We appreciated our stay and everything was great, nice house close to a lot of activities.

Beautiful setting on the lake. Very much appreciated the availability of the canoe, and the house itself was cozy and fun for our family, with plenty of room. Small hot water tank, but we made it work by staggering showers. Overall cleanliness was not great, and it was very musty until we opened windows to air it out. Back porch chairs and tables could not be used because they were very dirty and had pine pitch on them. We did very much enjoy our stay and the furnishings were unique and cool. I'd certainly stay again, and just bring my own outdoor chairs.

Great location for our grandchildren (3 toddlers) and grown kids. Beach/lake just steps from the house were appreciated. Lots of space for our family to spread out, outdoor fire pit for s’mores, deck for bbq, and we took part in other outdoor activities, music festival, miniature golf, white water river rafting, minniehaha boat ride.
Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware for meal prep.

Kim's camp had all the amenities a family could need plus a great location steps from the beach. The weather didn't totally cooperate but the many games and puzzles provided a great diversion for the kids. Will definitely look to come back next season. Thanks Kim for a great vacation, The Monaco family.

The property is perfect for families. Plenty of space, cozy , clean and easy to access all the beauty of Lake Luzerne. Have been renting the property for years and it never disappoints!

We stayed less than 24 hours at this property although we booked for a week. Although the pictures of the property were accurate the uncleanliness of the property could not be seen. The carpets were filthy and stained, 2/3 bathrooms were disgusting with moldy tiles and shower tracks. Cobwebs were seen throughout the lower level. Purple towels were stained. Mattresses were easily 20 years old as were the comforters on them. One had holes and another was stained.The host attempted to make them more comfortable with foam padding but due to the condition of the mattress underneath it was very uncomfortable. My entire family was awake all night. The property was advertised with air conditioning in bedrooms and on the lower level. There were 2 functioning split ac units in the kitchen and dining room. Another uninstalled unit was in the master closet and no ac to be found downstairs. Many texts/emails/calls with pictures from both myself and vrbo have been unanswered by the owner, Kim. Looking at the other reviews I’m unsure if they were fraudulently entered or there has been an extreme cleanup since 7/2/23.

The property was as described in the listing. A few small cleaning issues with a bed comforter and TV remote. Noisy queen mattress in the basement bedroom was not appreciated. The portable air conditioners were much appreciated. Definitely would recommend this property.

We stayed for the weekend and saw Dead & Co in Saratoga PAC. Quick drive on beautiful country roads.
Home is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood with a deck and awning which allowed us to still enjoy the outside while raining.

Everything it said it was and more! Plenty of extras, sand toys, floats, chairs, games and plenty of extras in pantry. Plenty of room and nights were comfortable without air conditioning!

We had a great time. The location is great to explore the area. I loved being so close to the lake. The house is very spacious and has all you need for your stay.

The house was huge! 5 bedroom, 3 baths large back deck. Nice that beach toys, kayak, canoe available for use. Also the fact you don’t need to bring your own linens is huge! They had plenty of towels, gas grill, kitchen fully stocked. I do think cleaning people need to check frig and bedroom dressers we would dirty PJs, several bottles of prescription medication and food in the frig..
But as I said home was huge, very close to Lake Lazurane which is beautiful, quite, and extremely clean. Very family friendly

Large accommodations, great for various age groups. Walking distance to the guarded beach. We kayaked, fished, swam, had nighttime fires in the pit. Age range 4 -75.

Perfect, Relaxing spot
This property is in an excellent location within steps of the beach. We used the kayaks almost every day and appreciate all of the amenities included like paper products, cleaning products, laundry, spices, tea and coffee, etc. There was plenty of room for a large family all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. So convenient to local attractions and other lakes in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Lake Luzerne
We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were nine adults going to the Adirondack Wine and Food Festival in Lake George. The house had five bedrooms and three bathrooms, which worked out well for our group. There was a nice deck off the back of the house which overlooked the lake. Fire pit in the backyard was where we spent our evenings (you will need to buy firewood). Lake is almost in the backyard. Kayaks were included in the rental, along with life jackets. Very quiet neighborhood.

Stayed for a weekend away with some friends. Place was located right on Lake Luzerne. Spent lots of time by the Fire Pit outside. Communications with Owner were excellent. Very clean house. We will definitely keep this place bookmarked for the future! Thanks!!

Great Weekend Away!
Stayed for a weekend away with some friends. Place was located right on Lake Luzerne. Spent lots of time by the Fire Pit outside. Communications with Owner were excellent. Very clean house. We will definitely keep this place bookmarked for the future! Thanks!!

This is a great place to stay if you're looking to stay near (but not quite on) Lake Luzerne. Like most lake houses there it's nothing fancy, but it is very clean and has everything you would need for relaxing family vacation. The back deck and fire pit are perfect for hanging out at night time.

Heat pump/ac mini split hvac systems in dining room and kitchen
Window a/c units in 2 of the bedrooms along with a couple strategically placed fans kept the whole house comfortable
There's a few places to get food and any last minute things you forgot to pack within a few mins from the house
Our group is looking forward to booking again for next year's americade rally
Definitely a great rental that won't disappoint

House was very comfortable. Lovely balcony with view of lake. Great access to lake with sandy beach and lake bottom which made for great swimming. Canoe and kayaks on premises made boating very convenient. Close to good hike and to Saratoga Springs. Only slight drawback was the pots in the kitchen not in good condition. Kim was extremely responsive and helpful prior to and during trip. But didn't respond to problem with the grill afterwards.

The host also provided 2 kayaks, a large canoe, life jackets and paddles. The location was equidistant to Corinth, Glens Falls, and Lake George, also really convenient to hiking, paddling, sightseeing etc. Everyone in my group had a great time and said the house was a great choice.

The host also provided 2 kayaks, a large canoe, life jackets and paddles. It was close to the beach (2 min walk). The only issue was the ants and spiders. We had a great time. Would rent again.

We loved our long weekend by the lake, cottage was well appointed and clean. The level yard has planet of room to play badminton and cozy up at a bonfire at night. Access to public sandy beach on the lake is a breeze and right behind the cottage. Very relaxing time.
