The location and condition of this property are both amazing. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, super modern, and well equipped. The water pressure in the showers was fabulous. Everything in the apartment felt like new. Warren was fabulous to work with- clear, accommodating, flexible, kind. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, lots of shops and restaurants nearby make this property more than 5* in our opinion. Such a great stay!

We were met by our host Warren, on check-in who gave an overview of the apartment. The place was clean, tidy, comfortable and in a great location - short walk to the high street, tube station and a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants😎

We had a great time staying here for two weeks in June with our kiddos aged 7 and 11. The flat is clean, comfortable and well-equipped for cooking. Manager Warren was great to work with and made everything easy. The building was quiet and very secure, and the bus and tube links made getting around easy. Lots of fantastic food nearby as well. And yes, the swans! Having the basin (and kayak school) outside made for a fun and unique experience. We would happily stay here again.

Liked that this location was close to tube (10 min walk). Liked the kitchen. Loved the view. Couch was comfortable. Warren the manager was helpful and easy to deal w it. Master Bed wasn’t very comfortable but I’d still stay again. Also to note that this is in a high student populated area and the students can be very loud on some nights.

Even better than our first visit in 2019 with the recent renewal of appliances etc. Warren was fantastic in going above and beyond to make our stay smooth. We love the location for walks along the canal and excellent public transport.

Loved this stay, the apartment had everything we needed and after we worked out the tube, we found it within reach of all attractions. Light and airy apartment with great outlook 😊

My girlfriends and I loved the clean, comfortable apartment. The location and beautiful view were perfect for us. Warren welcomed us personally and answered all of our questions. The easy access to Angel station and quiet neighborhood were great. We would absolutely stay there again.

Don't want to say too much because it will be totally booked all the time!! It's a very comfortable, clean, bright property in a great area. Warren was wonderful to work with -- very responsive to questions. The view of the canal was great -- peaceful. Lots of nice pubs around. Looking forward to renting this property again.

Great apartment, good location, 10 min walk to Angel tube station, 4 min walk to Co-op and 10 min to main shopping and dining area in Islington. Apartment is just as described and communication with Warren prior to and during check-in was great. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Mr. Warren's flat. Warren was perfect not only during my stay, but also from the time of booking to when I left. Thanks to him I never had to worry about a thing. Warren's flat is very clean and well equipped with all kitchen utensils. The kitchen utensils are also luxurious. There are a number of supermarkets near Angel Station, so I enjoyed buying different ingredients and cooking in the kitchen every day. Also, the bedroom was very comfortable and when the weather was nice, I could wake up to the morning sun from the window. What I liked most of all was the view from the living room. The view from the large windows was like a painting. Also, when you go out on the balcony, there are swans and ducks, and you can see this peaceful scenery every day. It's like a 'free bird garden'! If you think I'm exaggerating, you should definitely stay here and experience it for yourself. It's amazing to have such a view in central London. I stayed during the winter season, so I haven't experienced it yet. ・・・・ It's also good to go downstairs and watch birds on the benches in the garden. I always used Angel station as the nearest station. It takes about 10 minutes from Mr. Warren's flat to the station. The path along the canal is great for a walk. Angel station is also convenient for buses as well as the underground. I think this is the perfect place for people who want to 'live like they live in London'. I would stay in Mr. Warren's flat again! I already think so now.

This flat is perfect for a family. The location is ideal - close to the underground, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to feel like you are away from the busy city. The flat has everything you need and Warren was wonderful to work with.

The flat has a great view of the canal and is bright and airy. Warren is a very attentive host. We had a great time taking walks and exploring the neighborhoods.

