Maison idéale, pour des vacances familiales ou entre amis. Adultes adolescents ou enfants chacun y trouvera un espace bien à lui. La maison bénéficie d'une exposition plein sud, ce qui offre un ensoleillement du matin au soir.
Le terrain est entièrement clos et permet le stationnement de plusieurs véhicules, fermé par un portail électrique.

Le spa sous sa pergola, véritable endroit dédié à la détente dans une eau à 35°.

Une boulangerie est à proximité de la maison (environ 500 mètres), et un supermarché se trouve à 1km. Il est possible avant votre arrivée de faire une commande et de se faire livrer.
De nombreuses pistes cyclables offrent des sorties sur tout le pourtour du Bassin. A 200 mètres de la maison vous pouvez récupérer celles-ci.

Listed as a beachfront property with sea views with pool & sauna, on arrival we discovered it is at least 35 mins walk to the beach and no sea views with limited outside space. The property and pool were lovely but we had several problems. First few days marred by ongoing electrical faults switching off fridge/freezers and air con at night. The Sauna described also never worked for our whole time there. Described as 7 bikes available we wanted to cycle to the town to get around but hosts advised we had to pay extra for this,15 euros each bike per week so we only rented 2, this was a big surprise due to the very high rental we had already paid for the property for our 2 week holiday! Also the loft room is hard to access with low ceilings, there was a small toilet up there but when used, it caused effluent to rise up through the shower below! We reported it and were told to only use this WC for urine only but they did not fix the plumbing issue so we stopped using the toilet and shower after that. Our hosts could not speak english, due to the many problems we told them on our last day we believe our bike rental should be waived, however Marie got very angry with us at the handover and began screaming and shouting at us! This was completely unacceptable and rude behaviour by a host and one we never wish to repeat. This ruined our entire experience of a lovely area, very disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay here, everything about this villa was 5 star. We were lucky to have great weather so the pool was brilliant, as was the hot tub.
Andernos-Les-Bains is a charming, unspoilt town and there plenty of other local places to explore.
Marie & J.P. Are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Booked to stay with my husband, sister, brother in law, niece and nephew. The property was stunning, it was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for us all. Nothing was ever too much trouble for JP and Marie, they were very accommodating hosts, they welcomed us at the property when we arrived and gave us a full tour. The local town is a good 30 minute walk but once there you have a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The property is a great base to explore the South West such as Arcachon, Bordeaux and Lucanau

An amazing house. Warm pool and hot tub. Outdoor kitchen great for family dining. Comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful.

We had a great holiday and everyone agreed the villa was perfect for our family holiday. Marie and JP have thought of everything from the lovely pool area with outdoor kitchen and bbq to the bikes for exploring the local area. The area itself is great, you’ll have a large choice of bars, restaurants, amazing beaches and activities to keep you busy.

We required a villa that we could spend time at as we have a new born baby. The pictures do not do this place justice. It has everything you could require, everything is high quality, new and exceptionally clean. The location is very convenient as close to the shops, beaches and restaurants. Marie is very house proud and it tells. We were absolutely delighted with the place. We will definitely be going back here in the Autumn. Well worthy of 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family at the home of Mary & JP. We were warmly welcomed by them with a clear explanation of everything we needed to know about the house. Also all precautions for Corona were taken. Mary has beautifully decorated the house, which gives it a cosy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen next to the pool area where we cooked almost every day. There was also a plancha that we used a lot. The heated pool was great as well as the whirlpool and sauna. There was a good baker with delicious croissants to which you could walk and also Intermarche was not far away. We highly recommend this place.

The house is excellent, better than expected. The house is exceptionally clean, modern and decorated to a very high standard.
Our family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed for a week in the house and enjoyed all of the house especially the pool and bbq area. The house is responsible close to the town centre which had nice restaurants, shops and beach.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this house. Marrie and JP where excellent hosts and very helpful with all enquires and welcoming us to the house.

The house is better than advertised, the pictures dont bring to life the full magnitude of the space and quality of what is on offer. No expense has been spared in the design, decor or furniture and the house has everything you could possibly need. The living area has large comfortable sofa's, satelite TV, games, magazines and books on offer. There is enough to keep you in the house all week without even venturing outside.
We did however manage to drag ourselves away from the jacuzzi, pool and sauna and visited the lovely coast of Cap Ferrett which was so chic and served the best oysters.
I would also recommend a trip to Arcachon Bay if not only to visit the huge sand dune de pilat which is amazing.
I would also recommend a winetasting tour which we done in the St Emillion region, the town within the walls of medieval castle. There are some great Chateau's that you can stop off along the way and you also get to see the Dordogne River in all its glory.
I would recommend booking this house, you will not be disappointed. Marie and JP are wonderful accommodating hosts that work with you to make your stay the best possible stay. We will most definitely be back.

We had an amazing two weeks at Marie & JP's house. They were wonderful hosts and have truly thought of everything you need to make your holiday perfect!
The house is lovely. 4 double bedrooms and two lounges so plenty of room for people to spread out. We mainly lived outdoors as there are plenty of places to sit and relax (in both the sun and shade) and the outdoor kitchen is a brilliant invention! We did not even use the kitchen indoors and enjoyed all our meals outside. Both kitchens are extremely well stocked with crockery, pans and cutlery.
The children loved the pool and spent so much time in the water. It was a perfect temperature and size! The garden and house are in a peaceful neighbourhood and this added to our sense of relaxation whilst we were away.
Marie & JP were there to greet us and show us where everything was and were really friendly and helpful.
There is a boulangerie 10 minutes walk away and a Supermarche 5 minutes drive. Anderson-Les-Bains town is about a 7 minute drive and there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars.
Our highlights of the holiday included climbing the Dune de Pyla (Archachon); travelling further afield to Biarritz; Bayonne and La Rochelle; Bordeaux and the Atlantic beaches (our favourite was La Grande Crohort) which the kids loved for jumping the waves.
We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home, fully equipped with everything you need. The house has such charm, excellent swimming pool, jacuzzi and even sauna, outside kitchen is perfect and made our life comfortable! Inside - exceptionally beautiful, clean & comfortable! Really great location, close to everything but very quite and secluded location. Owners – the sweetest persons on earth and will do everything to make your holidays relaxing and enjoyable! Already miss the place!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La villa est magnifique et très bien équipée , tres bien meublée . Rien ne manque. Mieux qu'à la maison ! Le jaccuzi la nuit avec ses lumières colorées:un vrai délice! La piscine chauffée également ! De plus , nous avons été reçu chaleureusement ! Alors , un grand merci !

Very nice house. The three bedrooms are spacious. There is both an indoor and outdoor kitchen and bathroom. In the laundry room there is an additional shower fitted. This is very easy if you are staying there with six people.
we had a very sunny week, so, because of the outdoor kitchen, we lived outside for the whole week.
the pool and jacuzzi are very nicely finished and clean.
in the village itself there is not so much to see, but you can walk quietly along the beach and drink or eat something in one of the restaurants.
There is a bakery and a supermarket less than 5 minutes from the house. They are open every day.
The owners are very friendly and always available by phone.
