We loved everything about this property...the only exception being that the beds were perhaps a little too low to the ground and the pillows needed to be replaced. However, we loved it there and our stay was great.

This property was amazing and Becky our hostess went above and beyond the call of duty. The property feels brand new and has the most beautiful, picturesque setting. The place was well furnished and well-appointed. I would stay there again over and over.

My husband and I came up to see our son an daughter in law and grandchildren in Wasilla. We spent time together with them at this home, went canoeing on the lake, shopping and flying my sons super cub.

We were up for ATV / Fishing excursions in Willow. The property was pretty conveniently located to both areas. It’s just as indicated online it’s a new property and it’s a great place to stay. The lake is beautiful and you can easily access it. While we didn’t really have time to utilize the kayaks or John boat it would be great to be able to go out and wet a line. The house has all the amenities you need to enjoy a wonderful stay..I’d highly recommend staying here. Should we come back to that area I’d definitely stay here again.

We were here for 2 nights in May and the place lived up to our expectations and needs. Beautiful on the inside and out. With each bedroom having its own bathroom gave us all some extra privacy. Kitchen was well appointed. The owner was very receptive to some minor cleaning issues. These did not take away from our stay nor would prevent us from staying again. Negatives, and these are minor. TV. From our impression this was the let down but who comes to Alaska for TV. The channels seemed to be limited to those coming across the antenna. Couldn't find much else. Internet was capable of streaming so we did that in the evenings. The dock had part of the pathway below water, so we stayed away. However when we were there the lake/pond still had ice. The lake is small and surrounded by homes. Who wouldn't want to live on a lake. Not as private as expected but again it was nice to see. The home was easy to find. We felt secure at the home as it is in a gated community. If you need space, want something modern and in good shape, check this home out.

We were in Alaska for a men’s regional gym meet. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful lake view! Owners very easy to work with and very responsive:)

This was a perfect space for my husband and our son. Home was warm, clean, quiet, and very inviting. Morning coffee with that lake view will bring me back again.

The home was clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beautiful scenery looking out over the lake with the fire going was so nice to come back to each evening. We will be back!

This place is AMAZING! If I could have hid under the bed & stayed forever, I would have. The views - lemme tell you, they were beyond compare. The big picture window was the perfect frame for Alaska's fall colors. The condo size is perfect for larger parties (could easily accomodate 6), not cramped at all. Both bedrooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy & there are plenty of pillows available. I think they must have in-floor heating bcs I didn't see nor hear a vent our entire trip. Each room has its own thermostat, which are very easy to use. The kitchen is well stocked. 10/10, would absolutely book again!

We were all very pleased with our stay. The house had all the amenities that we needed. It was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed kayaking on Birch Lake and watching the loons. If we need another vacation home in the area we would definitely book this house again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

This is an excellent property. It is very well maintained and super clean. The location can't be beat! It was near our friends at Big Lake and was the perfect spot to stay so close to them. The home overlooks a small lake and is a great getaway. Communication with the host was A+.

Great location on a lake, accommodations perfect. Really enjoyed morning coffee by lake and watching the swans come every day and leave at night.

Couldn't have picked a more conveinient spot for participating in our hockey tournament. Only Me, my boy and his bestie ended up coming so there was plenty of space for only a couple more bucks than a hotel room. Nice, new, and clean. Best experience at a VRBO yet.

This was our first time visiting Alaska, it would of been easy to run into some sort of issues along the way having so much distance between us up to the point of arrival but we really had little to no issues and none were do to the owners but more gps directions and that cold Ak snow! 😉 The home is beautiful, comfortable, pristine, heated floors were a fave of all of us! We had a party of 6, 4 adults & 2 children, with the fold out sofa we had all the space we needed. The home was stocked with health and beauty, laundry and kitchen supplies! The home sits right off of a lake and while it was frozen I can imagine just how perfect it would be in the warm months (we are already talking of a return visit in warm weather!) Messages with concerns or questions were answered in a timely manner but there really wasn’t much we needed because they have covered all the bases! Loved every moment and look forward to coming back! ❤️

This cabin was a perfect place to relax. The cabin was spotless, and kitchen surprisingly stocked. Most places I have stayed I needed to bring my own trash bags, laundry detergent, paper goods, ziploc bags, etc - and they had everything. The location is about halfway between Denali and Seward. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Walking into this VRBO was the best surprise ever, no gallery of picture could show what was actually provided. We were looking for a physical and mental retreat area and this was it. First and last impressions was a clean and open floor plan with a spacious kitchen area. Then we walked into the family room with a huge set of windows displaying Birch Lake circled with trees. Even though there are other homes around the lake it felt private. Love it! Thanks

Beautiful, clean and cozy home overlooking the lake. Loved looking out over the lake, especially at sunset and sunrise. The lake is just a short distance from the house and it was easy to access and recreate on! Communication with the owners was clear and concise and when we had questions, they answered promptly!We would definetly come back again!
