Ce condo vient de subir une rénovation majeure avec de nouveaux meubles dans la chambre avec un lit king size. Nouvelle douche carrelée, nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine en granit, nouveau matelas de canapé-lit et le meilleur un nouveau système d'air divisé avec une unité séparée directement dans la chambre! Soyez le premier à rester.
Océan! Océan! Océan! Rien ne se tient entre vous et le grand Pacifique bleu! Les tortues en abondance au bord de l'eau ... et vous n'avez pas besoin d'aller plus loin que votre véranda pour voir et apprécier! Admirez le lever du soleil alors qu'il se lève sur Haleakala et terminez votre journée en admirant le paysage spectaculaire de Maui! N'oubliez pas les baleines en hiver ... il y a déjà eu une observation.
Notre une chambre, une salle de bain en copropriété dort 4 assez confortablement un lit king size et un canapé-lit. Situé au quatrième étage, cet appareil offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et les montagnes que vous ne pouvez pas obtenir dans de nombreux autres endroits. Ravi de regarder les baleines gambader dans l'océan juste en face de l'appartement !! La saison des baleines va de novembre à mai, un bon moment pour être à Ma'alaea!
Il y a la climatisation dans chaque pièce ... y compris la chambre et le système d'eau chaude en continu, donc aucune douche n'a besoin d'attendre que l'eau se réchauffe.
Un endroit incroyable pour s'évader - quelle que soit l'occasion! Profitez de votre maison loin de chez vous qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin! Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain et de la crème solaire et vous êtes prêt!

Amazing view! Enjoyed watching the sea turtles! Short walk to the Marina! Perfect location! Condo was very clean! Perfect in every way!

First time in Maui and we had the best view!!! Not only can you enjoy the turtles when they come within the rocks below, but you can watch the sunrise every morning from behind Haleakalā Mountain, watch whales breach in the bay in February, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean anytime you desire. Wow! The lanai/view alone was worth the trip! The bedroom windows look out at the green lush west Maui mountain range. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Location was great. We will definitely stay here again!!

The lanai is very peaceful and relaxing in the morning and a perfect location to watch the amazing sunrises. We spotted a few whale flippers. Having binoculars was beneficial to viewing. The place was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there. Mahalo.

We have stayed in this area once before and loved the neighborhood and central location. This condo was perfect! Great view, great condo. Everything was very very easy. Condo was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we are in Maui.

The views were amazing. Almost every day we would see turtles along the shore and whales in the bay. The location was centric for everything we wanted to do. We had a rental car so we had planned to drive to numerous sites. This property provided one parking spot in a parking garage (with roof) which was very convenient. We simply took the elevator from the basement to the 4th floor to reach the property. The property provided plenty of room for us to spread out including our dive gear. The kitchen was well appointed and included everything we needed for coffee in the mornings. Located within walking distance were restaurants, small stores, a gas station, and tours leaving the harbor next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Everything about this property was a 5 out of 5 stars. The unit was very clean and everything was in good condition. Air-conditioning worked well. Beautiful ocean views and lots of turtles. No direct beach access but the beach is about a half mile away, so short drive or walk. Maalaea harbor is a very short walk away. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful view!
We had the most amazing vacation and the location of this condo was perfect!! It was perfect! The views are breathtaking and it’s so peaceful. We were able to grill and eat down by the ocean. I would highly recommend this condo!

The property was perfect for my husband, teenager, and I. We LOVED this location, between Kihei and Lahaina. I already miss watching the sunrise over Haleakala on the lanai. Being able to watch the turtles and whales from the lanai was absolute magic!!

My wife and I stayed in the condo from Dec 28 to January 3rd and I must say the only negative thing is we should have not wasted 5 nights in Honolulu and just stayed there the whole time. Awesome, very central location perfect for driving out for day trips in all directions.
The condo was nice clean and very comfortable and the communication with the property manager was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this property and will more than likely stay here again. All together it was a great experience.

The absolute best place to stay during whale season.
My wife and I stayed in the condo from Dec 28 to January 3rd and I must say the only negative thing is we should have not wasted 5 nights in Honolulu and just stayed there the whole time. Awesome, very central location perfect for driving out for day trips in all directions.
The condo was nice clean and very comfortable and the communication with the property manager was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this property and will more than likely stay here again. All together it was a great experience.

