Située dans le petit village de pêcheurs de Stanici, à 3 km au sud d'Omis, cette villa en bord de mer offre une vue magnifique sur l'île de Brac. La villa conviendrait aux familles voyageant ensemble ou à un groupe d'amis à la recherche d'une spacieuse villa en bord de mer située sur une plage exceptionnellement jolie dans un cadre spectaculaire. Les escaliers de la terrasse principale mènent à une plage adaptée aux enfants.
La villa est approchée de la route principale sur une courte piste vers le parking principal. A l'arrière de la villa, une cour avec table et chaises. La villa est divisée en deux appartements. Le premier appartement est accessible par un escalier en colimaçon menant au couloir d'entrée principal situé au premier étage. A ce niveau, il y a une chambre double avec salle de bain et douche attenante, une chambre double et une salle de bain et douche séparée.
Un demi-escalier mène du couloir à une spacieuse cuisine ouverte / salle à manger / salon. Cette chambre dispose de deux ensembles de portes-fenêtres menant à la terrasse donnant sur la mer supérieure, il y a aussi un escalier du salon menant à une zone de couchage gallerie contenant un lit double.
Le deuxième appartement est entré par la cour arrière au rez-de-chaussée par un hall d'entrée qui comprend deux chambres doubles, une avec des portes donnant sur une terrasse latérale face à la mer et une salle de bains familiale séparée. Les escaliers de ce niveau mènent à un palier à mi-chemin contenant une grande chambre double avec un canapé-lit supplémentaire, une salle de douche attenante et deux ensembles de portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse face à la mer.
Plus bas dans les escaliers, vous trouverez un autre étage avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bains séparée. En descendant vers le bas de l'escalier, les clients entrent dans la spacieuse salle à manger / salon décloisonné avec deux ensembles de portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur la terrasse principale face à la mer principale avec coin repas extérieur.
Sur la terrasse principale il y a aussi une cuisine d'été avec barbecue.
La villa dispose de 2 kayaks doubles réservés aux clients.
Un parking est disponible sur place, 3 places de garage et 3 places ouvertes.
Il y a possibilité de louer en plus une annexe de plage nouvellement construite qui se compose de 2 chambres avec salles de bains et d'une belle terrasse sur la plage. Prix sur demande.

We had the most beautiful stay in this amazing villa. The outlook from the terrace and for those of us lucky to have the sea facing rooms is spectacular. I would normally only chose properties with a pool but swimming outside in the sea was way better. Outside BBQ is great and all facilities inside were more than adequate. Plenty to do locally if you have a car and good supermarkets within walking distance. Can't comment on restaurants locally as we drove when we did decide to go out. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay here to anyone.

We were 14 people in toto and it was plenty of space still. Amazing views, great localisation, grandios terrase and really comfortable grillplace. The owners were very helpful with all questions we had.

Wonderful getaway.
A wonderful place to relax and unwind with friends. Rental process was easy and we had all we needed. Private Beach access was a big bonus.
The driveway is a little scary but we managed it and after a couple of drive ups and downs our designated driver was confident. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Victor is a great host. He gave us great recommendations on where to buy fresh fish and meats. We grilled every night with that fab outdoor kitchen. The beach was perfect (I like stone and not sand). The water was perfect.

Fantastic view of the Adriatic See from almost all rooms. Clean rooms and very friendly owner who is there to help with any questions. Parking is a bit tight.

Amazing villa with lots to do and very conveniently located
The villa is beautiful and the little bay is spectacular. It is very conveniently located close to a little restaurant and bar in the beach as well as a few local shops (bakery, greengrocer and small supermarkets) on the main road.
Viktor was extremely helpful and very hospitable. He helped with restaurant recommendations and information on how to hire a boat (definitely recommend a trip round Brac). He also helped find somewhere for me to park the huge 9 seater van we had hired as I didn’t fancy driving it up and down the steep Croatian hill from the main road to the villa.
The villa has a couple of sea kayaks which the kids loved and ample beach loungers for the adults and teenagers to perfect their tans on.
The town of Omis is very close with plenty to keep you occupied. I would recommend the zip line tour above the Cetina river as well as the rafting on the river.
It is truly a special place and Viktor and his family are great hosts. Thank you.

Großartige Villa direkt am Strand
Sie wollen viel Platz, Top Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und direkt am Strand... dann buchen Sie es. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden mit Kuchen und kalten Bier empfangen. Das Ganze einfach toll.

Magique!!
La maison est comme sur les photos! Très propre et décorée avec goût. Très fonctionnelle car il y a une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. Nous étions 16 et nous n'étions pas gênés. La vue sur la terrasse est magique du petit déjeuné au couché du soleil. La mer juste en bas est un must. Je recommande de louer avec l'extension car cela change tout et permet de ne pas monter les escaliers en cas d'oubli!
Le petit plus, Lidija s'occupe du ménage le jour du départ.

We were able to listen to the sounds of the ocean all night. The house has everything you need for a big group. Easily could have slept 4 more.
The off season meant that there were no restaurants open but the taxis were reasonable at €17 into Omiš. The driveway down to the house from the road is very steep and not for the faint of heart! But it provided us with much needed exercise and kept us active after consuming delicious Croatian food and beer! The owner Lidija and her daughter in law Ivana were delightful and very helpful with directions etc. The house is decorated with many art pieces -some of Lydijas original works and others collected from world travel. Thanks for a beautiful experience. The only thing that we didn’t like was leaving!

Great beachfront villa
Helpful owner, large terrace with great view, well-maintained. Good location near Omis, and with direct access to a rocky beach. Wouldn't recommend it for those with small children due to the many stairs, but good for everyone else. Definitely recommend the property!

Excellent stay in a nice, comfortable house
An excellent stay in a nice house very close to the beach. Beach with sun beds and wonderful clear water. No traffic noise. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Big house with a lot of space. Clean and nice decorated, air conditioning in every room. Great beautiful terrace, with a 180 degree view towards the islands. The owners of the house were very friendly and helped us when we needed something.

Our home on the Adriatic
What attracted us to this house, besides the gorgeous view, was that it had 4 bedrooms, just what we needed for our group. It worked out perfectly as we all had privacy and plenty of room in the common areas, including the lovely patio where we spent a lot of time relaxing, eating, and enjoying the sunsets!
Every room had air conditioning, and the house was well equipped.
We also liked the location, as it was just a short drive to the center of Omis, and a few minutes more to Split. All in all it was a great time!!!
