Cette maison de ville de luxe offre 3600 pieds carrés de surface habitable et 10 personnes confortablement! Situé à La Grande à Canal Pointe, le quartier dispose de deux piscines, d'une salle de sport, de courts de tennis et de basket-ball et d'un sentier de marche / vélo jusqu'à Lewes. 3 minutes de Rehoboth Avenue et Tanger Seaside.
Toutes les chambres ont des surmatelas. La chambre principale au premier étage a un lit king size et vue sur l'étang. Le niveau supérieur a une autre chambre principale avec lit king size et l'autre chambre a des lits jumeaux.(Chacun avec sa propre baignoire). Le niveau inférieur a deux chambres avec lits queen. Les chambres ont beaucoup d'espace!
Le rez-de-chaussée a une cuisine entièrement équipée et une table pour six personnes,
également une véranda donnant sur l'étang avec une autre table pour six personnes, grand salon, ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres, laveuse et sécheuse, véranda avec petite table et chaises, véranda arrière donnant sur l'étang a 6 chaises, garage pour le stockage, y compris parasols, plage chaises, tapis de plage et nouilles pour la piscine et 4 vélos adultes à votre disposition! Également lecteur DVD Blu-ray et Wi-Fi.
C'est un endroit idéal car il est si proche du centre-ville, des restaurants et des magasins d'usine. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour faire du vélo dans le développement et sur la piste ferroviaire vers Lewes. Et c'est à 15 minutes en vélo de la plage de Rehoboth Avenue.

The unit was super clean, the location
was convenient to the beach. The owners had bicycles and they allowed you to use them, it was great to be able to ride with my kids. Also the unit was conveniently located near a bike trail.

This large townhouse easily accommodated our group of 10. The pool was a huge bonus and was used extensively by the kids. We also loved the two Pickleball courts and played daily, never had to wait for a court. Access to the bike paths was great too. The place was nearly perfect. The only thing I would have changed if I could is a better patio area and a way to grill. We did a lot of cooking at home since restaurants are expensive with so many people to feed. It would have been really nice to grill some of the time. Overall we had a great week at this lovely property.

This is the second time we've rented this lovely townhouse. We enjoyed all the amenities and more than ample space for 6 adults. The kitchen is well equipped, and all the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed dining in the back sunroom. Communication with Cathy was easy, and she is very responsive. The location is great, with an easy drive to the beach or main roads for dining and shopping.

We have stayed at this property for multiple years and always have a great time. The house is spacious so we never feel cramped or crowded which is nice with 3 generations all staying together!! It is always clean and we have never had any issues. Cathy is a great owner and so easy to work with. We can’t wait for next years stay!

This is our third time staying here and as always it was perfect! We all kept commenting on how the home was absolutely spotless.
Cathy is very responsive and even let us know that we could get in the rental earlier than scheduled. It is by far my most favorite place to stay!

Our family enjoyed our time at this beach house. Plenty of room with the older kids and the section downstairs was a plus. They called it their own apartment! If you enjoy bike riding, this is a great location, plenty of bike paths and about a 15 minute ride to the beach on the path. The pool was an easy walking distance to the home. A beautiful back yard with a lake with plenty of bird watching! The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had and we were very satisfied with how it was resolved. Lovely beach house and reasonably priced for the area.

This house was terrific! Loved having the bikes and beach chairs. Riding to the beach was a great option. Sitting on the patio watching the birds was relaxing, and the neighborhood was quiet and neat. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, we had a great stay at the Canal Pointe townhouse rental. The house was clean and everything was in good condition and in working order. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. We liked the two separate dining areas, breakfast nook off the kitchen and the main dining area overlooking the backyard. Having two gathering areas was a bonus. The kids enjoyed their living room downstairs. We loved hanging out in the backyard which was located on a pond and there was plenty of yard for the kids to play lawn games. Warning: bring your bug spray for evening activities. Another plus was the beach gear and bikes located in the garage. Cathy was a great host and answered questions promptly.

We had family in from Spain, Canada and two places in Pennsylvania for a week at the beach. The unit accommodated us well. The location is on the better side of Rt 1 with relatively easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The on site pool is very nice. The only issue was that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned for our arrival, but that is to be expected in these days with help hard to find (for example, food under furniture, dirty dishes and coffee maker). I don't know what an owner can do about that. We would rent there again if we had need for a unit of that size.

Easy check in, spacious property. Party was my family of 4 (kids 6 & 9y/o), MIL, FIL (divorced), and SIL with her family of 4 (kids 4y/o and 9 months) and plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. Super clean, breezy check in & out, loads of details provided. Community pool and short drive to the beaches. 2nd time we've stayed at this property and have loved it both times!

This is our second time renting this townhome and we were just as pleased as the first time. This home has plenty of space to be together and space to have some privacy when you need it. With two fully furnished living spaces in addition to the 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, you can't go wrong with this listing. Friends of ours rented another townhome in the community, and while the space was there, the furnishings we're mismatched and not nearly as nice as this home. The owner was easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Three very spacious levels that allows for privacy! The house is spotless and decorated beautifully!! Minutes from the beach and boardwalk! The home is located in an amazing neighborhood close to a pool and basketball court! Beach chairs , toys, umbrellas and bikes are all available in the garage! Cathy is an amazing hostess and is always available to answer any questions ! We will be staying again in the future !

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this very clean, spacious townhome. The online photos don’t do it justice. My husband and I took the main floor master with en suite; my daughter and her husband took the upstairs master with en suite. No one used the twin bed room or hall bathroom upstairs. My son and daughter each took a room downstairs and shared the bathroom and living room area. The main floor living room and the dining table in the sun room were great places to be together. The kitchen is well supplied with spices and even cooking spray and vinegar. I enjoyed sitting at the sunroom table in the morning with my coffee and looking out over the pond and watching the geese. If you have young children, they’ll love the kiddie nook upstairs (I think mine were disappointed that they’re too big for it).
The location is great, too, with easy access to the beach and to Coastal Highway. Cathy was helpful and responsive. What a fantastic stay! We would love to stay here again.

This was a fantastic property, very clean and spacious, extremely close to everything and great amenities! My husband and I stayed on the main level, my Daughter and Son in law and the kids stayed in the bottom section where they enjoyed their own space which was like their own little apartment and our daughters stayed on the top floor, where they also had their privacy. Grand kids loved the little kids nook and spent hours playing in there. The house was decorated beautifully and it was just an amazing rental! You won’t regret choosing this property for your Rehoboth vacation!

This vacation rental exceeded all of our expectations! The home is even more beautiful and well equipped than the pictures and description offer. It is immaculately clean and perfectly located to beaches, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the bike path. A quiet, beautiful community just a few minutes away from the action! There's a big pool very close to this unit that's clean and has plenty of chairs, tables, and shade space.
This home had more than enough space for our group of ten - we never felt crowded - plenty of comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and living space on three floors. The unit is so well equipped with everything you could need for indoor and outdoor activities. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishware, silverware, pots/pans, appliances, utensils, etc. Board games, beach chairs, bikes, and yard games were enjoyed by all!
Cathy is an amazing host/owner. We had one plumbing issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently. Cathy took care of everything and couldn't have been more responsive or easier to work with.
