This property is so charming and so conveniently located! Ilaria was so kind and easy to communicate with. He met us at the train station, showed us the property, provided instuctions as well as breakfast. The terrace is gorgeous and we were comfortable and felt safe. We didn’t want to leave!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I stayed for ten weeks at this property and was very happy there. The unit is very clean and well equipped. Maurizio was very helpful and accommodating. He met me at the train station on my arrival and even though I don’t speak Italian we had no problems communicating. The apartment is located on the bus routes and across from the train station. The views, night and day from the terrace are wonderful and I hope to return next year in the spring.

the location of the spacious apartment was excellent-right across from the train station and buses to amalfi coast. Maurizio was very accommodating and helpful. We didn’t receive an address for check in so there was a bit of confusion which got remedied!! A really nice place to stay !!

Delightful apartment, close to train station and just a short walk uphill to the town. A short train trip to Sorrento and from there to Amalfi coast, or Capri, or in the other direction to Pompeii and Naples. Our host was very helpful, lots of little extras in the apartment to make our stay even more pleasant. No hesitancy to recommend to others.

Had a great holiday in this apartment. Great location near a train station so makes it easy to do trips to Pompeii, Sorrento and Amalfi. Apartment is in town so easy to walk to shops restaurants and meta beach too. Had a really nice meal out in restaurant tico tico with a lovely view from their terrace. We drove to the apartment but the nearest parking is in a private block about 50meters from the apartment at a cost of €5 per day. Did manage to pull in to load and unload. Inside the apartment had everything we needed and has a lovely Italian feel. For any parents looking at this apartment there are waterproof covers on all the beds which may save on packing space. Washing machine also very welcome. Lovely to sit in the balcony and have a meal or a glass of wine. Lots of cars and mopeds use the road outside the flat so you will get quite a lot of horn noise as is customary in Italy. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Four of us (2 couples) were very comfortable in this lovely, well situated apartment, for 5 nights, in a king sized bed (in bedroom) and a queen pull-out couch in sitting room. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs are a plus--average street noise and church bells that chime every 15 mins. Our host prepared the kitchen with coffee, milk, fresh oranges, fruit juice and more! It's a 2 min. walk to the train station and bus. 10 minutes to groceries, two very good restaurants, a bakery, and other shops. The deck is roomy and looks out at the mountains. Kitchen is well equipped w/plenty of dishes, pots and pans. No microwave, but stove/oven work well. We would definitely return!

The apartment is the most convenient apartment we have stayed at in Europe. The train and buses literally were out the door! Grazie also provided a lovely, well stocked basket of food, coffee, cookies, toast etc., as well as milk, juice and water in the refrigerator. This was immensely appreciated after being up for almost 30 hours—so incredibly thoughtful! We would HIGHLYrecommend staying at this lovely apartment! We loved the apartment. great location between Naples and the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento etc. Close to the sea, Beautiful views of the sea. Lots of room in the apartment. My only complaint would be to get a new mattress. My wife and I both found the mattress quite unforgiving... it was quite hard as well as the pillows. A small complaint... other than that it was great, and Grazia was very cordial as well as easy to work with. Would stay there again.

The apartment was perfect for exploring, it was across the road from both the bus stop and the train station. We would certainly like to stay here again. Meta has a lovely beach which we enjoyed. It is a lovely walk down to the beach and then there is a bus that runs frequently from the beach back up to the bus stop opposite the apartment and then on to Sorrento (1.20 Euro) We would certainly recommend a stay here.

