Nice view, the beach was close. Comfortable, clean and well equipped floating house.

Wifi was slow. We did not find any information in English about the jacuzzi, TV, etc.

A very well equipped boathouse located in the Marina of Portoroz. Free parking just next to the Boats. Nusa the owner was very helpful, just like all staff in the Marina. The whole is just like on the photos. The boats are a bit close to each other but you can get used to it. Neighbours do not expect more than just a "hello", privacy is respected. Make sure for asking the wifi code at the reception. Perfect local Restaurant is for a few hundred meters from the Marina. Bus stop is at the entry of the Marina and it takes you directly to Piran in 10 mins. Leave your car in the parking! Best beach is the Meduza beach (at least it was the best for us). Go there by bus and get off at the "Hotels/Albergo" Bus Stop.

There must have been some technical issue with the sewage system as the water was so stinky around our boat. We noted it for the owner and she was so kind and promised to arrange it asap so, hopefully the following guest will not have this experience.
