We spent a really great time at this apartment. The apartment is spacious and modern. Kitchen is fully-equipped. There is a small room where you can keep food. Each apartment has a roofed terrace - it's new and you can't see it in the pictures of apartman. Terrace provides privacy, you aren't watched by other people. The apartment also includes 2 comfortable padded deckchairs. Lina is the best host we've have ever met! I even got bday cake.

The stay was awesome. The apartment is big enough, modern, it was super clean and tidy, and you will find everything you need (plenty of towels, clothespins, the kitchen was also very well equipped). Lina, who welcomed us, was very friendly, we were even able to check in earlier than we were scheduled. She also advised us a trick on how to park in the garden (you need to go lower and then back up). The apartment is located very close to the sea, very quiet, the terrace has a view of the sea and the surrounding nature is very beautiful. We even saw a dolphin from the shore one morning :-)

We had a great time at the Istria Sea Side Apartments. From the friendly welcome right until the end. Super location, just a few steps from the clear sea. The perfect place to relax.

We found the mattresses rather firm. But didn't notice that by the end of the holiday!

Amazing apartment! Exactly what the photos promised. Very spacious, clean, modern and equipped with all necessaties (cooking tools, outside furniture, enough empty cabinets for luggage/food, and even a washing machine!). Besides, the terrasses are nicely shielded from each other to guard your privacy. Location is amazing! Especially if you like to swim/explore bays in peace without many tourists or big waves (sheltered by the bay). We really had a wonderfull time and would recommend this place to any nature lover.

Very little :). Sometimes there is no phone reception in the area (not their fault!), wich means that wifi and 4G can be very poor at times (especially in the evenings). Sidenote: the road to the apartment is pretty steep, so some cars might have trouble reaching the apartment. However about 50 meters away you can leave your car higher up in Duga Luka. (It's no problem, just good to know)

Excellent location. Direct access to the see (few strairs to go/climb). Beautiful view. Nice, clean appartment with all essentials. Nice host.

Lack of privacy. An appartment building with 12 appartments. Terasses/ balconies opening on one another. We had one neighbour that was especially unpleasant & noisy. It may get rather hot, as the app. is directed to the south-west and all windows look to the same direction.

In overal, superb accommodation in absolutely superb location. Apartment was very spacious, clean and new. Location is just great if you are looking for remote place without the noise of the city. There are small docks for swimming and relaxing just 50m away from the apartment.

There was a bit confusion with the owner when arriving. We haven't received any information who to contact when we arrive, but after one call, we received right contact and all went smoothly.

This apartment is perfect. The view from the terrace is amazing. The hosts are super helpful and nice. They were very flexible with everything. The beds are comfortable. Everything is clean. ❤️

The apartment is located in a really nice place, the view from the terrace is very beautiful. The apartment is spacious, as well as the shower, has almost everything needed (including beach towels, drying frame). The sea is just 2 min by foot and it is nice to have a swim there (while water in Rabac is clearer).

Our terrace was the smallest, so it was either table and chairs or sunbeds, other apartments have bigger terraces. The frying pan was completely destroyed by previews guests - impossible to use. There was no chopping board. The apartment is located far from any shops/restaurants (not a surprise for us) - but keep it in mind. The road to the parking lot is very steep and narrow - not easy to use if you have a big car.
