様々な商業施設が密集していてロケーションがとてもいい。徒歩数分でコンビニ、ドン・キホーテ、カラオケ店、飲食店（中華料理多め）、飲み屋、風俗店など。 １Fエントランスは自動ドアでエレベーターもわりと早い。 造花や壁紙、間接照明などの照明器具にもこだわっていて古さを感じさせないおしゃれな内装。 ベッドがしっかりしていて寝心地がいい。 ベッドに電気毛布（敷ふとん）が備わっている。 エアコンの他にスタンド型電気ストーブが用意されている。 ダイニングテーブル+チェアとリビングテーブル+ソファーの２ヶ所でくつろげる。 浴室の壁付けのシャンプー類がすごく使いやすい。 アパートメントホテルにしては珍しく調味料が置いてある（塩、コショウ、サラダ油、ごま油など） 傘が置いてある。 レイトチェックアウトができる。

西川口は治安が悪いので有名。深夜でも騒がしい。酔っ払いの叫び声や無意味なクラクション連呼、外国人がすごく多い。 駐車場がない。周辺のコインパーキングがすごく高い。 給湯設備が弱い。吐出量が少なく浴槽のお湯張りにかなり時間が掛かる。適切な温度になるまでにかなり時間が掛かる。排水も悪いのか浴槽の水を抜くと床が水浸しになる。 なくて困ったもの：消臭スプレー、歯磨き用樹脂製コップ、鏡（浴室と玄関意外に）、キッチンハサミ、大きめの鍋、小皿、キッチンスケール、三角コーナー

Clean/cozy and accessibility.

Location is a bit far from the center but near the train station. the water heater issue only.

The apartment has one comfortable bed, a functional kitchen, bathroom and washing machine, plus free wifi.

The apartment is in the red light district but close to the station and still safe. The apartment smelt really musty when we arrived but improved as we aired it out. The apartment isn't 3 bedrooms by western standards as the "third bedroom" is the living room and doesn't have a door. There are two double beds - one is quite comfortable but the other is really hard and squeaky. It was ok for a family of four with two kids but wouldn't recommend for more people. It suited us as the location was close to people we were visiting but otherwise the area wasn't very nice.

The apartment is definitely more spacious compared to hotel rooms. There is iron which is nice. We had a pleasant surprise on our last day when we found a bakery nearby (10 mins walking distance) which serves super good french toast and pastries!

- Washer is not clean so we went to laundry mart nearby instead. - There were stains on the bedsheet. - Shower curtain is moldy. - Neighborhood seems to be a bit shady.

A complete, nice Apartment. A bit dark though, not like the picture. WiFi didn‘t work at first but was quickly resolved.

there was lots of long dark hair in the bath mat when I arrived which was gross, and long white hair in one of the beds pillows

The place is pretty close to the station, there are lots of restaurants around the area. The room was so spacious compare to hotel with similar price, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was so useful! I would come back again!

Took a little time to use warm water and shower.

This was my 2nd time in Omotenashi House. The studio flat has a good size with everything what you need. Satoshi ( host ) is an amazing host and always helpful and friendly. He bought me a rice cooker for his flat - very kind. Kitchenette was handy. Easy 5 minute walk to Nishi Kawaguchi train station. Plenty of food options around. Highly recommend!
