We enjoyed our stay, nice environment, host was friendly.

Es war eine super Unterkunft für uns. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Allerdings haben wir auch keinen hohem Anspruch. Die Möbel sind etwas älter. Und der Geruch im unteren Bereich ist auch muffig. Trotzdem war es für uns perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Ho soggiornato in questa villetta per 4 giorni. La casa ha tanti spazi usufruibili il che la rende perfetta anche per compagnie numerose come era la mia. Il proprietario è stato simpaticissimo e disponibile. Esperienza abbastanza buona nel complesso, la consiglio a tutti

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questa bellissima soluzione. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. La casa bellissima e funzionale. Sicuramente da ripetere!!

Casa grande e comoda. Dalla terrazza si gode di una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Comoda posizione per raggiungere facilmente le migliori spiagge nei dintorni.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa, superbe vue sur la mer. Déplacement en voiture pour aller faire les courses ou autres activités mais sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres. Seuls bémols, la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine, nous avons dû tout relaver avant de s'en servir, et l'organisation des douches pour que tout le monde ait de l'eau chaude. Propriétaire très gentil et disponible.

Bella casa in ottima posizione per visitare le spiaggie del sud della Sardegna

La casa è grande e ha una bellissima vista. Per i nostri gusti la casa non era pulita e purtroppo è capitato un imprevisto con le fogna. La consiglio per i gruppi di amici

Tres belle vue sur la mer, terrasse un peu petite pour le nb d occupants mais grande capacité de couchage et tres grande maison avec beaucoup de potentiel. Ménage dans les dépendances et sous sol approximatif. Reseau eau chaude et évacuation sanitaire mal dimensionné, ne permettant pas de jetter les papiers dans les toilettes et peu d'eau chaude pour 13 occupants. 2 frigos avec faible refroidissement, à remplacer ? Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour dans un tres beau secteur de la sardaigne.

la casa è molto lontano dal centro, è molto trasandata ha delle stanze senza luce e finestre e i condizionatori non tutti funzionanti.

..... und das war auch schon alles , was wir als positiv empfanden. Das Objekt ist wunderbar angelegt, leider sehr unsauber und sehr ungepflegt. In den Küchenschränken klebte das Geschirr, Unmengen von alten Gewürzen gammelten vor sich hin. Die unteren Schlafräume im Keller verfügen über KEINE Fenster, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt- dies sind lediglich Scheiben zum dahinter liegenden Raum, der ebenfalls keine Belüftung hat. Im oberen Schlafzimmer existiert eine Klimaanlage, die leider defekt war und auch ein Techniker konnte diese nicht reparieren. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein weiterer kleiner Bungalow für 2 Personen und auch hier leider alles sehr schmutzig. Wir waren eine Gruppe Freunde von 8 Personen. Für diese Schlafsituation definitiv zu viele. Auf Sardinien erfolgt eine strikte Mülltrennung ( sehr positiv) , dann sollte der Vermieter künftig auch genug Behälter aufstellen , denn bei 8 Personen fällt eben auch viel Müll an . Trotz dieser unschönen Einzelheiten haben wir jeden Tag den sensationellen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer genossen.

Tres acceuillant tres bien situé

Tut mir Leid, aber das ganze Untergeschoss hatte ja fast keine Fenster. Kellergeruch. Schlafzimmer (Löcher) mit 4 Stockbetten und zum Teil standen im Eck alten Matratzen drin. Statt Fenstern Glasbausteine die übermalt waren. Wie soll das für bis zu 14 Personen gehen? Nur Aussicht war gut. Objekt für max 4 Personen geeignet. Grüsse

Maison Sympa mais mérite quelques ameliorations

Grande maison très logeable !

Die Zeit Ende Oktober/Anfang November war der absolute Traum. Das Haus war/ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist traumhaft. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden nicht das letzte mal dort sein. Danke für die schöne Zeit Salvatore.

maison très bien situé très belle vue sur le golfe de CAGLIARI ,quelques inconvénients ,l appartement du bas est sombre et les chambres aveugles il y fait très chaud dommage il aurait suffit de faire un décaissement pour y placer une porte fenetre ,nous étions 7 adultes cela ne nous a pas trop déranger attention pour les familles avec des enfants en bas age ou avec des personnes agées les marches sont raides pour acceder à la maison. il manque un peu d éclairage sur la terrasse et au barbecue sinon le produit est de très bonne qualité avec des materiaux de bonne facture et avec de quoi cuisiner nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

L'accueil est en effet très sympathique, Salvatore n'a pas hésité à nous attendre un certain temps. Un bémol : la communication est difficile dans la mesure où il ne parle pas l'anglais ni le français. L'attrait principal est le nombre de lits disponibles (nous étions 13), ainsi que la vue sur mer et le tarif très raisonnable. En revanche, la maison est mal équipée : peu d’équipement ménager, ménage approximatif, toilettes sèches. Pour les repas il est préférable de privilégier les restaurants. Il faut être cohérent, je le recommande, le rapport qualité/prix est très favorable.

We had a great time! The house is perfectly equipped has a very nice common area with sea view and a barbecue. The owner was very pleasant and it could not have been better.

We have booked the villa for 8 person for a holiday in August. The house can be reached very easily by car and is located in the mountains near Quartu. From here Cagliari, Villassimius, Torre delle Stelle or Pula/Nora can be easily reached. The checkin was flexible and the owner was waiting for us. He showed us every room and all the important things. The villa is equipped with everything that was needed. It is a lovely place. From the terrace you have a nice view over the sea. There are lot of places for dining and enjoying the sun. Parking in front of the building is no problem at all. Every room was quiet and enough space. We really enjoyed our time there, especially as a group when we had breakfast or dinner on the terrace. I really can recommend this location and would not hesitate to book it again.

We had great opportunity to spent 4 days and nights in villa kindly offered by Francesco. We were 4 couples (some accompanied with children). Notwithstanding our very late arrival we were very kindly awaited. There were some minor problems with electricity&plumbing but these absolutely insignificant in comparision with spectacular view and good overall condition of villa. Thank you once more for perfect hosting!

we had a lovely stay... the facitilies were nice and ideal for a family or a group of friends - very well equipped with barbacue, many bathrooms, etc. we had a small problem with a leak and the owners took care of it right away. The location was not as practical as we would of liked but a truly fabulous value for money.

Wonderful trip! Sardinia is a beautiful place and our host was very friendly and nice! Pros for coming back: the hosts suggested to meet us at the airport if we couldnt find the way from the airport to the house. we arrived late at night and were happy to discover pasta, bottled water and wine which rescued our late meal the host fulfilled all our wishes, e.g. providing us mountain bikes perfect accomodation for big companies, e.g. parents with children or younger and older people because of 2 separate houses with 3 and 2 bedrooms each with own terrace and beautiful view. very nice and friendly host was ready to help us with every issue.Thank You very much Eliana and Francesco!
