Belle maison jumelée andalouse dans un petit bien gardé développement fermée privée avec piscine partagée. La maison est construite sur 2 étages. A l'étage, il ya trois grandes chambres doubles (deux avec lits king-size et la troisième avec deux grands lits simples) et une grande salle de bains.
La chambre principale a une terrasse / jardin d'hiver avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et des chaises de balançoire!
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une salle de douche, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon / salle à manger avec un grand canapé d'angle, une télévision et une barre de son de 48 pouces ainsi que des abonnements APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Apple Music et 150 chaînes de télévision internationales inc. BBC tous connectés à la fibre haut débit avec des vitesses allant jusqu'à 300 mb!.
Il y a une grande terrasse (avec auvent et système de refroidissement par brouillard) avec vue panoramique sur la montagne et la mer, idéale pour prendre un bain de soleil, prendre son petit-déjeuner ou dîner en plein air.
Il y a une piscine de bonne taille et des zones communes aménagées avec goût avec des transats partagés entre la petite communauté (rarement très fréquentée).
La maison est parfaitement située car elle se trouve à seulement 2 à 4 minutes à pied de la plage de Burriana (200 m) et à moins de 10 minutes à pied (400-500 m) du quartier animé et animé du centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo, où vous trouverez de nombreuses des bars, des restaurants et des magasins.
Nous venons de terminer la rénovation de la maison; nouvelle salle de bains, revêtements de sol, climatisation, auvent, eau solaire, nouvelle cuisine avec appareils modernes (NESPRESSO), y compris un réfrigérateur / congélateur américain avec distributeur d’eau et de glaçons. Tous les meubles et les lits sont neufs et d'un très haut niveau. La table à manger et la cuisine ont été conçus par nous.
Dans le cadre de la rénovation de la maison a maintenant un mur à portes pliantes reliant le salon et terrasse.
Veuillez noter que la piscine est ouverte toute l'année mais qu'elle sera fermée pendant plusieurs semaines à partir de la mi / fin novembre 2019 pour des raisons de maintenance. Des transats seront toujours disponibles dans les zones communes.

This is a lovely condo apartment steps to the beach in the beach town of Nerja. The place is superbly appointed and the aesthetic is lovely. The patios are spectacular and the morning sunrise divine.

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment, very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. Lovely decor and amazing views from both balconies. Everything you need within walking distance. Lovely area and great for some winter sun. Eva really attentive and quick on all comms throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed a very relaxed and comfortable stay in this beautiful house. The location is great - it is very near the beach and the centre, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The house is clean and very well equipped. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

The house is a wow! The view from the balcony just takes your breath away we spent a lot of time there for breakfast mid afternoon drinks and evening drinks after our meals out. We also decorated it for a surprise engagement for my daughter.
There was a cot and high chair for our 14 month old and plenty of room for us all to enjoy.
There is everything you could need.for a family holiday and the house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located close to both the beach and a short walk into town
There are lots of steps especially down to the pool which was lovely after a day at the beach’s and rarely more than a couple of others using it.
Eli and Eva were so helpful and provided plenty of information for their beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year.
We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I have stayed at the Parador but the views and peace and quiet at this lovely house cannot be beaten.

Beautiful multi floored unit with a quirky (in a good way) design. Dream balconies with breathtaking views. Steps away from the beach and minutes from a multitude of fine restaurants in "downtown" Nerja. Nice, quiet pool area. Met all our expectations and then some. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Absolutely killer views, lovely apartment, and amazing hosts! It was everything we needed for our family holiday. We were in Nerja for 4 weeks and the apartment was a terrific "home base" for all of our adventures. It was always wonderful to come back to the beautiful terrace after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location between Burriana Beach and the center of town. We walked everywhere! Thank you to Eva and Eli, the most amazing, responsive hosts we could have asked for! Thank you to Marife for caring for the apartment during our stay.

We spent one month in Nerja in this ideally located apartment. It was a three minute walk to the beach and about an eight minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons and electronics to make for an enjoyable stay. Internet is super fast and the smart TV offers an array of channels and streaming services. The absolutely best thing about our stay were the incredible sunrises each and every morning. What a way to start your day!

Ideally situated looking over Burriuana beach, the property is perched midway on a steep hill between the beach and the town centre. It's a 5 minute walk down to the beach and beachside restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk in the town. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could wish for and need for your holiday. It is bright and airy and boasts fabulous views. We found it a great getaway for some lovely winter sun. The hosts were always contactable and helpful.

Ideally located, and extremely well equipped, the house provided an ideal base for a family get together. Eva made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and the check in was smooth quick and easy. We will look forward to returning.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The house itself has a wonderful beach house vibe, was clean, and had spectacular views of the ocean from two decks. One on the main floor and one outside of the master bedroom on the second floor. The owners were quick to respond and assist with any question we had. I would definitely recommend staying here for couples looking for more space or families with kids.

Eli was a perfect host for our stay, she stayed in communication with us throughout our holiday and if there was any problems she was prepared to help out. The Villa is of great quality and the view from its balcony over looking the beach was just prefect. The bedrooms all had air conditioning and shutters to keep the room temperature down. The villa was equipped with everything you might need for cooking. Overall the villa was really clean and comfortable. It was in great location between town and the beach. We look forward to returning for another holiday here.

