This apartment was perfectly located for a relaxing holiday. Everything you could possibly want was within a short walk & the unit was very comfortable.

Unfortunately the elevator stopped working twice during our stay (including at check-out! ) so the five flights of stairs gave us a good workout.

The view is spectacular, access to the beach and rock pool could not be easier, the unit is bright, nicely decorated and mostly clean.

This is the second year in a row that we have had to complain about the fans needing to be cleaned. The system of window locks (installed to meet government regulation) which has been chosen for all Beachpoint units is very unsatisfactory as windows can only be opened a few centimetres, resulting in the unit becoming very stuffy and hot. There are other systems which meet regulations in a way that is much more comfortable to the inhabitants. The main bedroom needs a bedside table and reading lamp on BOTH sides of the bed, even though the room is very small. We moved the table from the second bedroom into the main bedroom for the duration of our stay and we were still able to access the wardrobe. The main lounge is not very comfortable, as the cushions continually slide forward and have to be pushed back up every day.

Great location

Garage too tight for the modern day car. External parking was the option. Didn’t like the one way rear lane, as difficult to turn into the drive from the sharp angle presented.

Every thing the view from the balcony is fantastic you watch the dolphins every day swimming by

Apart from the toilet locking and couldn't get out and the lounge chairs are not good for old people they can't get out...over hall I love it I will be back soon thank you

Exceptional location. Excellent amenities.

Garage too small for medium size family sedan. Difficult to manoeuvre car in tight garage area. Had to park in street. Strong smell from floor waste in toilet.

Great location and fantastic view.

The location and sea views were great, walking distance to the beach, pool, coffee, shops and restaurants.

No WiFi or air conditing

Cockroaches, open large bin on ground floor full of maggots and always stinky

Covered in cob webs. Some infestation of spiders through out unit all over windows.. absolutely disgusting. Owners should be embarrassed. The loudest dryer ever. Worst of all u can not open a single window for the beautiful sea breeze at night or day. Which u go for 👎👎
