Very spacious and great location.

It doesn't have WiFi. It didn't matter to us since we stayed only 3 nights but for a longer stay it's not ideal.

The flat is amazing! Located on a very charming street and extremely close to the sea. You can drink italian espresso with magnificent view by the window! Slept very well there! There is a big bathroom with a bathtub so you can take a enjoyable bubble bath :) It is possible to park the car for free and safely near the apartament. I reccomend this place and hope to be back soon! Grazie di tutto! :)

The host was very welcoming and friendly, we had a little accident and he resolved it very quickly. The place is as described. Its simple but clean and has everything you need for a nice stay. Good value for money if you consider the prices in Liguria. Its easy to find free parking very near the location. It also has two supermakets in 5 min walking distance. In one you will find a variety of vegan foods also. There are bars and restaurants around the flat. In the weekend you will hear some noices from the local bars but it is difficult to avoid it in this area and if you close the windows youre ok. Its not noicy considering the other places we have stayed in this area. The location is perfect for a nice calm stay or if youre travelling with kids as there are very beautiful beaches just across the street. Riva is very beautiful and peaceful little town and you can easily reach Arma even by foot and Sanremo in 10 min driving distance.

the owner of the property Damiano was so helpful, picked us up from the closest station Taggia, he also organised a taxi to take us to our next destination. The apartment is very spacious and in a great location.
