"The house is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There were a few minor disappointments, but Bryan immediately took care of them and apologized. The host is perfect, communicates well, responds quickly, and cares about your well-being. From the house, we went to Zion, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Wire Pass Trail. The location is well-situated."

We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers between two families. We stayed 2 nights while visiting Zion on a western trip that included Sedona, Grand Canyon, Page and Zion. It was about a half hour to the Zion visitors center and even closer to the Kolob Canyon Part of Zion. All worked well for our families. There were enough beds. Only drawback was the beds in the front room were subject to TV noise, making it difficult if someone wanted to stay up and watch tv (that wasn’t in the master bedroom) while others in the front room were trying to sleep. But that was manageable as it is otherwise difficult to fine a property that can sleep the 9 people we had.

The property was clean and neat. The beds were big and comfortable. The house was very spacious. Everything you needed was in house. Great location if you plan to visit Zion National Park.

We loved this from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Watching the sunrise over the mountains was a nice treat.

The house was clean, and had most everything needed to feel right at home. We cooked our dinners and everything was supplied to do the job! The beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. You really felt as though you were staying at home, and not just a motel. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone headed to the area. I have only one request for the future. Thanks again for supplying us a home for a memorable vacation!

Just as advertised. Actually told the owner our only regret was we didn't have time to just hang out and enjoy. Larger than it looks from the street. Plenty of room for the six of us. Well appointed in a safe neighborhood. Close to the park, which was our reason to be in the area.

Could not ask for a better location!!
We stayed at Bryan’s home while we explored both National and State parks in the area. It was a perfect location!! Even within walking distance of a grocery store. 6 family members, all over 18 agreed that it was a great place to regroup and relax a bit. The home was located in a quiet area and very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We will definitely be looking Bryan up if we are in need of lodging in the area again. Very grateful for his hospitality.

Nice large place for a big group or family
A lovely home with enough rooms and sleeping areas to accommodate a larger group of friends or a family (could handle up to 8-10 people, if you don’t mind sharing just two bathrooms), plenty of amenities and some card and board games as well. Bryan was super helpful and communicative.

Great location for Zion!
We only stayed two nights, but it was very convenient to St. George airport where we flew in and then did some shopping in Hurricane before arriving. Property is only 20 minutes to the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park (highly recommend) and not much longer to get to main entrance of Zion the following day.
Check-in and out was a breeze with the lockbox. House seems bigger in person than on photos, so that was a bonus. More than enough room for our family of five. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and well-equipped! Thanks for sharing your home with us for the first leg of our Utah trip!

The location was good. Nice and close to stores and Zion. The neighborhood was great but the house itself was nice. The house just needs help on the cleaning and organizing on what is available to use. Owner is nice and available.

A very pleasant stay we had. House was warm, clean, and very spacious. The owner is a good person.
First time visitmg Zion. Stayed here and we enjoyed it. Located close to farmers market and some nice local restaurant. Close to freeway if you want to go to Bryce canyon or Antelope Page Az. We would come back again and stay here again. Owner was easy to communicate and a honest guy.
