Entièrement rénovée en 2017, cette maison de 4 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain se trouve à 8 minutes à pied des superbes plages de Dennis, au nord de Dennis. Située sur un grand bloc paysager, cette charmante maison est aménagée sur deux niveaux avec de grands espaces de vie, une belle cuisine, une grande terrasse, une salle intérieure / extérieure, un "salon pour enfants" et beaucoup d’espace pour se divertir. Marcher jusqu'au village en 10 minutes pour aller au magasin de crème glacée, magasin de bonbons, restaurants, bars, boulangeries, "Showtime Pizza", "Cape Playhouse & Cinema" et "Dennis Public Market". Les restaurants populaires, Chapin's et Gina's By The Sea, se trouvent juste dans les environs. The house is in a great location. Walking or short drive to beaches, grocery store. Neighborhood is beautiful. The house is much bigger than if you simply drive by it. This visit my wife and I used the master bedroom and my son, daughter-in-law, and baby the bottom floor rooms. Adam ( owner) provides beach chairs and a wagon which is helpful. Lastly, Adam easy to work with.

This house was the best! First it was spotless, second it had everything you could need or want in it. So much space and airy, and the decor, my friends were taken pictures for ideas when they get back home.
I couldn’t ask for a better host than Adam, he was so very nice and easy to deal with. I hope to meet him one day!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was very clean and so cute! There were multiple hangout spaces so different groups of people could have space to do different things… like put together an entire 999 piece puzzle (spoiler alert, there was 1 single piece missing… hahaha) The kitchen was perfect for prepping large family meals and with 3 full baths, it easily handled our group of 10. The basement felt a little damp (as basements do) but we were able to air it out with the garage door with screen. Our guests in the basement Queen wished they had a dehumidifier but that and the wish for a fire pit for s’mores (from the kids) were the only things we felt would have made it better. Adam was super attentive and when I was having phone reception issues on the Cape, found a way to make sure we were in communication whenever necessary.
Overall, we had a perfect family trip to the Cape and would definitely stay here again!!!

What a wonderful home for a family vacation! The house was beautifully designed and updated with so many modern appliances. It was welcoming, clean and was located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The location is a plus because it it not a far walk to the beach and not a far drive to all the wonderful sights in the Cape. Adam was a wonderful host and was available if we had any questions. My family truly enjoyed our time at this fabulous home!

Off-season, but still amazing. House clean and spacious, five minute walk to the beach (even when it's cold!). Dennis has many places to eat, and walk to. Could only be better in the summer. No complaints.

Great house
We had a wonderful time at this house for a three day weekend in the fall. Our kids loved the downstairs area. Owner was very responsive and went out of his way to return an item we accidentally left behind at the property. They did a great job with the renovation of this property, everything was very clean. A+

Excellent
We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and recently remodeled. Another reviewer commented that the beds were uncomfortable - NOT TRUE. They were very comfortable. The kitchen has high end Bosch appliances and is well equipped. The Great Room is very large and well appointed.
We were there for a family wedding. It was perfect.
Adam was very helpful. We will be back.

Beach, space and quiet
Host was great, house was gorgeous and had a lot of space for people who have been stuck together for the last year! Beach was pristine and only a 5 minute walk, great food nearby. Perfect getaway. Came off-season but didn’t matter. Would love to return.

Clean, spacious, and easy
My parents, my wife, and our 2.5 year old stayed here for a week in March. It was the shoulder season, so we knew we wanted a house that had lots of indoor space. It was cold enough that we hardly used the outdoor space. Everything about the place was as advertised. No hiccups, clear communication, and we had a blast. The beach is a lovely 5 minute walk down the sidewalk-less street. Its subjective, but I thought the beds were fairly uncomfortable (and squeaky!) and the pillows provided were very lumpy. That being said, we slept fine enough and this is a minor detail in an otherwise lovely home.

Beautiful remodeled space
Adam was an exceptional host and this property is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. Adam went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable. Plenty of puzzles in games and a gorgeous fireplace to keep us all entertained in the off season. It's a quick walk to a beautiful beach and a walk in the other direction to a small market. I can only imagine how fun this place would be in the summer. It is a perfect setup for families with a kids space downstairs and a great room upstairs. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation. A big thank you to Adam and his family for sharing their home!

Fantastic Home
Beautiful and serene home with thoughtful and helpful communication from Adam. The house is well-stocked and Adam was more than accommodating on a few random items we didn't have. The home is particularly close to several beach options making it the ideal house to stay in for a weekend at the ocean.

Great home and location!
Super clean and newly remodeled home. Loved the fire pit and outdoor shower. The location was excellent, less then 10 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to the mayflower beach parking lot. Would recommend to all friends and family! Adam was quick with responding and provided everything we needed!

Lovely home close to the beach
We had a wonderful stay! We walked to the beach daily, and had our dinners out on the deck each evening. The house had it all, and accommodated 6 adults and one toddler comfortably. There are so many different seating spaces throughout the house. It is tastefully decorated, and Adam was easy to comminicate with. We hope to return next year!

Gorgeous Property, Fantastic Trip
Adam was an amazing host. He was friendly, had great communication prior and during the trip and made us feel at home. The house was even more stunning in person than the pictures show. Extremely clean and perfect for our group of six. Every couple had their own bathroom and bedroom with a large bed, which is hard to find. We experienced some rain due to the hurricane and the house had the perfect amount of space to spread out and relax. The fire pit outside was perfect for evening fires and enjoying some wine. Having the private beach only a few minutes walk away was a treat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to a beautiful vacation at a fantastic price. Thanks Adam for making our 2019 trip such a special one!

Excellent place to stay!
We had an incredible experience renting this property! The house was beautiful and so well taken care of. We made use of everything there from the fully equipped kitchen to the grill and outdoor fire pit! Adam was an absolute pleasure to rent from and he was always available for any questions we had. The house is in a great location, the backyard gets tons of sun, is an easy walk to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Dennis!

Perfect home in Dennis
This house was thoroughly clean and ready to go for us. Everything we needed was available. This home is a short walk to the Northside Cape Cod Bay beaches, several local great restaurants, a local grocery store, the Cape Cod Playhouse, and the Art Museum. Bicycles are available for local use. Home is spacious, light and airy, open floor plan. Private bedrooms. We loved it!

Lovely home - highly recommend!
What a great hidden gem! We had a amazing time. The house was setup well and gave us plenty of breathing room. We went to Chapin Beach and Bayview Beach. Both were nice, please be aware of tide schedules. Chapin Beach low tide goes out pretty far. Water was relatively warm despite it being mid-September. Highly recommend local eatery, Captain Frosty's Fish and Chips (located just a few minutes from rental).

Beautiful home on Cape Cod!
We came to Cape Cod to celebrate a friend’s birthday. There was plenty of room to sleep, celebrate, cook and just hang out. The recent renovation is fantastic and very user friendly. Adam the host was very responsive to questions and helped make our stay enjoyable! Highly recommend.

The home is immaculate and beautiful. Quick walk to a great beach. Downstairs is great for kids and the large open floor plan on the main level is also a bonus. Would definetly like to stay here again.

Amazing House
We had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful and it is centrally located. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Adam and his family have the perfect vacation house. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we come to Cape Cod.
