The place is Very near session road and restaurants convenient and easy to find. Shower Heater is working. Towels were provided but no toilet paper
The toilet bowl was clogged. . Called the host but was I formed she's not available, had to go down to the reception area to report and was told to contact the host because it's their policy and I should reach out to the host first. After a few explanations a d begging reception said they will reach out to the host. Maintenance fixed and was told to not use toilet paper. I don't have toilet paper. There were no toilet paper in the room.

Great location, affordable and clean! Thank you for letting my family stay at your condo in Baguio it is so close to Burnham Park, surrounded by many food options and a supermarket!

have to renegotiate as the unit was penalised due to previous tenants mistake. initially we were not allowed to cook but it is a vital reason why i got the place

The place is very clean. The handler is really generous and trusted us without security deposit. The room is really classy.

Position is perfect, close to session rd and few minutes from the night market, there is a mall and restaurant around the place.

The windows facing the wall and as a personal preference a small table and chairs instead of the sofa

The parking is expensive for overnight.

The property is easy to find, with a great location accessible to the busy areas of baguio city. The room is clean and smelled good. Essentials stores are just outside the hotel. Near in burnham park, session road, sm baguio. Easy to ride a taxi.

Very clean and well maintained. They explained and also gave us a tour before they officially gave the key to their place. It was strategically located so that we could walk to any place that we want to go. It has 24 hour security and the staff was very friendly and even gave us tips on where to eat and buy stuff.

It was too short. We were there basically for few hours as we arrived late in the evening.

The location is very acceessible to the downtown. The room space is just enough for a family 4. JL is very accommodating. I will highly recommend this place to whoever will visit baguio.
Just a minor request: maybe consider additing a flat iron in the future😉
