Nous sommes situés sur un terrain d'un demi-acre, sur les bords du Nickerson State Park et à proximité de certaines des plus belles plages du Cap.
Entouré de chêne blanc local qui procure des zones d’ombre les chaudes après-midi d’été. La terrasse, ajoutée en 2012, est un espace merveilleux pour divertir et allumer le barbecue le soir. et les enfants vont adorer traîner dans la cabane dans les arbres ou rôtir des rôtis autour du feu. La douche extérieure est parfaite lorsque vous revenez de la plage ou que vous avez simplement besoin de vous rafraîchir après le soleil de midi.
À l'intérieur, les espaces de vie ouverts se prolongent par un salon moderne au rez-de-chaussée et une deuxième grande salle familiale / salle de télévision au sous-sol entièrement aménagé. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée besoin de divertir et salle à manger adjacente avec des sièges pour huit. Il y a quatre chambres climatisées, deux au rez-de-chaussée et une salle de bain complète. A l'étage, il y a deux autres chambres, un grand maître et une grande chambre d'enfants lumineuse, ainsi que la deuxième salle de bain.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in Cape cod at this place as 2 families with young children. It’s Brilliantly located and well stocked with loads of equipment to help keep the kids entertained. I would highly recommend.

We were just thrilled to have our family in this home-away-from home! From our one-year-old to the grandparents, it was the perfect house. The four bedrooms were equipped with all the beds we needed, the living room and kitchen were comfortable, and the downstairs was a great place for hanging out! The location in Brewster is beautiful, accessible to beaches and Nickerson State Park, as well as great restaurants for dining in or carrying out. The deck and grill were great! Really, this place had everything we needed. I'm hoping we can return next year!

This house is a great one for multigenerational or multifamily stays. The flexibility in bedrooms accommodates many including the 'bunk room'. The yard, playroom and location(near Nickerson St Park and beaches) are perfect for kids or nature lovers. The central location on the Cape is accessible to many activities while not being in the bustle of the crowded areas. We loved it.

this is a very nice property. it has been updated and had plenty of space for a family. the children enjoyed playing in the back yard and the treehouse..

We really enjoyed staying at the property. It was more than big enough for all of the family to spread out in their own space. Clean and had all that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and relaxing.

We had grandparents and three kids staying together, and the house was extremely comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is filled with cul-de-sacs, and the kids loved biking and exploring. Owners were very responsive and friendly.

This house was perfect for our double family vacation. The kids loved sleeping together in the upstairs bedroom which fit all 4 perfectly and they also enjoyed the tree house. The downstairs area was perfect as well for them to have a space to themselves while the adults enjoyed the sun on the deck.

Loved this house — had everything we needed and the basement play area and wii were a big hit. 5 minutes to the beach and around the corner from the kettle ponds at Nickerson gave us plenty of options for activities. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely booking again!

Paul and Charlotte have a beautiful Cape home! It is the perfect stay for families. They have thought of everything you could need to use while staying there. The big backyard and treehouse were perfect for the kids to run around and play and inside they had all sorts of toys and games for the day it rained on our vacation. We will definitely be staying again!

This was the perfect house for our family of 5. Proximity to local attractions and bike path were amazing. The treehouse was a bit different than the photos, but still great for our older kids. With lots of space, it's perfect for a family trip!

This property is in a nice subdivision with large yards and great access to hiking. The grandkids loved the large treehouse and bedroom with 4 twin beds that made it feel like they were at camp. The outdoor space with deck was great. The kitchen, while being efficient in size, was very well stocked with nearly everything you will need to prepare meals for your stay. The living room was roomy and comfortable. Our entire group of 8 was able to enjoy watching travel shows together. This was our first stay this far down the Cape and found it to be convenient, with sufficient close by amenities as well as an easy drive to other popular Cape destinations. We would recommend this property for your next Cape Vacation.

We are regulars to the cape and love this area especially. This house was a hidden gem tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The kids loved playing in the yard (tree fort was huge hit!) and riding the bikes thru the neighborhood. Inside the house we had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of toys and books for the kids! The location was great! We were able to get to P-town or Hyannis within 30-40 minutes. Plenty of beaches and hiking close by along with bike trails. After our first night we already decided to book again! We can’t wait to return and hope to make this our go to for future trips! Paul and Charlotte were so kind and responsive.

This house was perfect for a few days away. While I am sure it would be amazing in the summer, it was also great in the winter. We enjoyed the layout of the house and a basement the kids loved playing in, the location on the Cape which served as a great home base for exploring, the wonderful Nickerson state park, and the tree house in back. We definitely hope to come back in the summer!

The house is spacious, well appointed and great for families. It had everything we wanted. We were a bit disappointed not to be able to use the bikes advertised in the listing but understand this was COVID-related! We brought our own bikes and enjoyed the Rail Trail. It was a bit further than we thought to actually get on the trail but generally convenient for walking and biking. Very pleasant stay, wish we had a day or two longer!
