房間算乾淨，但空間很小，暖氣很好。

お風呂とトイレが別になっていた。 お風呂にゆっくりつかれたのでよかった。 駅から近い。

お風呂の床に髪の毛が数本残っていて、清掃が行き届いていないと思えた。 フロントの女性が早口で何を話しているかわからなかった。 外国人が飲食禁止のロビーで飲食していた。もっと外国人にもわかりやすい注意の表示をした方がいいと思う。ほとんどお客が外国人だったから。 3時のチェックインの時間に予定していた部屋の清掃が終わっていなかった。

名古屋駅徒歩圏内で、行きたい飲食店も近くにあり便利でした。

駐車場が空車表示になっていたのでで停めようとしたが何故か空いておらず近隣のコインパーキングを探しました。チェックイン前に確認したところ玄関側の一台分のロック板が故障していると三角コーンが立っていましたが、裏手側駐車場にも掲示していただけるとありがたかったです

沒有刮鬚刀及梳子提供，筆也沒有，剛好沒有帶筆，比教不方便

連泊で清掃をお願いしていなかったが、替えのタオルをドアノブにかけてあり、良かった

思ったより駅から遠い 立地が飲み屋街のようで、夜のチェックインだったので、治安が悪く感じた (慣れたら、それほど気にならなく)

清潔感があり快適でした。ベッドの硬さもちょうどいい感じでした。

設置してあったケトルでお湯をわかしたかったのですが他のホテルにはある水のサービスがなかったので、お湯をわかせませんでした。洗面所の水でわかすのは勘弁してください。あと朝食の時の説明が不十分です。和食と洋食を選択するまではいいのですが、朝食会場に入った時にバイキング方式と思ったけど、置いてあるのはかなり少なくおかわり用と気づかず最初は戸惑いました。もう少し丁寧に説明頂けると助かります。

washer dryer not good enough because it needs to run many times for dryer.. clothes are not dry yet.

The location is good, very near to restaurants and train station. The room is nice and clean with comfortable bed. the breakfast is good too. staff are friendly

Good location - it only takes you a few minutes to reach the JR Nagoya Station, nearest shopping malls and restaurants. The staff was friendly and was able to communicate in English. Breakfast was also tasty. Recommended.

駅から近くてわかりやすい位置で迷わずに行けました。お風呂が洗い場があり、西洋式でないのが良かった。スタッフも親切。チェックアウトも機械で済ますことができ、スピーディー。

特にないけどあれば嬉しいなと思うのがペットボトルのお水の無料サービス。

早餐好豐富味道很棒! 房間雖小但設備齊全又乾淨! 很滿意! 地理位置很好! 只需步行幾分鐘就是名鐵, 周圍都是食店逛街,應有盡有!

因靠近居酒屋及大街, 晚上時會聽到食客哈哈大笑,但不是大問題

3歳の娘と家族で泊まりました。朝食も美味しかったし、お風呂の洗い場とバスタブが別なのも良かったし、子供のアメニティも良かったです。初めてまた泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。スタッフの方もみんな親切でした。

Furnish is slightly old, and the breakfast is very limited.

It was near Nagoya Station and there were several small but good restaurants open for dinner. I requested for 3 rooms located near or next to each other and we got them!

Lack of storage space. Tip: make sure to check the floor area before booking a room. We got the 19 sqm room which is one of the property’s “bigger” ones.

Not good for family with minors. In the middle of night clubs so naturally not suitable. Also due to this most restaurants don't allow your family in for dinner. Good for adults group, keep in mind alternatives if coming with young kids.

Satisfied Experiences in general.

There weren’t enough wash machine on the second floor sometimes when everyone comes back from the hot day. Yet that kind of is quite impossible to improve, so the experience was still, satisfying.

The hotel was clean enough and reasonable value for money.

The room was uncomfortably small we had 2 suitcases and there was nowhere to put them. We had almost no hanging space so easier access to our suitcases would have been appreciated. Probably okay for a one night stay. The staff at reception were not very helpful and a simple request was refused without any offer of alternatives or other assistance.
