Belle 3BR 2. 5 salles de bain pour 8 personnes. Maison parfaite pour les escapades d'un week-end ou à quelques minutes en voiture des matchs de football d'Auburn. Le dernier étage est un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine moderne et des appareils en acier inoxydable qui donne sur le salon et une télévision de 60 ". Il y a un grand balcon qui surplombe le lac avec des sièges confortables. Le niveau inférieur comprend 3 chambres (1 King Master Suite, 1 chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits et 1 chambre Queen) avec un autre balcon couvert donnant sur le lac. Il s'agit d'un mouvement silencieux idéal pour nager ou s'asseoir à l'extérieur et lire un livre. Quai récemment rénové avec amarrages de bateaux. Slew s'ouvre sur une grande zone idéale pour le ski et les tubes. Nous avons également accès à un parc communautaire avec une rampe de mise à l'eau, un pavillon et des quais (à ne pas utiliser du jour au lendemain) qui est facilement accessible à pied.

We rented a boat from momentum marina this place wasn’t far from there at all. Boat dock was easy to get to and central to everything(chimney rock,chucks pizza and tubing areas). House was comfortable for all 8 of us. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will gladly rent again!

I just want to thank you for a wonderful week on Lake Martin. Your house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The views were lovely from the porch! We enjoyed boating and floating on the lake and fishing off the pier; it was so relaxing! We hit up some of the hot spots while on the water - Chimney Rock, Goat Island, The Social, Bluff's, and Chuck’s Pizza. We also played a round of golf, and the scenery was awesome! Thank you for sharing your great suggestions and your lovely home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The home is beautiful and has a great view over a calm slough of Lake Martin. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and check-in went very smoothly. I highly recommend this place for a nice stay on the lake.

We had a great stay at this house for Memorial Day weekend. It fit our needs perfectly. Nice big fridge and freezer for all our food. The location is convenient for a boat ride to Chuck’s pizza and chimney rock. Niffer’s was another good restaurant close by. An ice cream boat came by one night which was fun. We launched our boat at the neighborhood ramp but chose to keep our trailer at a different location than the house. The driveway was a little too intimidating for us to try to take the boat trailer down it, but we had no issues going down it with our cars. Overall it was the perfect place for our vacation.

My wife and I stayed here for a Labor Day weekend. We had a nice stay. The house is in a quiet area with minimal boat traffic. We tried renting a boat but none were available. The owners are nice and responsive. Our only issue was there was no propane for the grill, but we improvised. The canoe and rafts were nice and relaxing. Thank you for a nice weekend!

This location was perfect for our family get together for two weeks. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the boat every day and pretty much have the lake to ourselves as we lucked out with kids returning to school the week we got there. Would highly recommend and the host was super responsive!

Great location, chimney rock is around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minutes. House is spacious and up to date. We brought our boat so the private boat launch was a big plus for our family. We’ll be back again.

Property was awesome. We enjoyed it and had a blast. The only thing negative I have is the driveway will not accommodate a large boat. I have a 24 foot boat and there was no way that it would’ve fit down the curvy steep driveway. Luckily I live close and just took my trailer home after unloading the boat. I do exommend this place as we had a blast that week.

This house is more than just beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need from doggy bags to a variety of cooking appliances. The gorgeous setting made for sitting on the two decks extra special. Plus, the art work in the house is beautiful!! We will be back.

We met our friends and their children for a week vacation at Lake Martin. This house was perfect for the two families with small kids and dogs. The weather was not on our side though and we had a lot of thunderstorms, but luckily the house was set up great for play and relaxing on the covered porch. Seriously the porch was a lifesaver. On the days we could swim, the cove was perfect for small kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better swim area. It was quiet and just the right depth for the kids. They could touch around the edge and then actually swim without much distraction from neighbors or boats. We only left the house for groceries and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking at home all week. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

This house is fantastic, great space layout and nice furnishings . Great location for any Auburn activities. Beautiful lake front view with convenient lake access. Plenty of room for 8 to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Great space, house was very well appointed with all the basic needs. The board games were a nice addition for rainy afternoons. The location was perfect, close to all the lake attractions.
The only down side was the number of stairs to climb, to load the boat or get to the dock. The area is very hilly, and the property is steep. The boat launch was convenient to the house and a very nice addition.

The house is very nice. Great location. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, plenty of seating indoors and outside. The owners are great to work with, very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out process. We would stay here again. Maybe a small discount could be offered for return renters since this was our second time renting and we would probably rent again in the future! Thank you for sharing your lake home with us! Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Stairs were a bit much for those of us who are not in good shape though. Views are amazing, house is well stocked, neighbors are super nice and the location is close to all things water.

Excellent Vacation
The house was excellent and in a quiet area of the lake. The neighbors were all very nice as well as the location on the lake. We rented a boat from the Ridge Marina and brought a jetski that we launched from the community boat ramp that was a minute drive from the house. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely book with Taylor again!

Better than the pictures
I looked at this property several times but some of the pictures weren’t great.
The property is beautiful. It’s in a cove so you can float in the water right behind the house. We were able to tie up a boat on the dock. FYI-There are several steps on the property. The entertainment part is on the top floor, bedrooms and exit to the water are on the bottom floor. There is another flight from back porch to granite stairs that lead to the water. The steps were not a problem for our family but some may have trouble. We loved our stay. Lake Martin was fun.

Wonderful Getaway
This lake house was the best fit for 2 families and kids. We all had the most relaxing and beautiful holiday weekend. The house was perfect and stocked with everything needed and the neighbors were all very nice. We all enjoyed the lake and dock area. We didn’t leave the house at all. Great lake property with good lake view
Wonderful home in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the home and location on the water. We were able to pull our pontoon boat right up to the dock and pick up the family. Kids swam every evening in the calm waters without worry of any boats and were able to fish right off the dock. The house was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Just remember to bring condiments, Ziploc/stoarge bags, extra paper towels and extra trash bags, toiletry items etc. Many people are already aware of this but we were so spoiled at our last vrbo that we expected similar but ended up making a quick trip to Dollar General very close by. Great place, highly recommend!

Amazing Waterfront Lake House
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful lake house. It was perfect for our family of five and sweet poodle. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway and boat ramp were a bit scary/steep at first, coming from flat Florida, but the owner gave us advice and someone was there to help at the private boat ramp. We greatly appreciated him. We will definitely be back! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Our trip was wonderful! The property is beautiful and the lake is stunning!
We had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and we loved the lake being right outside the door. We brought our boat and was able to launch right next door and then tie up to the pier directly outside the property. Our dog loved being able to be in the yard and we enjoyed all that our hosts had available for us as far as things to make the lake fun. We definitely recommend this property for families.
