Sunrise House - New Home in Heart of Garden City
Notre maison à Garden City (près de Bear Lake) est neuve et parfaite pour les familles ou les groupes de taille moyenne. Il a beaucoup de lumière et toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour ici. La maison est entourée d'un porche couvert, parfait pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie sur le lac. La piste cyclable de la ville est à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Tous les restaurants, boutiques et le marché de Garden City sont à 5 minutes à pied et le port de plaisance est à seulement 1,6 km.

We absolutely loved our three-day stay at Sunrise House. It was pristine clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We, especially, loved sitting on the front porch and watching people go by. Amanda was extremely accommodating and responded to any questions I had immediately. We loved staying in this quaint little cabin that accommodated our family perfectly. It was clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of parking off of Bear Lake Blvd. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings and watching the sun rise in the morning! Sweet home!

This was a fun place to stay on vacation. The property was clean and inviting. It was well furnished and nicely located near the green belt and marina. The host was prompt and responsive. Watching the sun rise at breakfast over the lake was very picturesque. It was a great stay.

This home was extremely clean and well kept. We appreciated all of the little details, such as extra bedding in the closets, beach towels, extra towels in the bathrooms. The owner left a pan of raspberry rolls to welcome us, which we all enjoyed. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Thanks!!!

Great Home
A very nice home. The traffic noise is a little loud sitting on the deck, but a mere whisper when you are inside. The house is built very well and is quiet. We brought most of our food to prepare and Amanda and Matt have stocked the home very well and make it very nice to stay there. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!

Comfy Cabin
We stayed in this beautiful cabin for 4 nights and had the best time! You can't beat the location...everything you need is within walking distance (restaurants, Mike's Market, little gift shops and the best raspberry milkshakes!). There's a beautiful view of Bear Lake from the porch that can't be beat.
The cabin is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable visit or get away. We had 5 adults in our family and everyone had just what they needed: comfy beds, two living areas to gather and visit (one upstairs that converted into a bedroom), 3 TVs, games and books, and a terrific kitchen/dining area where you can also gather to visit.
There is plenty of parking and Amanda provides beach towels and chairs for your time at the beach. If you're cooking your meals the kitchen is furnished with everything you need and there's a propane grill outside.
You couldn't ask for a nicer cabin to stay in. Communication with Amanda was excellent; she really goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and enjoyment while staying at the Sunrise Cabin. If you're lucky there will be tasty raspberry buns to greet you upon arrival!
Our family will absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Bear Lake!

This cabin was beyond our expectations! Every detail thoughts about down to cinnamon rolls on the counter! The host was accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect! You have a beautiful view of the lake from the charming front porch. It is within walking distance to the stores and restaurants. We really loved our time there!

We enjoyed this well stocked cabin! The property manager was spectacular and we even found a way to take a 18 month old to a loft style property. We loved how well the property was stocked and it even had a pack and play which made the stay more comfortable as we forgot ours. We loved the property and the snow and dozens of turkeys were great for entertainment for us and the infant!

Perfect Bear Lake Retreat!
This cabin is wonderful! When we arrived, it was impeccably clean. Perfect location - right on the bike trail and close to town. We walked to shops and restaurants every evening. The porch and front yard are beautiful. We had BBQ on the grill and picnicked in the front yard/porch. Lovely! Amanda has all the amenities covered. Loved all the extra blankets around, games for the kids, beach chairs, Roku tv, etc. They had the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve used. The open ceilings in the 2nd floor bedrooms were not a problem because we brought white noise makers. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
