Two Story, Beautiful New home on Beautiful Lake Martin! Baignade, pêche, beaucoup de plaisir! Salle familiale, petite cuisine, trois chambres et une salle de bain Jack et Jill en bas. En haut des escaliers au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une chambre principale et une salle de bain, un grand salon et une cuisine entièrement ouverte, une belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique et un barbecue à gaz.
Deux porches pour voir le magnifique lac.
Situé à moins de 1,5 km de cinq excellents restaurants. Location de bateaux à moins d'un mile de la maison.

A l'étage est un roi. En bas, trois lits queen et un ensemble de lits superposés.

We had a wonderful time! Very lovely Lake House, we had everything we could possibly need❤️

The house was amazing and the lake was perfect. It is a drive to Auburn(35 mins), but we didnt mind. We spent a day out on the lake and porches facing the lake were perfect for hanging out. Scott was a great host and went over and above when we lost the key to our rental car with a ride to Opelika. Highly recommend this house for your stay.

We rented this stunning home for family and friends when my son graduated from Auburn. It was so such a great set up, plenty of space, amazing views and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Great experience, house was clean, plenty of room to park. Only downside was being on the still water side on the other side of the low bridge. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know

Wonderful home on the west side of the lake in a quiet cove. The dock was great with plenty of room for our three jet skis and the kids loved jumping off. Me, too!. We had a blast renting a pontoon and going to Chimney rock and goat Island about 6.5 miles. The home was Beautiful and very comfortable. Best Trip Ever!

Awesome property on gorgeous lake
Lake Martin is beautiful! We rented a boat and had a wonderful time at goat island and the jumping rock as well as pulling kids on tube and skis. The house was great, and the owners very helpful. There is sort of a mini kitchen downstairs which is great when you’re hanging out on the beautiful dock. Our group of 10 was very comfortable, plenty of room. One thing to be aware of is that there is a low bridge which separates this part of the lake from the main part of the lake . We almost didn’t make it under the bridge with the boat to bring it back to the house.

The house was perfect for our family to celebrate a college graduation. The house was very cozy with plenty of room for our large family. The covered porches were ideal for family dinners and just enjoying the view.
