The property is spacious and comfortable. Close drive to everything including SPI .

A bit pricey. And some appliances not working properly.

I liked the view

The pics y’all took make it seem like you have access to the coast a basketball court and dock. When in reality you don’t its a public doc which isn’t connected to the house it comes off the community pool. And in order to fish you have to walk out in knee deep mud (200 yards) just to get to an area to fish. I also took 20 to 25 pics of the house and property of damages that we walked into just in case y’all decide to say it was us. Woke up the first full day we were there to smoke alarms going off turns out there wasn’t a fire the was on the 7/26. Called the maintenance number you get with reservations so they could fix the WiFi while they were at it. Lady fixed the WiFi but she couldn’t fix the fire alarms Someone else was gonna do this. Two different maintenance mean came out 3 or 4 different times over the next four days of our stay yet no one was competent enough to fix a damn smoke detector. So ever 5 ours over the next four days i would have to wake up To the alarms going off or they would start chirping at us to restart them. Now i know i can fix this issues but foe 2600 a week i will not y’all can. Over all wasn’t impressed at all i really feel like it was 1500$ to much but that’s what you get when all you see are pictures.

The place is quiet, secured, clean, beautiful and just what we were looking for. You are on the main street to South Padre and right beside food, groceries and gas. The internet was down the first night but they had someone fixing it by the next morning right away. It was really nice.

The parking was kinda tricky since we had two cars but they also worked with us and let us use a vacant house a couple houses over. So, that was nice of them.

beds were extra comfy, view was great, little too much traffic noise from the 4 lane road but not your fault.
