nord du lac de Côme en général est mondialement connu comme l'1 des meilleurs endroits pour la voile, la planche à voile et le kite surf. Un vent du sud appelé Breva souffle chaque jour tôt dans l'après-midi assurant divertissement pour les véliplanchistes et les kite surfeurs ! Quelques restaurants, pizzerias et cafés, dans le village proche à pied.

We needed a place that had to check a lot of boxes including air conditioning and a parking spot. But this villa beat the basics by a lot. The terrific balconies and patio spaces are great for sunbathers as they take in the views. You can even jump right into the lake in front of the house.
The location is about an hour north of Como itself but in easy reach of Menaggio (20 minutes). If you're comfortable driving on narrow Italian roads it's a good central point. We even drove around the north of the lake and you can reach Varenna that way in about an hour. Our daughter can't do boats so this was great.
There are two locations within easy walking distance for a quick meal and a grocery store is a short drive north to stock the kitchen.
You really only have one neighbor too.
The host Deborah was great checking us in and giving us good directions. Can not recommend highly enough.

It was so amazing to have the 4km promenade right out front for walks to great cafes and restaurants. Views from every room. Easy parking. Great grocery nearby. Good proximity to activities in Dongo, Menaggio, and the Ferry. The furniture has been updated since the photos were taken - it seats 6 comfortably in the main room now. We also appreciated the host being helpful in securing a recommendation when we had an unexpected medical need.

When we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes. We were directly facing the Lake & to our left we could see snow on the Swiss Alps. The steps down to the house meant it wasn't disabled friendly but that didn't affect us. We found everything comfortable but needed instructions for how to get some heating. Other than that it was wonderful.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Great walks right along the lakeshore. Only caveat is the steep walkway down to the house. If you have trouble with walking this can be a challenge. For most people this is a great choice!!

Ganz am See mt Traumausblick. Toller Uferweg. Gute location für standuppaddeling. Sehr schöne Frühstück und Dinner-Restaurants in Fussreichweite. Haus sehr sauber , Vermieter sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen. Werden wieder kommen.

Traum am Wasser mit kleinen Fehlern
Perfekte Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Einrichtung etwas spartanisch und ohne große Atmosphäre. Leute die gerne Kochen und Backen haben keinen Backofen, es fehlen Auflagen für Stühle und Liegen, das Geschirr könnte reichhaltiger sein.

Lage zur Straße und See sind hervorragend. Objekt wie beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit lässt noch Luft nach oben. Notwendige Erhaltungmassnahmen sind erkennbar.

Great holiday home right on the lake.
We had a great week in this lovely holiday home. It was delightful being lakeside and watching the lake and the weather role in. Cremia is quiet but there are good restaurants nearby. We hired a boat for the day in Dongo only 10 mins away by car. The nearest mini market is a 5 min drive and the nearest big supermarket is 20 mins. That was the only downside really.

Lovely villa in perfect location
We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa. The rooms are spacious and clean and the kitchen has everything you need apart from an oven. There is also a lot of outdoor space with stunning views of the lake. The villa is a short walk from a couple of bars and restaurants.

wonderful spot
This house is a little under loved. There is no oven and no air con and it is not lavishly or stylishly decorated but the outside space more than makes up for it. Lots of places to sit, eat, lie And swim outside. A great walk from the rear of the property takes you to the next village and a great bakery/ little genetal store/pizza place and restaurant. Views are incredible. We loved out stay.

Beautiful home in a stunning location
Deborah's Lake Como property is perfect - the panoramic view from the living room is almost impossible to take your eyes off, and the view gets better when you step out onto one of the three outdoor areas. The interior decor is very modern, and the property was perfectly clean with good quality furniture. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance, and it's a great base from which to explore the lakes and the wider area. I didn't want to leave, and can't wait to go back!

A remarkable location! We loved our family time right on the lake.
This place is one of the most beautiful spots on the planet. The house itself was plenty spacious for six people and three generations. It was very warm, so we loved and depended on being able to swim right in front of the house. We swam several times of day! Perhaps the most awesome thing about this location is its proximity to the walking promenade, which is right in front of the house and leads to more than five restaurants, so we didn’t really have to drive for meals. We are a hiking family and found two great hikes, one out of varenna and another along the Sanagra river. For the latter get a map from the tourist info office in the main square of Mennagio.

Sehr schöne Villa
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa de Como, das Haus liegt direkt am Comer See mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Haus ist sehr comfortabel und gut ausgestattet, jedoch nur durch Treppen zugänglich. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt ca. 2 km entfernt. Die Betreuung durch Deborah war ausgezeichnet. Wonderful holiday villa
We had a great week's holiday in this lovely villa in Cremia. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The brilliant view over-looking the lake was very special. A good base for visiting the area. We enjoyed being able to walk in the evenings the short distance from the villa to the restaurants. Deborah was very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. After staying in many villas over the years, this is the only one where we have felt we would be very happy to return. Would highly recommend.

glorious Lake Como
we had a really lovely holiday staying in this beautiful Villa right on the edge of Lake Como. It was really peaceful and so beautiful overlooking the lake. we miss that view! At night all the lights around the lake twinkle and are so pretty. The villa had everything we needed and was ideally situated for touring the area.