Wonderful House...fab location...a very happy holiday
The house is really lovely with the addition of some unusual décor that we loved - especially the table! Lots of space for all of us (6) and all the amenities within that you would need. really nice pool too. The location is brilliant and you can be on the beach within 5 mins! Town is also just a short walk away. Communication with the host was fantastic and very responsive to any messages we sent. We absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely be back! Wonderful Apartment!
The property was outstanding in every way. We especially enjoyed the beautiful patio space with an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The beds were comfy and the location was excellent. Eva was very helpful providing local recommendations for food and activities. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful Week in Nerja
This property was absolutely amazing. The views were storybook, the house was very clean and inviting, and the location was perfect. I will say that if you have mobility issues, this location would be difficult as the home has multiple levels, and there are multiple flights of stairs to and from the complex but that is more a location issue than anything (be prepared fo walk up and down lots of hills). The photos, although beautiful, do not do this home justice. It’s truly a breathtaking home away from home and I hope we can return one day!

Excellent property, facilities and location
Very impressed. Would definitely return again. From the 2 huge sized balconies (stunning views of the sea and the mountains, viewing the sunrise each day and allowing plentiful room for both dining and sunbathing), split level house, 3 beds, 2 baths, proximity to beach, shared swimming pool and all the home comforts in the house including technology and entertainment for the kids. Loved the bespoke glass table with a surfboard and sand inside. Everything covered. Nothing was too much trouble for Eva and Eli. Highly recommended.

Fabulous house with amazing views
The house is in a perfect position, with the most amazing views from the living room and master bedroom. Overlooking the beach and with just a short walk to the centre of Nerja, it is in the perfect position. Both Eli and Eva were great hosts, available for any questions we had, but completely unintrusive. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Best View in Nerja
Very well maintained property with probably the best view in Nerja from the balcony..... we spent many hours just looking out to sea whilst enjoying a beer or two here. The location is ideal for the town centre and all the fantastic restaurants.
Communication with the owners is excellent with very speedy replies from our first enquiry right up to and during our stay.
Highly recommended to anyone wanting to visit Nerja.

Stunning Views over Burriana Beach
Excellent property with amazing views over Burriana beach and the surrounding coastline. The communication with the owners was seamless with check in and out made as easy as possible. Fabulous!
Superb property in perfect location, convenient to beach, Balcon, restaurants. Super communication with property owners, TV was brilliant, first time ever being on holiday to find RTE so we could watch all our Irish GAA championship matches! Safe, gated complex, hard to find fault!

Lovely February 2019 week in Nerja
Eli & Eva were amazing hosts who we were lucky enough to meet during our stay at their lovely house. Supporting information / guide pre arriving was very thorough and helpful and we were helped every step along the way from arriving to our departure. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is situated near to amenities and the beach so after a short stroll we were making sandcastles on the beach with the grand children. The house lives up to its description and we could not find anything else we needed during our stay. The view from the master bedroom is amazing as the pictures show. Our thanks to Eva & Eli for letting us use their house in Nerja. I would also like to thank Marife (their cleaning lady ) for a spotless property and a very friendly welcome when we arrived.

A perfect place, stunning views and cannot be more welcoming
This is a modernised apt with probably the best view in Nerja. From the fantastic Hue ambience lighting, the very comfortable beds and a power shower that you only dream of, the list could go on.
My elderly parents stayed with us (over 78) which demonstrates how accessible the property is. With a choice of 3 routes out of the property, each with a locked gate, always means that the best route can always be taken.
Having stayed in Nerja over 12 times always changing our accommodation, we have booked again - a first for us. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful house with beautiful views
A beautiful spacious and clean property with beautiful views, two terraces, short walk down the hill to the beach and a close walk to the center of town. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, quiet (NOV) , and relaxing Nerja. It is a gem of southern Spain. From there we took trips to Malaga, Granada, and the mountain top town of Canar. Because the property is not the easiest to find, and it is gated, Marife the cleaning lady was enlisted to meet us and take us there which was a huge help. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic in every way!
What a wonderful place to arrive at. The views as you walk into the kitchen are wonderful. We were greeted by the cleaner after excellent communication with Eli. The house was very clean and inviting.
Our stay was so easy and comfortable from start to finish. Wonderfully bright and comfortable. With in half an hour we were having a delicious late lunch on our terrace (we were allowed early entrance to the accommodation as it was ready - which we so appreciated). The sunbeds on the terrace were well used by our daughters! Terrace in the morning - beach in the afternoon!
The apartment is so well located with a really short walk down to the beach and the another short walk up to the main town centre.
Parking was easy and to be honest we didn't venture far as had city breaks either side of our week on the beach. The beach was great and we loved the use of pool, which was generally quite although unfortunately for us a tad over run by one inconsiderate family which seemed to multiply continually in number through out the afternoon. But I hear this is rare and just unfortunate timing for us. Otherwise the complex is very quiet.
Plenty of places to eat and drink all around and the Nerja caves are a must to visit (do an early evening tour - just £5 extra but soooo worth it). We also ventured out to Playa El Playazo (40 minute walk or 10 minute drive) to Chiringuito Mauri - which is great for excellent value bbq's fish by local Spanish family - it didn't get better than here. There is plenty to visit around the area - so we will be back to do more next time.
There were a few basics missing in the kitchen like dishwasher tablets, spare bin bags etc but we did let Eli know and she was going to inform the cleaner as I believe they should have been there.
We will definitely be back to relax at Nerja and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - I am not sure you can find a better location and more wonderful accommodation. Thank you Eva and Eli for giving us the opportunity to stay.
