Quite, clean, comfortable

I contacted the hostess initially and asked specifically how to get in the apartment. The reply was simply that there was no code and that the keys were in the mailbox. However once arriving the building door was locked and being reliant on wifi of restaurants I had to walk back to the cafe, contact the host again agree for her to meet me there and then return to the building where the host let me in the building. Quite comical really :) (of course this kind of annoyed me especially since I had an injury that prohibited me from walking comfortably. )

Nice apartments in a perfect location - Narva town center. Excellent price.

Pretty bad sound insulation - I was able to listen the tv from the neighbours.

Apartment is cozy and has everything you need. Very easy check in and check out, friendly host. Good location.

Towels were too rough, felt like sand paper. Floor could have been cleaner. Bathroom is rather cold as it does not have any heating.

it’s a very clean a bit Soviet looking flat with everything you could need, the owner offered even laundry gel which is very very very essential when you are in the middle of nowhere, with a lot of kitchen stuff like microwave, fridge and kettle

pets are allowed but you should pay for them with cash, which is very strange on booking.com, and also we were shocked by the entrance of the building, I saw such things 30 years ago in the ussr, everything is like falling apart

Rundown soviet-style building and unwelcoming staircase, as is the norm in Narva. Apartment rather cold. No blinds on the windows. Under the window, outside, there's always a group of neighbours loitering around.
