Ljubaznost osoblja, urednost samog objekta, parking zona, lokacija i ponuda unutar objekta. Stvarno smo ugodno iznenađeni. Moja topla preporuka. Mi se sigurno vračamo.

Zimmer was perfekt, neues Badezimmer, Zig hinterm Haus nicht gemerkt, Parkplatz vorhanden, mehrere Buslinien in die Stadt

Great food,
We came because of the pools outside but they keep saying it's closed because of the bad weather, and they never rush to reopen it back. On reception when ever we asked when it would be open, they had zero information, and they didn't bother to find out. Advice was to sit outside and wait if they open it. We waited with the child for more than an hour. So in 3 days we had an hour of swimming.
They had moths in the room, some of my clothes were destroyed and full of holes.
Waiters in the evening were too slow, leaving people waiting more than 30 min just to order drinks and food. Have in mind they were families with small children.

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere il centro città in pochi minuti. La struttura è posizionata in un luogo tranquillo e facile da raggiungere. La camera è pulita e profumata, il bagno sanificato e i letti molto confortevoli. Check in rapidissimo.

Der var god skiltning, så stedet var let at finde. I receptionen blev vi mødt af et meget venligt personale, hvor vi også blev guidet godt ned til vores værelse.
Morgenmaden var ok til prisen.
Manglende information om træningscenter, da vi spurgte indtil åbningstiderne. Vi fik ikke af vide, at det kostede ekstra, og dermed var det lidt problematisk at komme ind.
Vandet i poolen var meget koldt og badefacilieterne var ikke optimale, så vi måtte over på campingpladsen for at bade.

Een fijne grote kamer met airco en een vernieuwde badkamer. Het zwembad is op prima loopafstand 2 minuten. Het ontbijt was goed, tip om vroeg te gaan dan is het lekker rustig. Hele fijne overnachting.
Keuze uit vijf gerechten voor het diner. Prima camping eten zoals schnitzel en hamburger.

Habitación muy pequeña, sin espacio para abrir el equipaje. Sin servicio de desayunos ni restaurante en estas fechas.

Very clean and quiet rooms, comfortable despite it being a camping. Conveniently located as the city center is mostly for pedestrains and not possible to easily access by car. Bus stop just in front of the camping.

Arredamento datato e rovinato da sostituire per esempio il soffione della doccia era tutto rovinato, e la ventola di aspirazione nel bagno non funzionava, un po più di attenzione per i dettagli non guasterebbe.

Clean room, good breakfast, staff sooooo nice i'm adding another point just for that. Surprisingly quiet although there is a train track behind the apartments. Good value for the city, feels like you are in a mountain resort although it's just a 12 minute drive to the center.

Good location and very lovely staff. We also enjoy the 90% discount on the water park which the sons love.
Pretty old facility that would benefit from upgrading.

The staff were very friendly and polite. We absolutely loved the pool facilities. We stayed in a hotel room and we got 90 per cent off the entrance to the swimming pool.
There was nothing that I did not really like.

The staff is very nice. Clean room and easy access to highways and the city centre. Had a lovely stay here!
The only downside is that you don’t have a fridge in your room.

The beds were uncomfortable, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the remote for AC was not in the room I guess the host didnt want us to use it and it was cold we had to use extra blankets to sleep, we couldnt get a wifi service in our room...

Leaking toilet, broken shower, faulty AC, no lamps, broken reception phone, battery in the door woke us up at 2am with very loud noise.
all these problems and they refused to even partially refund! awful!! Booking.com ignored our complaint as well, even though we have evidence off all of these problems!!