This Meta apartment was perfect for our first time to Italy. We traveled by train and the location was convenient. It was away from the tourist destinations, which made our visit more pleasant. Meta offers kayaking and swimming as well as welcoming people and delicious restaurants. We started each day with breakfast on the balcony. The summer months are hot so it was nice to come home to an air conditioned apartment. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and Grazia was a wonderful host.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this apartment. I am very happy to say that it is everything it says and more! The photos really don't do it justice, there is an element of wow factor when you first walk in. The owner met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. We were shown everything and things were explained to us. There was a basket of food items to start us off and some beautiful fresh oranges, this was a nice touch, as it allowed us to have a cup of tea and rest before we went exploring. We were told about local restaurants and where the supermarket is. This was all a great help, having just arrived. Our stay here was amazing, lazy breakfasts on the terrace and cool afternoons in the air conditioned rooms. The apartment is located a 5 min walk from the Circumvesuviana station. This gives access to Sorrento, Naples and amazing places in between. We used this the whole of our stay and it cost us 5.20 Euros return to Sorrento. It is very easy to get around and very cheap. There is a bus stop outside the apartments too and you can get a bus to Sorrento or down to Meta beach. Meta beach is beautiful, the facilities are amazing. It is a 15/20 min walk downhill to the beach and the bus brings you back up. We had a wonderful stay and this was made better by having a lovely base. We would happily return here if we went to Sorrento again. Highly recommend the apartment, very high standard and good facilities. Thank you both for making out stay in Italy a pleasant one!

Traditional Italian apartment, Meta is a beautiful village , Grazia and her husband were wonderful hosts who were very helpful. We would stay again.

Удобное расположение для поездок по Соррентийскому полуострову, Помпеи , Неаполь и на Амальфитанское побережье. Станция поездов буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы. Продуктовые магазинчики в 5-10 минутах . До моря неспешно идти минут 20. Очень гостеприимная и заботливая хозяйка Грация. Даже если вы не успели после приезда в магазин, без заврака не останетесь - для вас приготовлены кофе, сок, печенье. С Грацией всегда можно связаться и оперативно получить ответы на возникшие у вас вопросы. Единственный минус апартаментов - шум от проезжающих мимо машин, но ночью его практически нет. We loved our home in Meta! The pictures truly do not do this lovely apartment justice. WOW! Super clean, and every amenity has been carefully thought out and made available by the gracious host/hostess. They kindly left a thoughtful basket of fruit/snacks as well as juice and bottled water in the refrigerator. The tile work throughout is beautiful, the windows are light and airy, the doors and windows all have electric shades for complete privacy at night, the bedroom is oversized and comfortable, the kitchen/dining area is generous and well stocked, the bathroom is large and includes toiletries and thick towels, and the wifi is lightning fast and always available. The patio is delightful and features two sets of glass doors opening through the dining room and the master bedroom! Beautiful plants and trees and comfortable table and chairs provide further enticement to spend time enjoying the patio. Of particular note, the apartment location is perfect, just steps from the Curreri Bus stop, the Circumvesuviana Station, and the city bus stops right outside the door. We enjoyed hearing the cathedral bells toll during the day and loved exploring the neighborhood. Our kind hostess gave detailed directions to a convenient supermarket, restaurants, and an ATM just down the street. Just a little further down that same street we discovered 2 delicious bakeries which totally satisfied our cravings for delicious Italian breads and pastries. The people in Meta were very friendly, even though many didn't speak English. They were so kind and made us feel welcome to their community. We later ventured to Sorrento and were SO grateful to escape that busy tourist town and return to our wonderful Meta heaven which helped us feel like true Italians! We stayed here 5 nights and used the apartment as a base to visit Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum, and the stunning Amalfi coast. Our only caution, if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early, you may be wise to pack ear plugs to block out the train and bells (they don't go all night). Seriously though, our Meta home was our favorite apartment during our entire trip and is highly recommended.

My daughter and I had a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. A credit to the owners who made us very welcome It was handy for the shops, tourist information, buses, trains just a short walk away. If you are to holiday in the Sorrento area, consider staying here, you will not regret it.

