Lorsque vous franchissez la porte d'entrée, vous êtes accueilli par le charme côtier apaisant d'une maison récemment décorée et entièrement mise à jour située sur 3 lots surdimensionnés dans le sud de Venise. Les lots vides pleins de végétation tropicale luxuriante de chaque côté offrent le maximum d'isolement et d'intimité.
Une fois à l'intérieur, vous êtes accueillis avec un espace salon / salle à manger / cuisine à aire ouverte qui vous offre amplement d'espace pour votre famille. Un canapé double inclinable et deux fauteuils inclinables surdimensionnés dans le salon, ainsi qu'une télévision grand écran de 55 pouces avec câble et accès Netflix, offrent de nombreuses options de sièges et de divertissement confortables. Une belle porte coulissante en verre à 3 portes apporte l'extérieur à l'intérieur et offre une vue imprenable sur la piscine chauffée et la véranda.
Il y a aussi un parking disponible pour votre bateau, camping-car, ou les deux! Le stationnement en gravier le plus proche de la rue mesure 20 pieds de largeur et 32 pieds de profondeur. La zone de gravier arrière mesure 13 pi de largeur et 50 pi d'alimentation pour la clôture.
Vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter la cour arrière où les palmiers donnent sur la piscine chauffée (moustiquaire fermée) avec plusieurs endroits pour se prélasser au soleil ou à l'ombre ainsi que de nombreux coins salons dans le porche grillagé. La cour arrière clôturée est l'environnement parfait pour votre "Fur Baby". N'hésitez pas à cueillir vos propres citrons frais dans notre arbre!

Nous sommes situés dans le sud de Venise, à quelques minutes en voiture des épiceries, des cinémas, des restaurants et des plages. Nous sommes à moins de 1/2 mile de Shamrock Park et à 2 miles du South Venice Ferry - qui donne accès à la plage privée accessible uniquement aux résidents du sud de Venise. Everything about the experience was of high value and class. From the customer service Greg provided leading up to and throughout our stay via text and email. To all amenities at the VRBO including but not limited to toiletries, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and spices and condiments, the pool, and location. lofurnishings, instructions, and location.

This house was more than expected. The layout for the house was perfect. It was cleaned and stocked with many useful items. Pool was wonderful. Add a great location only minutes from the beach.

We had an amazing time here. The location was convenient to lots of beaches as well as dining. The house was one of the best equipped houses we have stayed in, really does have everything you need. Highly recommend staying here and will likely book again!

We finally found a house that was just perfect for a Florida vacation with our fur baby. This house had everything we needed for the beach, fully fenced in yard for our dog with privacy from neighbors and room to run and play. The pool was perfect with lots of seating. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they texted us a few times to see if we needed anything. They even offered to mail us the bathing suits we left in the dryer. We had a great trip and my advice to you is just book this house.

Our family gathered for a wedding and some beach time. This was our 3rd stay at the property. The house and everything else was perfect as usual.

Our stay at the Palms was wonderful. The home is spacious enough for 2 families where the kids enjoyed being in the bunk room. We had little ones and a pack and play and 2 high chairs were provided by the owner. Excellent communication with the owner. The home had a plumbing issue and the owner had a plumber come fix the problem the same day. The muffins and oj was a very nice welcome for our stay.
The pool was clean warm and the kids had a blast swimming almost everyday. We went to the nearby Shamrock Park and also visited the Mature Center. Both were great with the kids. One of our best meals out was at Mi Pueblo close by. The atmosphere is very lively (good with the kids) and the Christmas lights were phenomenal. This was a geeat home to stay at especially if you need a bit of space and would highly recommend to everyone.

This house is very clean and very well stocked. We chose this house because of the double oven, and we were happy to find the kitchen had every pan/pot serving dish we needed to put together a Thanksgiving meal for eight people.
The house is VERY dog friendly. The laundry room has a doggie door with access to the back yard (we had to crawl through the door to show the dog how it worked) LOL.
For our trip to the beach there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags and towels available and In the evenings we sat outside by the beautiful pool and played games.
Checking in and out was super smooth and simple. Thank you Greg and Tracy for all your thoughtful extra touches that truly made our thanksgiving a memorable one!

