We had a reservation for this apartment, but upon arrival, we had difficulty connecting with the host. As she was not fluent in English, it was hard for us to understand each other. We spent more than an hour waiting for her near the apartment, but then she called and said there were some issues with the apartment and that we would need to stay in another house. She didn’t ask for our understanding or offer any alternatives, just informed us that this change would happen. We were a group of 10, and since it was a concert day in Tbilisi, finding another apartment was unrealistic, so we had no choice but to agree. With much difficulty, we found the other place (which turned out to be two small apartments instead of one), and there wasn’t even a proper parking space! A third person, who was also not present, was giving us instructions over the phone on where to go and how to get the keys—it felt like a TV show called "Survive if you can." When we asked about the parking, they told us, "You need to wait until 5 pm, and the parking slot will be available." Overall, it was a ridiculous experience! I do not recommend this host at all.

The price was cheaper for group or family. It’s big and clean.Near in the grocery store only on the side.The owner is very accommodating and nice.

The elevator it’s fast in closing and the light outside.

tiblisi was good and romantic place ,apartment was nice ,however kitchen was not hygiene ,apart from that every thing was good, Georgia is very beautiful and amazing place ,need to visit again ,u will get indian resturant like taj maha raja resturant ,iranain resturant , kushi resturant ,turkish food was delicious these all resturant in tibilisi ,sabudari forest is awesome dont miss and gaudari to play in snow ,speacially for muslims and indian carry water bottle to use toilets as there is no hand spray in toilets last do sulfur bath dont miss that too there is one adventure ride in tibilisi dont miss that too

kitchen and dishwasher was unhygiene,make sure to make confirmation regarding booking of an apartment /hotel or else u will struggle in cold climate with kids ,
