Sumptuous town house in central St. Andrews - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Wilson House, 27 Argyle Street, était tout nouveau sur le marché locatif à la fin de l'été 2017. Il offre une superbe base centrale pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes et est situé près du port ouest de St Andrews. Wilson House est une petite maison de ville exposée au sud pouvant accueillir jusqu'à cinq personnes.
Ayant eu une année de location maintenant, nous pouvons dire que c'est une contrainte si vous optez pour le maximum de 5 adultes dans la maison. La table de la cuisine peut s’étendre pour accueillir 5 ou 6 personnes, mais est préférable comme table plus ronde pour 4 car vous avez plus de place dans la cuisine. Si vous êtes une famille de 5 personnes avec enfants, vous vous sentirez bien. La plupart des groupes ont tendance à être composés de 3 ou 4 adultes.
La maison est sur deux niveaux et a une petite cour avec table et chaises à l'arrière, il y a aussi un magasin verrouillable dans la cour.
Au rez de chaussée vous avez la cuisine / salle à manger avec laveuse / sécheuse, puis une chambre à deux lits avec salle de douche privative.
À l'étage supérieur, vous avez une chambre simple à côté du King (le roi britannique mesure 5 pieds de large), le salon et une autre salle de douche partagée par le célibataire et le roi. Les deux salles de bains disposent du chauffage au sol et d'un porte-serviettes chauffant. S'il vous plaît noter que ces escaliers sont relativement raides - alors gardez cela à l'esprit si vous avez un groupe incorporant les groupes d'âge plus âgés et plus jeunes.

Nous avons le wi-fi gratuit et le plein paquet Sky TV à l'étage dans le salon et en bas dans la cuisine. Voyage lit bébé (apporter sa propre literie), baignoire bébé et chaise haute disponible si demandé / réservé.
Parking - Si vous êtes chanceux, vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement en face de la propriété, mais il est à noter que le stationnement est disponible dans les 2 parkings de la rue Argyle très proche de la propriété - £ 3. 80 par jour ou vous pouvez vous garer plus près des courts de tennis gratuitement.
Il est à seulement une minute à pied de St. Le port ouest d'Andrews. En arrivant au West Port, vous serez immédiatement au milieu de l'agitation des boutiques, des bars et des cafés de cette ville universitaire animée. L'appartement est à environ 5-10 minutes à pied du premier trou du Old Course et en raison de son emplacement, toutes les parties de la ville sont facilement accessibles à pied. Une minute ou deux dans la direction opposée du West Port, vous trouverez le Lade Braes qui propose des promenades verdoyantes à côté de la Burn Kinness.

Wilson House exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The linens were very nice and the beds comfortable. It had all the amenities you could ask for. The location was wonderful - an easy 15 minute walk to The Old Course and 5 minute walk to St. Andrews town center. Suki was friendly, helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay at this St. Andrews flat. The property looks just like the photos in the listing. Booking was seamless- the host was very responsive and helpful. It is in a great location making it easy to walk into town, to the golf course, the beach, and the university. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful town house in St Andrews! The bedrooms/bathrooms were very comfortable, the upstairs sitting lounge was perfect for relaxing and socializing, and the kitchen was convenient for cooking our own meals. In addition, the location could not have been better--just a short walk from the bus station, bars/restaurants/shopping, and the Old Course and other St Andrews golf courses. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to town. Highly recommended!

My sons and I just spent a week in St Andrews playing golf. It was a trip of a lifetime! A highlight was staying at our VRBO which was perfectly licated in the midfle of everything and a short walk to the Old Course. The VRBO was very nice and came as advertised. Our host Suki was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was in a perfect location to enjoy all that St. Andrews had to offer. Easy access to golf, restaurants, shops, sightseeing and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to those thinking of making a trip to St. Andrews.
A couple of suggestions to make a stay even better: a smaller frying pan for the range; a top sheet on each bed (the comforters were a bit too much some evenings), a green bin for recyclables (tit appeared to be 2 blue bins); power wash the deck/patio to get rid of the bird droppings, feathers for a more enjoyable use of this outdoor area(I know this is as on-going challenge with the seagulls)

We have rented VRBO spaces in many locations and this one in St. Andrews tops them all. Wonderful in all respects and central to everything in the town. Could not have had a better experience and Suki was great to work with!

Beautifully decorated house, beds VERY comfy and great location. Easy to get to both West and East sands and all the restaurants along the way. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at the house and each time is as special as the last. The house is warm and inviting. The location is perfect. The house is decorated elegantly, the kitchen and bathrooms are new. The beds are comfortable. Will be coming again soon !!

This was our first visit to St Andrews. Our trip was incredible and staying at this property is one of the reasons why! The location is in walking distance to EVERYTHING. The flat is clean, modern, loaded with any convenience you may need, and cozy. It felt like home away from home. Instructions for using items within the flat were phenomenal. The host was very welcoming and responsive and provided loads of tips that made our visit stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommend and will definitely plan to stay here on any future trips to St Andrews!

This was a fantastic place for us while we stayed in St Andrews. They were two adults and three children and plenty of room for all. The home was comfortable, very clean, and had excellent character to boot. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place for their family or as a couple to stay here while in St Andrews. Within walking distance to everything. Thank you Suki!

The house has great location at the end of a busy street just a few steps from the town center. Yet, it’s quiet which we have very much appreciated, especially because there was the Lamma festival on Market St last weekend. This property has all the essentials & a few extras (all listed by the owner in advance), it was very clean and tastefully decorated. All rooms including kitchen were very cosy, especially the single room. The only minus I’d give is about the outdoor seating area. It’s pretty bare and has seen better days, nonetheless I really liked the place and with a couple of cosmetic improvements this would be a 10/10 rating for me next time!

Lovely Home in Beautiful St. Andrews
This was the ideal location for our family during graduation week, 2022. The house is close to everything, but, on a quieter street which is just what we wanted. Everything about the house was very nicely designed and well thought through. Great instructions and information about appliances, etc…. We were 4 people most of the week, 2 on the weekend and 5 for a couple of nights, too. Having the small extra bedroom upstairs allowed us that flexibility which was great.

Amazing hosts of a fabulous property!
My family and I have stayed at this property twice and would highly recommend. The property is expertly designed and renovated and the location cannot be beat. Everything is high quality and very comfortable. Suki and Tim are really terrific and so helpful. There are lists and instructions on pretty much everything you could possible need and if you do have questions Suki answers emails very promptly - very important for those of us unfamiliar with how UK appliances work there are manuals that make it easy. We had four perfect nights at this property. It is charming, elegant, newly renovated/decorated and cozy. And amazingly convenient, being right by the West Port.

We had a fantastic stay in St Andrews, the house was beautiful and it was in an ideal location, close to town centre and beaches.
We had a few welcome treats on arrival and the additional toiletries were a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return again.

Beautiful house
We love St Andrews and we especially love this property. The house it’s self was incredible beautiful, clean and in need of everything you could want. We stayed as two couples and the house was perfect for us, would be great for a family too! It’s local to the town within a few minutes to walk and not much further to the old golf course. Would highly recommend it. We are already planning our return.
