Nice appartement close to the center and located in an area where it's possible to park the car. It was very clean, well equipped, and quiet. The host was very helpful and kind.

The noise of the water tank

The host sent us videos on how to collect the keys - though he communicated only in Italian it wasn't much of an issue because I could use Google translate. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is new and comes with a tiny courtyard. Unfortunately, I locked us out of the apartment (once you shut the main door there's no way to open it without a key). This left me and my friends in a sticky situation late at night and we had to make other arrangements. But the host was nice enough to offer a partial refund since we didn't use the place for the night.

Parking can be a challenge anywhere in Notto so make sure you are an experienced driver because this place is situated right in the city. Also, I could not reach the owner at 10.45 pm when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment :(

The location is perfect, in a quiet street but jist 4 minutes walking from the main street with the cathedral in Noto. The apt is fully equipped with all the facilities a family might need, including a few bottles of water and we appreciated the attention to details in the decoration.

More attention to the cleaning of the dishes and the use of a face-mask by the owner when we arrived would have been appreciated.

Apartment was perfectly situated in the heart of old town and 5 minutes’ walk to main attractions and bars/ restaurants. Apartment was well stocked with necessary items for self-catering as well as washing machine and washing powder, which was a bonus. Apartment is well maintained and in good decorative order. Welcoming host.

While Carmelo said that we could contact him at any time, and he responded pretty quick when we did, it would help to have some basic information in the property on how to work oven, etc, as well as some info on the local area and amenities in Noto, which is a stunningly beautiful town.

Carmelo was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very smart and well appointed. Fresh cannoli on arrival was a nice touch! The area was quiet and near the historic centre of Noto. Overall a great base for exploring the beautiful sights of the town.
