Not far from city center
Very loud Noise from tram every 5-10 min during whole stay. Apartment was booked with large terrace but indeed we received a small balcony. Facilities in picture like jacuzzi, tennis, etc are not working so its just for pictures)

Electric cooktop didn’t work. Clock on the wall was for decoration only? Very poor choice of tv channels

The location was perfect. The old town is walkable but is also only two tram stops on a very frequent route. Apartment was perfect two big bedrooms a lovely shower room fully equipped kitchen sitting room and balcony. It had everything you could need for a short stay.

it was beautiful and good comfortable beds, sofa.
There were no freezer only fridge. Neigbours drinking alcohol ans had party, they were loud.

Everything else was perfect.
The bathroom had no ventilation and one of the beds was a bit uncomfortable.

close to the Krakow main square, loved the interior when entering the stair case. Beds could have been 2 doubles or 4 singles as there was an option to split them up.
under sink top shelf was corroded, drain cover under the shower wasn't screwed in as it should be and lack of shower gel but there was an option to buy one in the nearest shop

nice appartement with 2 big sleeping rooms and 1 sitting room + open kitchen
1. tram-line in front of appartement (very noisy in the evening and early morning)

Very close to castle, and to Zabka, and supermarket as well.
Tram was really noisy in street below us. Air condition was in main room, it just hardly cooled next two bedrooms.

Big clean good location
There was a big party all night at the neighbors and it was so loud we could hear it in our rooms. We booked two queen beds and it was single beds instead. The pillows were awful too. The air conditioner did not work.

A little bit sparsely furnished and equipped. Shower head broken. Beds very uncomfortable

Close to old town,
dark falt could have been more lights. Beds are noisy, they were not the best while I stayed in such rented apartments.

Good location, 1km to Wavel castle and old town. Really big balcony.
Walls and doors could have been more soundproof.

Location is good and Host is very Cooperative. Jubilat or Zabka stores etc were just 5 min away
No Cleaning during the stay but can understand the situation due to COVID19. Bedsheet, towels etc were provided to me on time.