Good location for a quiet vacation
Condo was good. The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Loved having AC in living room and bedroom as many locations don't have this. View was amazing. Definitely saw lots of turtles swimming. Building and area is quiet and relaxing.

Great location
Great location in Maalaea--easy to drive anywhere on the island. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the patio is a joy to hang out on. Watching the turtles in the water every day was fun.

Whales and turtles from the patio!
We really enjoyed our stay here, watching the whales and turtles was a great treat! There was good communication with the host on issues that arose during the stay and she was extremely accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Watch whales from deck
Listen to the waves, watch turtles and whales right from your own deck. Make sure you bring binoculars to watch the whales. You’ll see more action from the comfort of the condo than you will on a whaling tour. Condo was well equipped although no staples for cooking(dressings, oils, condiments, flour, etc) so you’ll have to buy everything if you’re going to cook. Several excellent restaurants a 5 min. Walk away. Great location within 15 min of Lahaina , Kihei , and the airport - yet enough away from hustle and bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed and Barbara quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Maui magic!
This was our 4th trip to Maui, and we’ve always stayed in Maalaea. It’s the best kept secret on the island. The condo is exactly as described and pictured, and Barbara is the perfect host. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Mahalo!

Best Hidden Gem
This place is amazing!!! We love the condo and the location was perfect. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is it. The views are spectacular and you can't get any closer to the water than this. We heard the waves crashing and saw turtles from the balcony. Everything you need is in the condo, the only thing that was not working was the beach umbrella. We really wanted to use it, but it was broken. That's just something minor, overall we give this place 5*. We had a great stay and will stay here again in the future. It's the best location in the island, easy to get around. Thank you Barabara for your hospitality.

Ideal spot in Maui
We had a tremendous time at Barbara’s property. It was the perfect location for exploring the entire island. The condo is wonderful. It has an amazing view of the water and was the ideal spot to rest and gear up for the next day’s activities. Lots of extras in the condo added value for our stay. Thanks Barbara!

Plenty of turtles
We had an amazing stay in Maalaea! This was such a wonderful location and nothing really beats the view on the lanai (and we indeed saw many turtles throughout our stay). Barbara was very helpful and responsive to our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room With a View
We enjoyed our condo immensely. Had a great view, the bed was okay and we had all the amenities as advertised. Great location for driving to other areas of Maui. Watched sea turtles playing in the water every evening. Would return to this condo in a minute. Barbara was a great host.

A wonderful place for those who want to spend their honeymoon. The apartment was caught on the corner of the building so that nobody will see you from the balcony against us. The kitchen is very comfortable, large, beautiful. Super bedroom, large bed. Air conditioning works fine, the room is always cool. Ocean view from the balcony and also us pool. Shower room with toilet is good. Parking under the roof - the car does not heat up. 2 TVs: in the bedroom and in the living room. The only thing is that the pillows are not comfortable and the air conditioner makes noise from time to time. And so we liked it.

Lovely condo!
This place is just as it looks on the website. It is very nicely appointed, well-located, and the view from the balcony is fabulous! We enjoyed our stay enormously. Barbara, the owner, provided us with extensive recommendations in advance of our visit, and, if that weren't enough, we discovered a whole pineapple, a package of Kona coffee and a small banana bread in the refrigerator when we arrived!

Fantastic Maui Condo
We loved the condo! The location is fantastic. You overlook the water, can walk down to the beach, and if you drive north of south for about 25 minutes you reach the major towns. The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept things nice and refreshing. Highly recommended!

Amazing views and at night could see lights in distance. Turtles were abundant as advertised. Modern condo and had everything you needed. Would stay here again. Welcoming basket was a very nice touch.

Fantastic views!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was great! We were within walking distance of some good restraunts and centrally located to most attractions. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony was fabulous with a great view of sunrises over the ocean. We would definitely love to come back again!

Moon Over Maalaea
We have visited Maui 4 times in the last 10 years. We found our best condo ever in #406! We stayed three weeks and had the time of our lives. The lanai sits perfectly right over the ocean. You will feel like the waves come right up to you. And yes we saw many, many turtles. Sugar Beach which is at the end of the street was always clean and beautiful. Great accommodations, covered parking space, fantastic view, easy access to both Kihei and Lahaina, and very quiet. There is a closet which is equipped with anything you could possibly need for the beach and/or a picnic. The property manager, Barbara was professional, available, and graciously helpful. There was never a single hiccup! We were so spoiled and will never want to stay anywhere else!