One of the reasons we chose this home was that it was close to friends, dog friendly and had a fenced yard, even though we ended up not bringing our pups.
From the first email to a wonderful card, muffins, and orange juice when we arrived, this trip was perfect. This home has everything you need and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need and extras you didn’t know you needed. The filtered drinking water was a blessing. The pool and home are spotless. It is a true home away from home.
The first day we rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach, spending crazy money. After that, between the umbrella we brought and the chairs and umbrellas in the garage, we set up our own space on the beaches.
From walking on Englewood beach, to sunsets at Venice beach, and even short drives to Siesta Key and Clearwater, we were so happy this home was convenient to everything.
This home and the hosts are the best! I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks for everything!!!!!

It great house.. Extremely clean and well kept property. All that was needed was there.plus some. Great area beaches at every corner. Great location to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The property was very clean and well stocked. The pool was wonderful and a fenced in yard for our poochies was great. Our hosts were very attentive - would definitely return to stay here again!!

We arrived at home to find a welcome card as well as fresh muffins and orange juice. How thoughtful as we were hungry. Home was super clean and so many things that you forget to bring were readily available. Some beach items in the garage - beach towels as well as a bike or two. We brought our own and biked the Legacy Trail 5 of 7 days. Loved it. Took our dog frequently to Brohard Paw Park. Second time he knew where he was. Definitely his favorite. We cooked most of the time - so if you do go food shopping, must visit Detwilers Farmers Market very close to home. Fresh veggies, fruit, seafood, meats/deli, and bakery. We had fresh groupe, salmon pinwheels and of course a steak on the grill - all from the market. Kitchen stocked with all items to make meals - spices, baggies, aluminum foil, trash bags, cleaners as well as cookware.
Morning we enjoyed coffee on lanai while listening to birds singing and reading. At the end of the day, we played cards on lanai while planning out our next day. Cards and games found in tv console. At bedtime our heads found comfy king size mattress. Slept as good, maybe better than in our own bed
All we can say, is this home checked all the boxes plus some. Tucker enjoyed fenced in yard and we loved not bringing his crate (3 crates in shed).
Okay now, let’s just keep this a secret between the 2 of us😊.

One of the reasons we choose this home was that it was dog friendly and had a fenced yard. The moment we entered our furry friend felt right at home. It was super clean - you could not tell that it was pet friendly, has everything you will need for two or four legged visitors. The host was quick to respond with recommendations for activities and restaurants. We loved it so much we will definitely be back to any of their properties

Greg and Tracy are the most amazing and thoughtful hosts ever! Their property is amazing and perfect for singles, couples and families. We were greeted with a wonderful card, muffins and orange juice. The entire house has absolutely everything that you need for a perfect vacation. The beds and furniture are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook or bake. The house is fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach equipment, bicycles, ice maker, filtered drinking water straight from the faucet, pool floats and laundry products! The pool heat was at the perfect temperature every single day. The pool and home are sparkling clean. The yards are beautifully landscaped and well manicured. It is a true home away from home and it’s decorated beautifully. The property has such amazing birds everywhere. They were beautiful. The neighbors were so friendly and fun. I couldn’t have spent my 50th Birthday in a better place! Greg and Tracy sent a wonderful letter upon booking explaining how everything works in the house with instructions and fantastic restaurant options. Check in and check out were a breeze! If you are questioning where you should rent……….stop questioning and rent this property! You won’t be disappointed and you will love it and want to return again and again!! Thanks Greg and Tracy for helping make my 50th Birthday so special and allowing us to create beautiful memories in your gorgeous home. We can’t wait to book with you again!

The perfect vacation house
This property has everything we want in a vacation house. The house, pool and yard are beautiful and spacious and well furnished. It feels like being at your own home, but in a resort setting. This is the second time we have stayed at The Palms and plan to stay again many more times.

The home is in a great location to beaches, restaurants, grocery and town. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the lanai. We brought all our own amenities, but the house was very well stocked, so if you forgot a soap or shampoo, they had plenty. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Venice Home
We rent in Venice at least four times a year to visit my parents. My kids have decided that this is one of their all time favorites! It was roomy, had an open floor plan, well stocked with anything you might need while there, great beach gear to use, lovely heated pool, and comfortable beds! My three kids loved the bunk room setup and we hooked up their gaming system so that they had their own area. Communication with Greg was super easy and he was always available. We will be coming back! ❤️🏝

Perfect house!
This was the first time vacationing with our dogs and we couldn’t have picked a better house. Perfect backyard and plenty of space inside for them. They had everything we needed for the week. They really thought of everything when putting this vrbo together. We hope to stay here again!