This flat was immaculate, comfortable, well appointed. Short walk to Angel’s restaurants, grocery stores and pubs(and tube/busses) I have stayed in a number of flats and this is one of the best - loved the small balcony overlooking Regents Canal basin with swans, geese, ducks etc Warren the “manager” could not be more attentive and resolved any issues immediately I will be back Thank you Warren

We loved our stay in this flat. Our son is studying in London, living in Islington, and we wanted a chance to just "live" in London for a week. The flat is beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet. The floor to ceiling windows looking out over the canal were a highlight. Even plenty of room to do morning yoga! In the past I've found London overwhelming. But staying in a true neighbourhood like Islington has helped me fall in love with the city. And Warren was so helpful - there to show us everything when we arrived, and prompt to reply when we had questions. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment that’s clean and has all the amenities that you need. Convenient location less than ten minutes walk to the tube station through a nice residential area along the canal. Big enough that everyone has some space and nice to have two bathrooms.

Property was very clean and tidy with no noise issues. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook, including oils, salt, pepper. Plenty of cleaning supplies and paper products too so no need to waste time picking that stuff up. Short walk to the tube and restaurants. Really good pizza place less than ten minutes walk away. Owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would highly recommend for your stay in London!

This is the real deal! Wonderful flat with water view. The flat is absolutely as pictured - clean, modern, comfortable, quiet - very well equipped and appointed. Close to the tube, bus lines, and all manner of shopping - great grocery stores, farmers market, street fair and many other shops, restaurants, pubs. Near Camden Passage with interesting little shops and eateries. Enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the swans and birds. Or walking along the canal and observing the houseboats. Warren our host was wonderful - so helpful in all ways - great and timely communications. Checking in and out was easy. Could not have asked for a better host or better accommodations. My husband and I stayed here with our college age daughter and it was perfect. Would love to come back! Did I mention the swans? Loved it all!

A wonderful property, within walking distance of Angel and Old Street stations. Well fitted out with comfy beds, fully kitted out kitchen, and a great view of the Regent's Canal.

Due to Covid, our visit to London became an extended trip of over 60 days . We are very fortunate to stay in Warren’s flat in Angel and enjoy every moment of the trip. We visited the nearby farmer market as well as the Columbia Road flower market, last but not the least we had also attended the Angel Canal Festival, all very fascinating and enjoyable.

Everything is as advertised, the property is new and very very clean, but most importantly, Warren is the best host one could possibly be ask for, communication is near instantaneous and the weekly cleaning service is spotless.

The apartment was nice and in a very good location. We enjoyed our stay here in London. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Great apartment, well equipped (with high quality). Feels like a home away from home. Lovely view of the canal all day long. The location is most convenient - in terms of access to public transportation to all parts of the city, some grocery stores within a short walk, varied restaurants and a shopping center near Angel Station. Quiet area, and easy to walk and wander around. And last but not least, Warren was very flixible and helpful and the communication with him was easy and pleasent.

The apartment is fantastic - clean, bright, comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. There’s a good selection of pubs, grocery stores and Angel station all within a short walk. There is a small playground beside the building and the kids spent time there every night - which meant parents could enjoy a quiet beverage on the balcony overlooking the canal. Warren met us when we arrived and as we were leaving. He was very polite and helpful from our first email to the day we left. Thank you Warren!! Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The flat is as advertised -- very spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The nearby Angel tube stop provides quick access to the rest of London, and the area near the tube stop has good pub, restaurant, and shopping options. Warren met us to let us in and show us around, and was available to make sure our stay was pleasant.

This was the best place I've rented in London! It is large, bright, and airy with excellent views and good air circulation across the apartment--very important during a record-breaking heat wave. Warren was also kind enough to make sure we had fans, which we are used to running while sleeping (most U.S. homes have ceiling fans in every bedroom). The location is fantastic. It is close to Angel station, which will get you anywhere in London with a transfer at King's Cross. I was able to walk to the British Library, where I was conducting research, in about 30 minutes. The Co-Op grocery was small but convenient and had pretty much everything we needed, including beer and wine. The Narrow Boat Pub and the Earl of Essex were charming nearby pubs with good food filled with locals instead of tourists. I would also highly recommend reserving an evening at Nightjar, a retro cocktail bar with live jazz in the evenings, just down City Road for a unique night on the town. You can live like a local in this beautiful and secure Islington apartment! We hope to stay here again soon.
