we didn’t get the room we chose before the bunk beds that we got didn’t have the fence so it wasn’t safe and you could slip off because the mats were moving too every time you flushed the toilet it made a loud and annoying sound and the shower also produced loud and long sound the breakfast was missing, because the name of the hotel was bed and breakfast even though there was no breakfast at the end

The view from the terrace was great.

There was only one room with no doors between the toilet and the bedroom. But it was very romantic for a couple that want to get closer and closer.

The bunk bed had no bars around it or slanted ladder so I found it very difficult to get up on, the mattress was coming down on top of me when I was trying to pull myself up but other than that it was nice would not recommend to anyone older unless you are happy sharing the bottom bed

Very good location! The room is very nice and comfortable. Very clean. I really like the "navy" decoration. It is really worth it. I would book it again.

It would be worth investing in a silent door closing system, because the current one slams the door and most of the guests do not pay attention, so it can be noisy especially in the night

The location is perfect, straight in the historic center but still in a rather quiet area. various shops, Bars, Restaurants are around the corner and the port is only a 5 minutes walk away. The self-check in is easy and worked well. The cleaning personal was very friendly and did a good job. Room was cosy and nice, just as shown on the picture. AC and fan worked well and were necessary (mid of July).

The roof window could not be handled as described. reaching out via mail tomthe Guest Experience Manager also did not lead to any help, we did not receive any answer.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a good en-suite bathroom. The location was the main positive. It was super easy to explore Ciutadella, there were lots of great restaurants nearby, and you could get to the beautiful harbour quickly!

Having no staff made it a bit more difficult to get help when it was needed. We needed to find out about leaving baggage past our check-out time and it was quite tough to get hold of staff to give information on this.

The mattress not too comfortable, bedroom too small and I didn't like the location of my bedroom (ground floor next to the stairs)

The e location is perfect to visit Ciutadella and for moving from Ciutadella to the beaches all over Minorca (thanks to the bus service in the town square).

The room was very small and humid. Customer service was not efficient: replies to enquiries via booking chat were late and we didn't receive any answer to our last question concerning more detail on the check-in. In conclusion, I would recommend this room for a very short stay and for people without private cars or other vehicles to visit the island.

Checking in on the machine was a nightmare. Very difficult and I was charged twice because of the difficulties with the check in machine which couldn't read my passport. However I was promptly reimbursed for the double payment.

There as no chair in the room. The room needs a blind on the velux roof window.