Great house and pool!
We had the best time! House has everything you need. Lots of extras are provided if you cook or grill. The pool was great! We took the ferry to the private beach, it was very relaxing. We found lots of sharks teeth. The house is close to many great local restaurants. Downtown Venice is beautiful and a fun place to walk around and shop. Greg was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely rent this house again!

We absolutely loved Our vacation and this home. Not only is the home very relaxing but beautifully decorated. The owners are wonderful to work with and have thought of every detail. We were extremely impressed with the stocked pantry and cabinets. They have literally thought of everything. Even our fur babies had the best time in the fenced backyard while we enjoyed the pool. We truly hated to leave this place. It felt so much like home. 🥰

Venice in Sept at the Palms on Shamrock
My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation with my brother and sister-in-law. The house was perfect for 2 couples. It was spacious and we loved the patio and pool. The location is very convenient to downtown Venice and the beaches. We had a great day on the private Island and had never taken the ferry from our previous visits. Greg and Tracy were super host. The house was stocked with all the extras, beach chairs, Beach towels, beach umbrellas ect. The weather was to humid to enjoy the bikes they provided. They even left us muffins and orange juice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to visit again.

Property is wonderful and just as pictured! The best vacation property we have rented in past 16 years. The property owners were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and then some.
Loved the kitchen! Perfect for our family to be together while preparing meals.
The beds were great, got a great nights sleep every night! Everything was clean and well maintained. Plus, everything you would need except for food was provided. The water filter system worked great for filling water bottles for the beach. The ferry to the private beach was the best!
Well for sure be renting again!

As for the home, you'll find everything you'll need here. The pool is heated, the kitchen is large, and they even had our favorite family game: Sequence. :)

Wonderful home away from home!
We had a great experience from start to finish renting from Greg and Tracy. I broke my ankle before our intended vacation and they were super accommodating in helping us move weeks so I could come when I was fully recovered. Their communication was excellent throughout the process.
When we were finally able to come on our vacation, we were so happy to walk into a clean, well kept and well stocked house! We loved our week here. The location can’t be beat- just several minutes to some of our favorite beaches- Casperson, Manasota Key, Nokomis, the Jetty’s. Quick bike ride to Shamrock Park where you can get on the Legacy Bike trail.
When we came back from beaching it, we loved relaxing by the pool. The outdoor space in the house is so nice. The kids loved their daily pool parties.
We had a wonderful stay here. The house has everything you need and more. Highly recommend renting from Greg and Tracy!

Vacation relaxation!
Thank you for the wonderful 2 weeks in "The Palms." We could not have asked for a better experience. The home and location were exactly what we needed. Our desire to have a "staycation" close to my mom in Venice led us to find your beautiful home. The pool and patio area are heaven. The house is tastefully furnished and airy. It allowed us to relax and rejuvenate. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you need, and then some. The owners are attentive, helpful and available as much or as little as you need. They even put up a Christmas tree and lights, as we were celebrating Christmas, and have a 9 year old! Completely above and beyond, and so appreciated. This IS the house that you’ve been looking for!
This is a very comfortable, well kept home. They have a great bunkbed. The bottom being a full-size bed. A great little office space that has an extra TV.
The heated pool was so welcome! The lanai is huge. Plenty of room to navigate for the whole family. Very very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Sunny south Venice
This trip was a great getaway from the northern chill. The location was in the middle of everything and close to the beaches. Highly recommend. Property was ideal for our needs. Owners were great, even stopped by to help with the trash added bonus was the gopher turtle who stopped by to lunch on the backyard grass.

This was our first time staying her and it will not be our last .
WE have stayed at numerous other homes in this are a the last several years and this home takes the cake ! I think the best way to describe it is your not renting a house you are renting a home . Very nice property on the outside with mature landscaping and when you walk in the door things only get better . Everything is very clean , fresh and comfortable . You can tell the owners put a lot of money and effort in to the home . Everything seems updated and new including the huge lanai . Stocked up with everything you would need for the kitchen , bath and the beach .
I had the pleasure of meeting Greg and Tracy and they were wonderful from the booking process on and emailed us to make sure everything was fine .
I dont want to brag too much because if everyone else knew about this home it might be impossible to rent again LOL !
