Location is super good of this property. Its very close to Liberty square and in old Tiblisi town , it has all major shops nearby (like lumier's chimney cake), pharmacies, local eateries, local attractions, etc. Very accessible with cab too. Neighborhood is walk able and beautiful . Breakfast layout was good and appetizing. Though 8:30 am is a bit late breakfast start time, they can consider preponing the time ( as most day tours start around 9 am or earlier!)

- Room cleaning was delayed or missed on most of the days. - When we arrived they tired to change our room from first floor to top floor. Though on booking we were promised first floor. As this property doesn't have elevators/lift, confirm on which floor you are getting the room. - Room amenities were not properly placed/refurbished: shower door did not close properly, daily coffee/water was not kept by staff on cleaning, clean towels were not kept even on request, shower light started flickering on second day, room locked with manual key which were not smooth to lock/unlock everyday, water glasses/cups for coffee were not kept(had to ask everyday for clean glasses) , cleanness was clearly below average! - AC (air conditioner) was not effective on first floor room: when we reported it, staff said it is working at its best and we cant do anything. - Only one manual key provided, though we are two adults staying in the room. We had to align on same key (always stuck to be together to enter the room)

Расположение отличное, все находится ближе, чем мы думали. Рядом хорошие обменники валюты, начало всех экскурсий в 2-10 минутах. Это центр, но очень тихая улочка, так спокойно и уютно. Рядом много замечательных кафе, баров. Завтрак понравился, всё свежее и очень вкусное.

В первый вечер после перелета в душе неожиданно отключили всю воду, холодную и горячую. Скорее всего, это проблема района или города в целом.

Het ontvangst was hartelijk. De kamer was groot. De douche was prima. De locatie is ideaal om de stad in te gaan. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid.

De aangevraagde en beloofde taxi was er niet op het vliegveld. De receptie is niet altijd bezet. Het is best lastig om bij het hotel te komen met een auto omdat de straatjes nauw zijn.

Отличный отель и очень приятный персонал! Расположение топ. На завтраке голодным не останешься точно! Каждый день разное меню, чай, вкусный кофе. В номере чайник, холодильник, что для меня очень важно. Жила в 4-х отелях за время пребывания , этот был самым лучшим. Спасибо большое, если приеду в Тбилиси, то снова остановлюсь у вас!

Завтрак превосходный,повар очень вкусно готовит омлет!Администраторы очень дружелюбные,стараются выполнить все просьбы,всегда в хорошем расположении духа,что поднимает настроение!Месторасположение отеля офигенное!

Окна выходили на сторону двора и когда открывали окно,периодически пахло канализацией,но можно окно и не открывать и воспользоваться кондиционером.На обоях кое где брызги чая,ну и тюль с портьерами не мешало бы постирать.Но это никак не омрачало отдых.Подушки неудобные,комки ваты.