We have stayed several times in Meta, in an apartment in an orchard, in a historic building and perched high up on the top of the cliff. In all of these, we had lovely holidays. This time we decided to be nearer the Circumvesuviana station and within easy walking distance of our friends that live in Piano. Grazia`s apartment fulfilled all our requirements. On a sunny, somewhat blusterous day in the last week in April, Grazia met us at the station, which is a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Her husband and daughter were also there to show us around and explain how everything worked. This is where the family lives a lot of the time, in the summer. During the four weeks we stay here, we lived as we do at home, preparing most of the meals ourselves and eating out two or three times a week. For this, the apartment is well equipped. There are several food shops within a short walking distance. Crai supermarket in Via Caracciolo has a fairly good selection, especially fruit and vegetables. There is a small Deco supermarket on the main road, Corso Italia and a little further along there is a very good fish shop, a butcher, a bakery, a lady’s hairdresser, a barber and towards Piano, there is a Carrefour supermarket, beside Banco di Napoli with an ATM. A further ten minutes’ walk along the main road and you come to the large Sisa supermarket in Piano. They have a very big selection of food and wines, including a good butchery and ready prepared take-away food. It costs just € 1,20 on the train or bus into Sorrento. The bus stop is right outside the apartment. There are several good restaurants in Meta; three of our favourites being La Conca, Tico Tico and Golden Beach – all of these are down beside the beach. Another lovely restaurant, with reasonable prices, is Il Cantuccio in Massa Lubrense. It is away from the rather overcrowded Sorrento and has magnificent views towards Capri. Simply take Bus A from the stop opposite the apartment and get off at the last stop in Massa Lubrense. The restaurant is just a few yards from the bus stop. If you are first in Massa Lubrense, the walk down to the little harbour is very rewarding. The apartment is comfortably furnished and the terrace with lots of lovely flowering plants, is sunny most of the daytime but also has a nice shaded area for dining. The TV has the Sky package and it was nice to follow the Giro d`Italia and watch the odd football game. Thank you Grazia and look forward to seeing you again.

My Sister and I just returned from a 6 night stay in this apartment. Grazia was a wonderful hostess, from the very first email she was so helpful and welcoming. She met us at the station and she and her husband drove us to the airport on our last day. The apartment is just as it is in the photos, there was a basket of coffee, tea and biscuits, and milk, juice and a bottle of water in the fridge and some fresh fruit. There is toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergen, no need to rush to the shops for essentials. The location of the apartment is excellent , bus stop at the door and the train station a couple of minutes around the corner. The Circumvesuviana is great, we went in and out to Sorrento, to Pompeii and Naples. We had the 3 day Artecard http://www.campaniartecard.it/artecard_Regione.cfm which we used for free admission to Pompeii and the Archeological museum in Naples and could hop on and off buses, trains and the metro in Naples as often as we liked for the 3 days. We had a wonderful time here and would stay again, and recommend this apartment to family and friends. Thank you Grazia

On arrival in Meta we were greeted by Grazia whom was very nice and spoke good English. She showed us to the apartment which is only a few minutes away from the bus stop and the train station. The apartment was nicely decorated and fully furnished and with all necessary equipment for a perfect stay. The photos are true to life. All local amenities are nearby and within walking distance which makes it a perfect base for exploring surrounding tourist attractions. Pompeii was 25 minutes direct train journey, Herculaneum 35 mins and Sorrento 6 mins. Although the train station is in view from the apartment, this does not intrude on this apartment. The large terrace was lovely to sit out each morning and have breakfast and look out and see the amazing views. We walked down to the clean, lovely beach which took about 20 minutes and got the bus back as it is quite steep. Grazia and her husband travelled from Naples and arrived at 6.15 in the morning of our departure, and insisted on assisting us with our luggage to the bus stop which we were very grateful for. Grazia was an excellent host whom would not hesitate to go out of her way to ensure a perfect holiday was had by all. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and area. Grazia, her husband and son were very hospitable and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, well-furnished and very clean, with a large, charming terrace and is located very close to the railway station. Travel by train allows quick access to the most interesting places of the region. A great place to visit Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri, Ischia, Vesuvio, Napoli, Pompei, Ercolano and all surrounding areas. Everything was great!
