location ONCE we found it and we’re able to get in! the store neighbors who were able to contact the person responsible to get us in the room!

all the paperwork required. not being able to find it and almost no one knowing where it was. never received code for keys, not told that the code only opened lock box containing keys no coffee and TWO blow dryers that I couldn’t plug is, so useless!

The view and location are great

Great view/location, charming appartment, well decorated.

- The administration was a disaster: we arrived at the time we have indicated for the arrival. The house number on the reservation doesn't exist, was a complete different ones, we had to call several times to get someone to tell us the correct adress. We have been told someone would meet us in front, but that was not the case. Took us an hour to be able to find the adress and the hidden keys... And the person on the phone told us parking was 15 EUR a day, it was more than the double. - Appartment is not clean; bathroom, kitchen, dishes. Cleaning fee is 80 EUR for 2 days, should equal 4 hrs of cleaning. I estimate the cleaning done was 1-2 hrs. Need a deep clean. - Basics are missing. At that price, we would expect the following: dish soap, dish towel, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.

Great location in Portofino. Right By the Main plaza where all the restaurants are. All the basics of the place work well: hot water, heating, etc..

It is way too expensive for the quality of the place. With that price, one would expect better amenities. The place is one-space, it was not 100% clean (specially the bathroom), there is almost no kitchen and there was no wifi. I would have rated it much better if the price was proportional to quality.

I loved the house and the hosts were very friendly and helpful! We appreciate everything they did for us and made our stay ever better, we will be returning!
