L'entrée de la propriété se fait par le jardin avant de West Parade via un solarium vitré avec des chaises longues en rotin. L'entrée du salon / salle à manger est à droite et une autre porte s'ouvre sur la deuxième chambre. Le salon / salle à manger a une baie vitrée orientée au sud et la chambre est meublée avec une table à manger en feuille et quatre chaises. Il y a un canapé et deux fauteuils. La chambre a de la moquette. Adjacent au salon se trouve la deuxième chambre, également orientée au sud, avec deux lits simples, une armoire encastrée et un lavabo. A côté de la cuisine se trouve un petit WC avec lavabo. Entre le salon et la cuisine se trouve une salle de douche avec WC, bidet et lavabo. La chambre principale est à l'arrière de la propriété. Il dispose d'un lit double et d'un grand dressing. La cuisine est accessible le long d'un petit couloir et dispose de toutes les commodités modernes pour un séjour confortable, que ce soit pour préparer le petit-déjeuner ou pour préparer un repas complet.

Lovely host and the property was perfect ,loved the sun room perfect for just sitting and relaxing ,the beds were very comfortable and lovely big towels overall had everything we needed. The grandchildren were delighted when they found the toy cupboard when they came to visit A parking spot was also a Bonus .

everything you need is there just a pity you can't see the sea from the property. It was my first holiday alone except (for dog ) and I enjoyed it much more than I anticipated.

Lovely stay in Jill's flat. Easy to find. Literally across the street from the beach. Great running on the promenade and over the hill to Hastings. Short walk past the Pavilion into town for restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed a week at this homely and pleasant abode. Gill our host was friendly and accommodating. The area was ideal close to the beach and bus stops where we took some nice trips to other places in East Sussex. Would recommend this property and area. Will definitely visit again. 😊😊

Friendly host was at the property to welcome us and show us around the flat which was very spacious, well presented with a kitchen which was very well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery so ideal for a self catering flat. We had sole use of a beautiful little garden filled with flowers and birds and a sun lounge to enjoy, and the beach was only a minute away and the De La Warr pavillion and town centre were only minutes away. We thought it was very good value for money and would recommend it.

This flat is wonderful, directly across the street from the promenade and beach, and with the most gorgeous garden full of flowers, birds, and one evening a curious fox who was almost into the sun-room while we were eating dinner! The parking was ideal, particularly now that Bexhill charges for all the on-street parking. We loved being out on the promenade for walks within 20 seconds, and into the town centre within a couple of minutes for the shops, restaurants, and spa treatments. The flat is clean and bright and so spacious - the sun-room overlooking the garden is especially fantastic at any time of day, and in all weathers. It is a bit old-fashioned, but that is not a bad thing - it felt very much like home, rather than a hotel-vibe, so we relaxed immediately.
Having basins in both bedrooms, plus the bathroom and a further loo was very convenient. We had a very comfortable stay, and definitely hope to get back soon to this property. The owner Jill is friendly, helpful, and available if needed, without being at all intrusive, and very promptly answered a number of questions in advance of our stay.

Lots of space, conservatory and garden are an added bonus, particularly as the apartment is directly opposite the beach. Gill, as always is friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. This is our 4th visit - hope to be back next year. Definitely recommend this place
