The views from the living room and primary bedroom were amazing! The soaking tub in the primary bedroom was a nice treat. It was fun walking the cobblestone and sand trails to the beach.

Clean, easy, included everything a family would need for a great few days at the beach. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood previously, but chose this home for the beach access and number of rooms. Perfect spot and great hosts!

We loved the location of this VRBO located in a quiet neighborhood just south of Seaside. Rental offered lots of amenities and was well stocked with many extras. It was fun to be so close to the beach and we loved being able to watch sunsets from the deck!

This was our second visit and I have already booked time for our third. The house is clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family and the kids had a great time over spring break. We are excited to comeback next year!

My son and I along with another mom and her son stayed here for a basketball tournament weekend. We wanted a comfortable home with an ocean view…we got just that. This home was perfect for us and we definitely plan to come back. The rooms were perfect, the beds were comfortable and everything was as we had hoped. The host was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond for us. It was wonderful to have a place to chill out in between our games and a place to cook rather than eating out all weekend. Highly recommend.

Beach house with all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of market, restaurants/bars, close to promenade for walking access to town. Love walking the beach out the back door.

We really enjoyed our time here. The home is beautiful and the location is absolutely amazing. Communication was excellent and everything was as described. We’re already planning our next visit.

This is a cute little place. The photos are a little older so TVs and such have been upgraded. The house could use a deep clean BUT WITH THAT BEING SAID, The bathrooms, dishes, towels and bedding were all very clean/smelled recently cleaned. This is a beach house so over time i think sand has worn down spots on carpets and such. Super short walk to beach, house had so much to use from sand toys -chairs-games-kites... kitchen is well stocked. The sunset is amazing and the house has 2 masters basically. The bunk room is seperated kinda off to the front left corner of the house and further away from living area/ other rooms so if you dont feel comfortable with little kids staying by the front door/longer hallway away, keep that in mind... I would 1000% rebook this place every year for our family. The neighborhood is great, close to everything but away from any loud noises. Porch is perfect for coffee sipping.. hope i can revisit soon! Painted rock pathway is just 1 minute away so bring some paint for that!

This property is not 5-star. There is no doubt the location and view are fantastic. With some upgrades to the property the home could be 5-star too. It’s not clean. When we stripped the beds, multiple pillows had blood stains on them…eww! When we arrived there were bags of dog waste outside the back door. When I reached out to the host about that fact, I was told the cleaning crew would be advised to look at the perimeter next time, meanwhile the dog waste remained, again ewww! I guess I was expected to move it to the trash along with one of the deck chairs that was broken. The bunk room needs a complete overhaul from floor to ceiling. It’s not fit for even children. The mattresses are old and worn out. Don’t even attempt to have older children or adults stay in this room, they will not get any sleep. The pull out couch mattress is disgusting. There was hair, crumbs, and stains…it has not been cleaned in awhile. In my opinion, the home should be advertised as sleeping 4. The other discovery in that room was the window shade was completely covered with black mold. If you are a cook and want to make meals don’t try at this property, much of the equipment is not useable as it’s broken or cracked. The kitchen is completely disorganized. The best feature of the home is the television and entertainment features, they are top notch. Overall, this property was a big disappointment and we would not recommend it or consider staying here again.

We come to seaside every year for a week at the beach and it’s hard to find a good house that fits 9 people easily (4 adults and 5 kids). This house was perfect for what we were looking for! Single story with two primary bedrooms with their own on suite and a kids room with two bunk beds and a separate bathroom for them. Best of all, the beach access was short and easy. Great views too from the main living space. Booking it again for next year!

Such a great beach house & piece of property! Very easy walk to the beach & check in/out process. Beautiful views. My kids didn't want to leave. We hope to be back soon!

We all had a great time. The path to the beach was easy to find and navigate on foot. The view from the living room and deck was amazing- we even saw whale spouts. The rocky cove had tide pools to explore. The house was easy to find and well-equipped. The living/dining/kitchen areas faced the ocean so we had great views. The bed in the master bedroom is very soft if that is a concern. We would definitely go back!

Great house and beach access was wonderful. We were on the beach everyday, rain or shine. Quick access to downtown. Perfect location. House well equipped and lots of games (indoor and outdoor) and puzzles for everyone. We will definitely return.

Very nice for a family with children...or adults who don't mind bunk beds. Lovely windows for ocean viewing. Comfortable. Our biggest issue was ants throughout the house. The host did have ant traps available. Icemaker is not connected but the host did provide ice cubes/trays. Living room DVD player was not working but the host allowed us to switch it out with one in the kids bunk room. No tea kettle but the kitchen is otherwise we'll stocked. Lovely clean beach just a few steps away. Lots of beach toys in the garage for guests to use. Deck could use some hand rails. We would love to visit again and highly recommend it to others.

If I have one negative comment it would be the bunkbeds In the third bedroom. If replaced I would rent this house more often. The views are fantastic.

The home was very comfortable and clean. We have stayed in homes all along the Oregon coast, this one rates up at the top! It was just the two of us, but the home would easily accommodate more. Quite neighborhood, with easy access to the beach and the prom for great walking. Host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if needed. We highly recommend this home!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was great for a small group or those with children. The king suite and queen suite were nice, however the bunkbed room was best for children, not adults. Hopefully the owner will replace the one clouded window to enhance the view experience and also fix the 2 shades that do not pull up. Loved the front great room and comfortable seating. I will definitely come back with just my husband for a special occasion.

We had a fabulous time at Seaside in this rental. The family ranged in age from 4 to 84 and everyone so enjoyed the property. Quaint, comfortable, very clean property right on the ocean. Nothing is better than coffee in the morning watching and hearing the ocean waves. Certainly our HAPPY PLACE. We look forward to staying in this home again.

Fantastic view and easy access to beach. Just minutes away from the heart of Seaside activities. Enjoyed our stay very much. Owner very accommodating. Cleanliness- could use a little improvement.

This was a wonderful family trip! Super close to the beach, fire pit close to the house or beach fires were fun! The house was very comfortable and they had all the amenities we needed plus some. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, spacious clean house with a great layout. My family along with another family and their kids spent a long weekend here. Two master bedrooms each with their own bathroom which was perfect for each set of adults. and then an additional room with 2 sets of bunk beds where all the kids slept. This house was well stocked with fun beach toys activities and fun for ALL ages. Our kids range in age from 16-2 and there was ample to do for everyone. I don’t think pictures do this house justice as to how spacious it really is! We were a fairly large crowd but never felt cramped.

This property is the perfect location, close to all of the happenings but away from the crowds. The property owner was very responsive anytime we had a question/concern. The house is great as there was a bathroom for each of the bedrooms, the kids room would be great (if we had any little ones with us) with the bunk bed and their own little oasis away from the rest of the house. The walk to the water/beach is around 100 yards and very easy for most. We enjoyed the games provided by the owner and loved hanging out on the deck.
