Excellent location, parking was easy (at the Largo Porta Sant'Agostino, just a few minutes walk away). Communication was great. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nice big TV to watch Netflix on!

The hot water can take a while to heat up.

Great location in the center and nice clean design. The owner (or manager) was easy to reach and helpful. The bathroom was very nice, with a big shower and a bidet. Plenty of large towels as well. The bed was maybe a bit short for very tall people, but fine for me, and easily wide enough for two (i was travelling alone). Very big closet to store stuff.

There was no way to control the electric heating in the room, i think because a dial was broken. I flipped the breaker, which made a light turn off on the heater, but it was still going, which made me a little doubtful of the wiring in the apartment. However, the landlord was able to lower the temperature centrally on the next day. A couple of hooks on the walls, so one can hang up some things,.would be a great addition.to the place.

Communication was excellent and self check in was very easy. They also helped with very convenient parking. An easy walk to the center.

Clean, modern, comfortable, safe accommodations in excellent location. The unit was recently updated/upgraded and was quite attractive and comfortable. It really began to feel like home during the five days we were there. Our unit was on the top floor and thankfully, there is a small elevator that we used when taking our suitcases up. Loved having a kitchenette for making afternoon tea and having our own light snack/dinner. (Sorry I couldn't get the photo of the kitchen to display right side up!) The kitchenette is very well stocked: two electric burners, Nescafe coffeemaker with coffee pods and sugar provided, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, 2 pots/pans, cooking utensils, knives, bottle opener, towels, sponge, dish soap, refrigerator/freezer, panning press. Especially grateful for the free washing machine and dryer on the bottom floor. There are two units on each floor; it seems that each unit is a vacation rental. The unit was quiet, with no noise from neighboring units or from the street. There is no daily maid service, but this was not a big deal. Anything we needed was available at the adjacent office or by texting the host.

It might be important for some travelers to know that there is no on-site breakfast provided or voucher for local cafe. We did not mind at all as that got us in the habit of purchasing fresh fruit from the local market for a healthy breakfast and we had our cappuccino and pastry mid-morning while on a break from sight-seeing. In no way would this discourage us from staying here again!

The apartment is a cozy one. I loved the small skylight in the bedroom! The reception was easy and the host helped us with all our requests. We stayed there with a small baby, and everything was easy and comfortable.
