the property was clean, comfortable and warm (it was snowing!) and really well equipped.

It was a lovely place to stay. Communication with our hosts was great. Check-in instructions were clear. Parking was brilliant. The chocolate fingers were a bonus. I would recommend the place to everyone. We were visiting family and will definitely stay here again.

Could not get the sky box to connect. Not a major issue as we weren't there to watch telly. In the end we watched on our iPad which connected to the internet just fine.

Very friendly welcome from Vicky. Clean & comfy & warm. The village of Great Ayton is a little treasure trove of interesting shops, cafes & things to do. Everyone is so friendly & helpful.

Nothing. Our only little suggestion might be to have a recycling bin alongside the 'normal' bin in the kitchen.

The location was excellent for access to the North Yorkshire moors and the north coastal sections of the Cleveland Way. The accommodation was a real home from home. The kitchen was very well equipped, well maintained and very clean. Access to a freezer and washing machine were greatly appreciated after 5 days of walking! The accommodation consisted of a large spacious double bedroom, comfortable living room, very large bathroom, hallway and the amazing kitchen. The property was so spacious it allowed us to store all of the clutter that we seem to take on our walking holidays. The off road parking and access to the garden were again - greatly appreciated. The town of Great Ayton has a beautiful centre and is well worth a visit - there is a Co-op, plenty of tea shops and bus links to the north coast. Roseberry Topping is a short walk away. Vikki and Will were excellent hosts, who live in the adjoining bungalow, should you have any questions. The property was excellent value for money and we hope to visit again.

Very very friendly host who gave a lovely warm welcome, the bungalow was very spacious and very clean. Was a great location with plenty to do nearby and a few minutes stroll into Great Ayton which is very pretty. Really enjoyed staying here and incredible value for money.

Host Vicki was lovely and the accommodation was superb. We had everything we needed for a self catered stay. The location was peaceful and we liked the off street parking. Great Ayton is a lovely village with lots of amenities. We highly recommend this accommodation...

Having stayed here while working away from home; we will definitely be back to enjoy more of the surrounding area. The accommodation was perfect; immaculately clean; very comfortable and everything we needed to feel at home. The welcome pack; toiletries and kitchen essentials were very much appreciated.. The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful surrounding countryside or commuting into Middlesbrough for business… thank you also to fab hosts who are on hand yet respect your privacy.

Vicki was extremely friendly and welcoming. It is so reassuring to have the host so close by to assist with any problems. Thankfully there were no such incidents.

Accommodation was spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts were friendly and at hand if we needed anything. There was a lovely welcome pack, and there was everything we needed for our stay. The location was nice and quiet, but just a short walk to pubs, shops etc. Plus amazing scenery and walking routes straight from the door. Off road parking on the property was also a bonus. Will definitely return for a longer stay next time!!!
