Unité de coin penthouse unique dans un petit complexe privé de 6 unités sur Indian Rocks Beach. Notre unité de 1200 pi 2, 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain vous donne amplement d'espace pour s'étaler. L'unité est entièrement meublée pour répondre à vos besoins. La chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bain privée avec 2 lavabos. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont leur propre télévision. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour profiter d'une nuit et a été entièrement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Les deux salles de bains ont de nouvelles armoires et des plans de travail en granit aussi. Détendez-vous et regardez la télévision sur l'écran plat de 50 po, ou placez votre film préféré dans le lecteur DVD. Dans la soirée, détendez-vous sur le balcon et profitez de la vue sur le golfe et des couchers de soleil fabuleux. Autres meubles comprennent une laveuse et une sécheuse en taille réelle et un placard avec des chaises de plage et des jouets.

Property is exactly as listed and shown in the pictures! Very short walk to the beach (do not need to cross any roads! Host was quick to respond to a question. Also is a short walk to many restaurants/coffee places! Would definitely return.

All the little things were included…sugar, vanilla, spices..This made our stay even better!! When you pack for the beach you have so much stuff and you get to your condo and a cooler, towels, and even games are included! Thank you for a great week! My two year old grandson loved his first beach week!

We enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s condo. There was plenty of room for all four adults. I loved that we never ran out of hot water when everyone wanted showers at the end of a beach day! The beach chairs, towels and coolers were a big plus! Only steps to the beach, there is no crossing busy roads! Walking distance to many restaurant's. We would definitely stay again.

We loved Debbie's place. It was so clean and close to everything. We walked the beach every morning and afternoon. We walked to dinner a few times. We drove to many cities close by. Had a great time.

Another relaxing visit to Indian Rocks Beach! We have spent February in this area for several years… each year in this same lovely condo with all the amenities of home. Debbie is wonderful to work with and the condo is located in a perfect spot with the beach just footsteps away. It is located within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Everything you could ask for to make your stay memorable.

It is very peaceful here. The neighbors are very quiet. The place is always nice and clean. I would come back again if there wasn’t a Saturday checkout.

We have stayed at the condo each February for nine years and love it almost more each year. The condo is just a few steps to the beautiful white sandy beach, walking distance to great restaurants, and a short drive to about any activity you could want. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need for a carefree holiday. The owner, Debbie, is absolutely wonderful to work with and responds to any questions very quickly. For sure, we will be back!

The condo was perfect! Just like the pictures very clean and up to date with everything. Beach was just a couple of steps away and it was awesome! The sunsets were great she had nice beach chairs available so it was easy to sit at the beach. Debbie had everything you would need and it was all well taken care. We had no issues and loved it definitely would go back and would highly recommend this condo. Lastly communication with Debbie was easy I did give her my cell and she texted me which was nice. Thank you Debbie!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the Master bathroom was very spacious. Pity I couldn’t say the same for the kitchen area, the Fridge dishwasher and sink were so close together it was annoying if two people were trying to prepare food get drinks etc at the same time. Having said that we would still rebook it for that area. We had a great time and are already planning a return trip for May.

This was the best vacation we have taken in a long time. The condo was very clean, and offered everything we needed. The location was amazing, with just a short walk to the beach. Debbie was amazing to work with! We loved our trip to IRB, and plan to return very soon!

Everything about our stay was just as described. Would definitely book this condo again in the future! Very easy to get to the beach and in a very nice, quiet building. Lots of room inside the unit. We loved our weeks stay!!

A wonderful week of relaxation
Our stay at this property was everything we needed. We’ve stayed in the area before, but this is our first time being so close to the beach. The condo was secure, well-stocked, and clean. We had everything we needed, and then some! Our lesson learned was make sure you remember the keys when you leave the building as the doors lock behind you and there’s no way back in without a key. Debbie (the owner) was extremely responsive and helpful during our “duh” moment. We would definitely stay again.

Jewel on the beach
The minute I walked in we were amazed at this beautiful condo, open space balcony that you can see the gufl. Super clean and more than comfortable. I'll be back for sure next year, hopefully the condo won't be booked up. Love, the condo, oh and super nice decorations, very beachy, loved the beach, was a great vacation!!!!

Very pleased with our stay. Debbie is very quick to respond if you have a problem. It has everything that we needed and nicely furnished. This is why we will be returning next year.

Beautiful sunsets on the beach
The condo provides a wonderful getaway with a great gulf view. Everything you might need for a beach holiday is provided and Debbie is so accommodating. The location is perfect within walking distance to dining and only steps to the white sandy beach. We enjoy it so much that we have returned each year for seven years and will be back next year.

Quite pet and smoke free place near the Beach
We have stayed several times at this beautifully decorated condo, near the beach and many great restaurants and shops. Some of our favorites are Slyce, Kooky Coconut, and the Beach Wavers Grill. There is a trolley stop just a few minutes away with rides every 30 min. going south to St. Pete or north to Clearwater Beach. We love to visit the Bird Sanctuary in Indian Shores and the Botanical garden - both are about 9 min. car ride from here. The condo has everything we needed for a nice and quite vacation on the beach. Looking fwd to coming back again in the future.

We really enjoyed our family vacay in Indian Rocks. This condo was perfect for our family. Literally steps from the ocean. The condo was so roomy and had anything you could need. It was exactly as pictured. Debby, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and told me everything I needed to make our midnight check in super easy. Would highly recommend

Amazing Getaway
You will not be let down with this condo. Just a few short steps to a beautiful white sand beach. Located in a very quiet area with fantastic views and sunsets along with excellent local restaurants within walking distance. Debbie was excellent to work with very polite and quick responses. Debbie went above and beyond to make our trip exactly what we needed.
