The apartment was absolutely filthy and really smelly. After 5 minutes of being in the apartment we decided we could not stick the smell and dirt anymore so we left and booked into another hotel and requested a refund from Way2stay but was told the apartment was cleaned that day (it had clearly not been cleaned for a long time, the smell was like nothing I had smelt in my life before & the windows were wide open when we arrived but that didn’t even clear the smell, coffee table was sticky, white stains all over the beds, coffee mugs were disgusting, etc), so they wouldn’t offer a refund. As I booked through booking.com I went to them for help but all they did was ask Way2stay for a refund for me, which they refused.

The apartments have good location only 10 minutes from the old town and Wawel castle. Big room with a kitchen zone, very comfortable beds and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with the all necessary facilities.

It's not easy to find the apartment because of no sign and we needed to call the host for explanations. The room was very dirty, especially kitchen facilities. It was even impossible to use a kettle due to its awful condition. Many opened food left over from previous travelers. Crumbs and dust. It's not acceptable. No elementary washings in the bathroom at all. It doesn't cost this money.

Walking distance to Old Town, good location.

There’s a bit of smell in the toilet especially the first few moments, maybe needs better exhaust or a good air freshener.

Half way between the Old Town and Jewish Square, tram system is brilliant and a train journey to the Salt Mine showed a beautiful clean country. The property is equipped with everything you could want and air con was invaluable. Thank you so much.

Nothing.

A nice flat in the heart of Krakow. It is nicely styled and has everything for a short or even a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher oven and even a coffee machine. Our flat was sectioned into connected kitchen and living room space on the bottom part and bedroom and bathroom on the upper. The bed was comfy and the bathroom seemed small but had plenty of space. The Bathroom is modern and had a nice amount of place to put your belongings. Also, the water pressure is amazing. The air conditioner was right above the bed.

Overall cleanliness could be improved. The surfaces were seemingly clean but corners of the room and under bathroom doors were full of dust. Kitchen counters behind appliances or in drawers we full of coffee grounds or other fallen spices. The upper space has quite a low ceiling so not fun for taller people. The stairs between the upper and lower sections of the flat are quite steep and not comfortable to traverse often. The storage space for clothing was nonexistent since the wardrobe was full of extra pillows and duvets. And for a shorter stay to drag your luggage up the stairs is simply impractical so we had to go up and down to get dressed and pick up stuff from luggage.

Some basic toiletries like shampoo and bath gel could have been provided. Some instructions on use of microwave,dish washer and washing machine could have been provided.information about nearest available taxi service etc would have given more convenience. The bed was placed at an angle that kept hurting our knees .

Everything, but there were couple of things we didn't like.

One bed was not so comfortbale because it was squeaky. Also the oven made some electric sparking inside.

The apartment is so beautiful and cozy, and we really appreciated the kitchen. Everything was clean and nice, and the check in was super easy. Also the location is just superb.

The only minus were construction works outside, but that's nothing to do with the apartment itself. Also it'd be nice if the apartment contained shampoo or a kitchen sponge, but that's really just nitpicking.

The appartment is very close to the city center. The host is very nice and pleasant and ready to help in any situation.

The specific smell in the room, The apartment should be cleaned better and the sofa needs cleaning.

Great design, comfortable, nice. there is almost anything you might need at trip. great bed. silent despite the trains outside

Rolls of dust under the bed, crunches and sand on the floor. it was obvious that no one used vacuum cleaner. I asked to clean the floor since my son is allergic to dust, but I only got few swipes of mop. also it would be nice to set the TV working and please change batteries on remote control. Art4 - window view is on construction of a bridge and constantly passing trains (although this is rather a good part, especially since there is no noise from them at all). but it’s even romantic to see everything under the snow)

five min walk from old town and Kazimiers. shop downstairs. space efficient with enough facilities including job. shower was amazing and you get a bath too. linen fresh and extra pillows etc

no tea bags, but it is European so understand and there was coffee
