Guys if you get a chance to book this property for your vacation, don't think twice. This is a gem and the host made sure we were taken care of. Not only is his breakfast platter legendary, he also went above and beyond to help us in every way :)

Not a complain, but just a little sad the pool timings were tight (10am - 6pm) so we couldn't chill in the pool after a hot day out in the city.

Simply everything! João is the best host I've ever had, extremely helpful and exceeding all my expectations by far! I am very strongly recommending this place. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished with built in wardrobe, they are ensuite, air-conditioned, with mini fridge, microvave and a kettle. There is a small TV with Netflix. Windows are equipped with shutters. Swimming pool is really nice surrounded with sun beds and umbrellas, there is a shower outside the pool. Breakfast is simply amazing. BRAVO JOĀO AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

The exceptional breakfast lived up to the hype. Joao was super lovely, around to answer all and any questions we had, and gave us some great non-tourist recommendations. Loved how clean the place was. And the pool was so perfect too - so clean and deep (so rare!)

The breakfast was delicious. João, the owner, was very kind and gave us great tips for trips and recommended us a great surf school. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Joao Is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. He made us feeling at home and he gave us useful tips on what to see around the area. His villa Is really beautiful, big rooms with balcony and a nice swimming pool area. The breakfast Is super!

Right from the beginning, I felt welcomed by the host, who speaks perfect English. He went over a map of the area and pointed out parking options in Lagos, sightseeing and places to eat. The room (#3) was huge with a large balcony that had table, chairs and a swing chair...all overlooking the garden and pool. The room and bath were modern, beautifully decorated and had a microwave, coffee maker, bottled water and muffins. This is a quiet location away from the hassle of Lagos. There is a secure, gated parking place. There was good lighting and conveniently location power sockets. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful charming place with garden and swimming pool. Great hospitality of the Owner. If you are looking for silence, nature, rest and the best breakfast ever this is your place to go.

It was excellent welcoming by the owner who served a great breakfast each morning by pool. He also was interested in your daily activities, offering suggestions and booking tours if you want. Coffee maker, fridge, bath soap, netflixs, all good. Safe secure surroundings.

Our bed was a little stiffer then we like. Location is 20 min walking to town. First thing u find is Mc Donald's if you need a fix. If you have a car it's 4 to 5 min to town. But it makes for a quiet location. We did find the 4 to 5 dollar bolt with quick pickup and drop off convenient. Maybe this is really a 9.5

it was clean, comfortable and so well placed for us. Joan was so attentive, informative and fun. It was a privilege to stay at his home. Out of 10 it has to be 12. We loved the breakfasts!

The location is very close to the center of Lagos. The B&B was immaculate and the room was large and spacious. The most amazing breakfast I had during our 2 weeks in Portugal! I would highly, highly recommend anyone to stay at this B&B. An amazing stay!👍

There was nothing not to like!!

Breakfast was amazing. No buffet, served at table, delightful presentation with great selelection of fruits. Quiet location. Need car to get to Lagos, even thought it is not far, because there are no sidewalks until town border.

The house is amazing with a very nice swimming pool , big bedrooms with good confort. The host is very friendly, knows how to take care of the tourists. Very nice breakfast with fruits, cakes,.... Located not far frol the city centre of lagos.

Jao the proprietor was amazingly accommodating! The property is absolutely beautiful with fruit trees and a gorgeous pool and fountain. Our room was spacious, modern and impeccably clean with a terrace on one side overlooking the pool and a gorgeous view of the town in the valley on the other side. Breakfast prepared by Jao himself was amazing with a giant bowl of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads and pastries. Among some of the more memorable treats were quail eggs, passion fruit and cheese from the Azores. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!!

The location is great! Close enough to Lagos (be there in 5 min), but not too close making it easier to enjoy the calmness. But the best part, the service! Always attentive of our needs! The breakfast was out of this world, woke up every day just to be able to enjoy it! Is definitely a must!

Joao, the owner of the property was exceptional. His breakfasts were delivered with great presentation, he was humorous the room and grounds were pristine and he gave great tips for restaurants, Lagos parking hikes, sites to see and more. The location was perfect for making day trips and was a short distance drive from the action of down town.

João was very welcoming! The pool area and room were lovely. Joao prepared us a delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed are stay.

Lovely peaceful property with beautiful county side views, yet just minutes from Lagos. Very convenient yet outside the hustle and bustle. Fabulous fresh breakfast too.

Our host was cool and personable - the room was large, clean and very comfy. Property was really nice, quiet and private. Beautiful view of the pool and the land on the other side from our room. Loved the hammock on the balcony. Breakfast was fresh and tasty - the croissants, home made jam and pastel de nata were so good. Wifi great. Would definitely stay here again. Quick drive into town and to the beach. Definitely need a car to stay here or a sturdy bike to get around.

A very nice bed&breakfast with a beautiful outside area/garden with swimmingpool and relaxing fish pond. Great breakfast is served outside in the garden and pool area. It's situated very close to the Lagos beach, old centre, shops etc. The owner is very friendly and provides good information on what's going on and what to do or where to go. Parking is perfect. The property has an automatic gate where you park your car safely and easily. The room is well equipped, TV, Netflix, Airco, watercooker, fridge etc. Great price/quality. I will definitely go back here once in Portugal again. Thanks much!
