Beachfront Bungalow - North Avoca
Bord de mer absolu. Quatre chambres. Maison de vacances familiale idéale. Excellentes vues, grande terrasse donnant sur la plage. Accès privé à la plage. Zones gazonnées où les enfants peuvent jouer.
Planchers polis, garage double.
Equipements: Barbecue à gaz "Plumbed", TV, DVD, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cuisine bien équipée, lave-linge automatique, sèche-linge, ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et les chambres, mobilier d'extérieur.
Les locataires peuvent fournir leur propre linge de salle de bain et de cuisine (tous les lits ont des doonas et des housses de doona, des draps supérieurs et inférieurs requis). Alternativement, le linge peut être fourni par un fournisseur local pour un coût supplémentaire (des taux hebdomadaires minimum s'appliquent)
Les locaux sont disponibles à partir de 14h00 le jour de l'arrivée et doivent être libérés avant 9h00 le jour du départ.
Réservations du samedi au samedi uniquement
Les animaux ne sont en aucun cas admis.

Amazing beachfront location with a great little cafe just a stones throw away too. The house has everything you need and is really lovely and freshly renovated. I would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a great holiday on the Central Coast.

Perfect location to fully relax and enjoy a beachside holiday. The property is very neat and clean and is very well equipped .

Sitting on the back deck, watching the surf with a glass of champers in hand, was a little slice of paradise. The best view we've ever had from a vacation rental. It really is spectacular.
What we really appreciated was the fact that there was more than enough seating for all of us and the kitchen had every kind of plate, glass and utensil that you would ever need to cook up a storm.
We also loved the wildlife - lorikeets eating seeds out of your hand on the deck, rabbits/hares eating the grass next door and kookaburras sitting on the fence leading down to the beach who let you get within a metre of them so you could take that perfect holiday photo. Not to mention the large lizards basking in the sunshine.
One small suggestion would be to have a shower curtain on the downstairs shower - it really did become a wet room with the water not draining from the floor. Perhaps a side table in the TV area between the two arm chairs would be a nice touch.
Other than those couple of suggestions, our stay was wonderful.

We just spent another lovely week at the Beach house at North Avoca . Perfectly situated on the beach for swimming or just watching the waves from the verandah . The house is very well equipped and comfortable. We have been coming here for a few years now and the family love it , we will be back next year !

Perfect Holiday Home
Love ,love, love this place …big thanks and congratulations to R & V for the most wonderful week in their very clean, well designed beautiful Beach Abode which immediately makes you feel welcome, relaxed and at home. Your generous spirit , attention to detail and availability was there and when needed was very much appreciated. We were very lucky with perfect weather but regardless this home is wonderful. We loved our time there and hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.

Perfect Holiday House
We love coming every year to this property at North Avoca! The house is perfectly located on the beachfront with everything you need. The property has just been renovated which has made it even more lovely than before. There’s a cafe at the back door too (well nearly) that makes lovely coffee and the almond croissants are delicious! Can’t wait to come back actually!

We had a week in this property, we all loved it . Beach cottage with plenty of charm and comfort . Great view , right on the beach . The deck overlooking the beach was our favourite place to sit . The beds were comfortable and the owners had thought of everything. We will be back .
